Yes, the premier league is still at the early stage and for that making such a concluding statement based on assumption is something that may not go down well with many in the discussion and based on the current condition of most too clubs is obviously shown that anything can happen and no club is safe right now even though the club is occupying the first position on the leagues table.

Just as you also mentioned Tottenham for example started the season so well,  but along the line that have fallen off the track and now sitting in fifth position, The same also can happen to any team that did not sit up most especially not that the leagues are about to become more intense for all clubs.

Yeah you're right it's too early to decide the winners of the league with the current standings, the title race is still on and you'll be suprised some of the teams at the top four currently might not even finish close to the  top four, they'll drop lots of points and finish 7th or 6th, yeah anything can happen and no club is safe yet, all their focus should be to remain consistent and not get carried away by the position they're occupying in the standings.

  The case of Tottenham should serve as an example, Arsenal also is another instance, last season they performed very well and where the most likely to win the league but at some point they couldn't maintain consistency to hold their position at the top and they dropped, giving City an advantage to win the EPL last season.

Liverpool managed to express their anger over the draw in the match against Manchester United by silencing West Ham with a big score in the League Cup match. West Ham really didn't move as they had to admit that Liverpool was much stronger than them in today's match. With this victory, I think the enthusiasm of the Liverpool players will grow to be able to provide an interesting match when they face Arsenal this week.

I think Liverpool level of play from today match if they are able to maintain when they face Arsenal then they can win. But if their game declines then it will be difficult to beat Arsenal because Arsenal is in a profitable phase after successfully sitting at the top of the standings in the previous week. These two teams are only 1 point apart at the moment so if Arsenal win then they will be able to widen the gap with Liverpool.

Liverpool getting all the goals against WestHam which they couldn't score against Manchester United is really amazing but I hope they don't score all them goals here and end up getting a reverse score of the number of goals they scored tonight when they Arsenal this weekend? It's going to be an interesting game but in the end I will pick Arsenal to win because they stand as the team with bigger opportunities, advantages to win because they are a better team and their form can't be compared to that of Liverpool.

Tired legs from today and fatigue would definitely help Arsenal against Liverpool. Arsenal just like Garry Neville said are better challenger's for the Premier League tittle. I don't see Liverpool winning against Arsenal.
They played well even if West Ham United should have done better.

Teams ranked 1st to 5th in the Premier League standings will continue to compete until the end of the season to beat each other. Up to the 17th match, in my opinion there was no team that dominated even though we were forced to drop to second place in the standings after the match against Manchester United.
Liverpool is still very likely to take over from Arsenal in the next match at Anfield.

Competition to win the premier league title will continue to be fierce, starting from Arsenal to Tottenham in 5th place.
These five teams are very fertile in scoring goals, even regarding the number of goals scored, Newcastle is also very fertile even though they are currently ranked sixth behind Spurs.

The Premier League title race is very exciting this season. I think one of the main reasons for that is that Manchester City have dropped more points than expected. They've been champions in five of the last six seasons. They were also the last Champions League winners. I think there is nothing left to motivate them this season because they have achieved everything.

Yes, they have achieved everything but I don't see that as reason for not performing well this season, I think in because their key players are not fit that why it really affecting them but still the season is still in the middle and who knows the ones on top can withstand to the end of the season, after the transfer window I hope to see almost all their key players back again but they have a lot to do because the points interval between them and the arsenal on top is five points which if they can be in their full form it will be very easy to dethroned Arsenal for the table.

Yeah from 17 matches we have 3-4 teams who have been at the top of the standings meaning that struggles and shifts are still occurring so I agree that there is no team that is truly safe it's just waiting for the moment to overtake each other moreover each team at the top of the standings is only 1 point away if one of them draws then the other team will take over, like in the last match when Liverpool were at the top of the standings and drew later on the same day Arsenal took over. Talking about the Premier League means tight competition, weak teams have the opportunity to beat strong teams we will not be surprised by things like this, Everton is as an example now when they beat the strong teams and win in a row.

Regarding Tottenham, there is indeed a decrease in performance but lately it seems to be better 2 important wins can increase the morale of the players tomorrow to face Everton who is on fire with 4 consecutive wins, even though Tottenham looks more favored I won't say it's an easy match we know lately Everton is full of surprises so something unexpected can happen. Apart from anyone who will win the clear Both Teams to Score attracts my attention the odds are low and the risk is also low but 1.54 is not bad to make a profit.

Liverpool really demolished West Ham in the EFL Cup today. Klopp actually rotated the squad a little and most importantly Salah wasn't in the starting lineup. But it was still not an obstacle for Liverpool to dominate the game from the beginning to the end. That 5-1 win was really convincing and a needed one for Liverpool as well.

Because despite being seen dominant they were really bad at finishing against Manchester United. This game must have been a big help to get over that. Now they have a really tough game ahead which is against Arsenal. It is very critical for the lead and I think Liverpool will win there.

Curtis Jones was massive today and scored twice. Liverpool really bossed the midfield and the wings. Leaving no chance for West Ham to do anything about it. Next up against the league leaders in Arsenal who are just 1 point ahead but it's a home game for Liverpool at Anfield.  The title race is heating up between the top 5. Spurs and Man City are lagging but can always make a push back to top by heating up. Much easier for City in that respect as Spurs are really struggling with injuries.

This is a really amazing result by Liverpool who are really on fire this season,and are doing everything possible to win something,either the premier league,Carling Cup or FA cup.They are sitting second behind Arsenal on the premier league table.Tbis win against WestHam have pushed them to the next round of the competition.
They are very scary now to play with because they are getting alot of goals in their matches,and it would really be a difficult task to win them especially because they are in the form of their lives.We will see how that game is going to end,either Liverpool will win or Arsenal will win Liverpool,but it's not going to end in a draw.

Don't write them off, they won both Manchester City and Arsenal within two weeks and you think they are not dangerous or to be considered as a contender for the league? As for Manchester City they will rediscover their form very soon am sure of this.

No doubt, Manchester City will find their form again when all of their injured players return to the team by January next year. I'm looking forward to seeing Kelvin Bruyne, who suffered a hamstring injury in the Manchester City opening match against Burnley.

I am just surprised that Manchester City performance started dropping all of a sudden, they dropped from the first position and are currently in the 4th position. I don’t know how they will be able to take back the first position because Arsenal and Liverpool are performing incredibly well and they won’t want to drop in position this season. It might not be easy for Manchester City to bounce back easily, this season might be a different one and won’t be like last season for Manchester City.

It won't be easy, but eventually Manchester City will catch up to the teams that are currently above them. The season has only played half of the matches; the other half of the matches still need to be played. Teams that are performing well now may lose form before the end of the season, and teams that are not performing well now may find their form returns to become the best-performing teams.

Don't joke with Jurgen Klopp who's humbled in appearance, there's a whole lot he can achieved with Liverpool in the current ongoing season. Liverpool have given us another thing to go home and deal with after they humiliated Westham United at Anfield tonight. This match have become one the easiest victory for the Reds this season, perhaps we thought David Moyes and his men will give Jurgen Klopp tough time but it turn out they're only threats that can not absorb any pressure posing in from Liverpool. Watching the highlights of the match and there's nothing concerning other than witnessing the 5-1 scores. David Moyes will go back and restrategized to ensure his side doesn't concede more goals as of today against Liverpool which the Hammers have found to be embarrassing.

Alot of Movement in the clubs positions in the coming days because most of the bigger clubs who may have been pushed behind due to the mistakes are taking a bounce back very soon and clubs like Manchester City will never let the first spot go just like that,  and if you have being following their pattern in the last season you noticed that the stayed below the first spot on the league table for a long time,  although that time Manchester city occupy a second position not like now that there have gone below to 4th positions which show that a lot needs to be done by the club to make a good possible come back.

This stage will birth a lot of records and we may be taken by surprise by what may happen in this round,  but then let's just watch through and see what becomes the reality with many of clubs.

It won't be easy, but eventually Manchester City will catch up to the teams that are currently above them. You are right about your analysis, there are still great moments that we will witness in the league. Manchester City might go ahead to win this league, they were not toping the league by this time last season, and am seeing something similar about to happen this season. As we have always known Liverpool is a big name and they have proven it this night by scoring a very high-margin of of goal against West Ham United. This is not a warning to only Arsenal in the upcoming English Premier League clash, but it is also a warning to Chelsea which is the only big team that is remaining in the EFL Cup. I just checked the starting 11 of Liverpool and discovered that they did not go in with all their big names. They went in with fairly squad that is able to match West Ham United. Jones did the majority of the work from the midfield and got a brace. In the other side, I expected Mohammed Kudus to do something similar, but the match overwhelmed him

Arsenal and Liverpool will cling on tight because, with their present record, neither club has accepted loss, instead becoming more productive in matches played and consistently collecting three points. Aston Villa is knowledgeable, and they tend to annihilate any opponents who come in their direction. They are ranked third on the table and will go to any length to keep their current position this season. Unai Emery has set targets for this season, refusing to give up on making things better for himself and the club.

What is really affecting Manchester City this season is injury. We can see some of their important players that are currently on injury, which is the cause of the decline in their performance. Let's see how Manchester City will continue managing and rebuilding the team even without the key players that are on injury, or maybe some of the players will be back soon. But as we can see, not only Manchester City are facing the injury problem, there are some other clubs that are also affected. But let's see if Manchester City will be able to get back to their first position soon. Since the point difference is still kind of close, I still have confidence in Manchester City. I haven't given up yet because there are still a lot of matches to be played.

In this match, Liverpool showed their true strength and succeeded in bringing a pleasant victory to Liverpool fans. West Ham were only given one chance to score a goal, and it seems that this was done on purpose so that West Ham still had the enthusiasm to play on the field. Wes Ham was only seen once trying to kick at Liverpool's goal, but instead Liverpool gave so many kicks at West Ham's goal that it made the West Ham goalkeeper tired.

I mean its against a much easier opponent if you ask me compared to Man United but also it was much less important game as well. We are talking about cup game here, so it is not like anyone cares. By logic Liverpool could still win record breaking amount of goals in a year, they just need to win europa and super cup, league and domestic cups look to be alright. I believe only required one is Premier league, if they can win that one, then they will surely feel fine about it and no other win will matter. Premier league title could be highest falling just short of UCL but better than anything else than any team could ever win

I'm curious to observe the big winnings, to know if Westham United can be able to stand out to winning  another tough side, moreover Manchester United should not be regarded as am elite side this season, they're inconsistent and very vulnerable to losses when their key man is unavailable for matches. Westham United got humbled by Liverpool at Anfield and now they will look forward to face Manchester United next. This is an essential game that both sides wouldn't afford to lose out because maintaining consistent performance is the main target.

Heating you say that makes me giggle but, it’s I hope you said and not that they would actually do it and with that, I hold my peace to when such fixture comes up. Although, I strongly believe, Manchester United would have a hard time beating West Ham United if they could. They’ve been having great games while facing most of the mid tier teams, keeping good tabs on them except for Bournemouth that had them in their bag. How Manchester United managed to drag Liverpool to a goalless draw at a home side, I can’t say but then, I don’t see them to be any much of an improved team either.
