They are ranked third on the table and will go to any length to keep their current position this season. I reckon Manchester City are far from having everything to lose as Arsenal's gap to MC is only 5 points, you do realise that's not much, right? Even in a difficult season like this one. Man United fans that are thinking of some needed changes or reinforcements in the next transfer window should lower their expectations. The COO has already stated that the club won't be busy since they don't want to be hit with more penalties for violating the Financial Fair Play. I guess fans will just have to endure and wait for the recovery of key players hehe.

After all, even if for example Manchester United brings in several new players in the transfer market later but ya, of course it will still take time for new players to adapt. Martial shoot be sold off soon in the coming days. The transfer window would be here and Manchester United are ready to see him leaving the club.

I'm not sure like others think that they'll not be singing any more players during the next transfer window. Erik Ten Hag needs to backing and support of the management right now.

Liverpool has lower chances compared to Asernal on who gets the first climb up in the point,  judging from both club's performance in their last matches Liverpool fell off when their were unable to record any goals in their last match since they played a draw game with Manchester United on the last Sunday game and this is what has made up for a lot of things against the club possibility of getting to that spot,  based on that Asernal is closer in the possibility of getting that,  let see what happens in the next two legs ahead where both clubs will be taken against more stronger clubs compared to what has always been in this just concluded round.

I think it's still to early to put any team to have the biggest chance to anything in regard Premier League. There is only 6 points difference between the league leader and the fifth position. I think the form is temporary for all teams so far. Tottenham, for example, had a very good form at the start of the season by being the league leader for a while, but now they are sitting at fifth position. This can happen to any team at the moment.

I think Liverpool having goalless draw against Manchester United doesnt prove anything, because they scored six goals the two games before. And Liverpool has the attacking prowess to bounce back. And I don't think Arsenal had any significant better than Liverpool, because they also had a struggling phase at one point. These two teams will face each other next that could change the standing on the table. Manchester City is currently having a struggling phase with sitting at fourth position, but I'm sure they will bounc back soon enough, because that's what they have always been doing since Pep Guardiola came. While Aston Vila is just a dark horse that can surprise us or have expected end.

With the kind of impressions that Aston Villa have created so far in the premier league, they may really be up to something because they have actually been so consistent in their form so if anyone between Liverpool and Arsenal drops points now Aston villa might take their place and do something surprising. Aston Villa have seriously been a team to beat not just this season but since Unai Emry took charge the clubs in the form. The likes of Diaby, Pau Torres and lots of other players have actually had a great impact to the club. But i wouldn’t just put them up just yet in the league contenders list because the players still lack the character to go far. Last season towards the end of the season Arsenal threw away the league to Manchester city because of this lack or character after some players suffered injuries. Aston Villa are a working team and a legUe pursuit now will only Cause them problems but rathe they should just focus on how to make the champions league qualification next season and then build on it from there

Pep Guardiola have done his best and no solid results seems to productive from Manchester City this season. With the way Everton is playing, I don't think Everton will be relegated to the England Championship League this season. Since Everton lost to Manchester United, Everton has never lost to any other club in the Premier League so far.

With the current conditions, there is still more than half a game, it should be that if only 10 points they can still continue to work hard. They can still maximize every game with a win. It's always funny to see people underestimate Manchester City in the title race. What was the point difference between Arsenal and Manchester City last season? Was it not up to eight points or so? When Manchester United picks up from they can have a 25 match winning streak and that can take them to the top of the table because the other teams have to win all their matches too to keep up. Also, do not forget that De Bruyne is back with Manchester City and that alone is a very big booster for Manchester City. They will definitely create more chances now and with Halland and Alvarez up front they'll score more goals. De Bruyne himself is also a very good goal scorer.
The title race is still very open for all the current top 4 teams right now.

Everton managed to get out of the relegation zone with 4 consecutive wins so far, they are ranked 16th with a 2 point advantage over Nottingham. It may not be time for them to recover from the impact of the points deduction, but Everton are already on track to get out of the relegation zone this season.

But the next two matches will not be easy because Tottenham and Manchester City are two better teams. Aston villa are performing well this season Aston Villa are performing well this season, and I am even surprised with their performances this season. They are a dangerous club, which shouldn't be underestimated, but they can't compete with Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City. All I am expecting from Aston Villa is for them to end the season in the top 4 or top 5, but Aston Villa won't be able to contest for the league title. Their performances are currently good, and they are playing well, but I just hope their performance won't drop in their subsequent matches. There are still a lot of matches to be played.

I am just surprised that Manchester City performance started dropping all of a sudden, they dropped from the first position and are currently in the 4th position. I don’t know how they will be able to take back the first position because Arsenal and Liverpool are performing incredibly well and they won’t want to drop in position this season. Liverpool really demolished West Ham in the EFL Cup today. Klopp actually rotated the squad a little and most importantly Salah wasn't in the starting lineup. But it was still not an obstacle for Liverpool to dominate the game from the beginning to the end. That 5-1 win was really convincing and a needed one for Liverpool as well.

Because despite being seen dominant they were really bad at finishing against Manchester United. This game must have been a big help to get over that. Now they have a really tough game ahead which is against Arsenal. It is very critical for the lead and I think Liverpool will win there.

Yeah you're right it's too early to decide the winners of the league with the current standings, the title race is still on and you'll be suprised some of the teams at the top four currently might not even finish close to the  top four, they'll drop lots of points and finish 7th or 6th, yeah anything can happen and no club is safe yet, all their focus should be to remain consistent and not get carried away by the position they're occupying in the standings.

  The case of Tottenham should serve as an example, Arsenal also is another instance, last season they performed very well and where the most likely to win the league but at some point they couldn't maintain consistency to hold their position at the top and they dropped, giving City an advantage to win the EPL last season.

Liverpool managed to express their anger over the draw in the match against Manchester United by silencing West Ham with a big score in the League Cup match. West Ham really didn't move as they had to admit that Liverpool was much stronger than them in today's match. With this victory, I think the enthusiasm of the Liverpool players will grow to be able to provide an interesting match when they face Arsenal this week.

I think Liverpool level of play from today match if they are able to maintain when they face Arsenal then they can win. But if their game declines then it will be difficult to beat Arsenal because Arsenal is in a profitable phase after successfully sitting at the top of the standings in the previous week. These two teams are only 1 point apart at the moment so if Arsenal win then they will be able to widen the gap with Liverpool.

Liverpool getting all the goals against WestHam which they couldn't score against Manchester United is really amazing but I hope they don't score all them goals here and end up getting a reverse score of the number of goals they scored tonight when they Arsenal this weekend? It's going to be an interesting game but in the end I will pick Arsenal to win because they stand as the team with bigger opportunities, advantages to win because they are a better team and their form can't be compared to that of Liverpool.
