He is a great coach and that was why Manchester United brought him in as a manager. I don’t know his problem and why this inconsistency has been their for too long, I hope there’s a change soon because if there is no any, Manchester United will not finish the game in a good position with others. There is still room for improvement now that the second round of the season is just beginning.

If I'm asked, I think Manchester United's management is the most patient club management in the world and I've got some reasons to back my claim. Manchester United management have invested hugely into the club by signing world class players on several occasions since Erik ten Hag took over the managerial position at the club but the Dutch manager is yet to deliver any major with the very quality players  at his disposal. I know we only can make suggestions but can't change the mind of the management in regards to how they control the affairs of the Old Trafford club but I think the earlier the club's management sacks Erik ten Hag and replace him with better manager, the better for the club's success this season and beyond.

I think the conditions of Fulham and Chelsea are almost the same. They are trying to gain momentum to continue their positive trend from the last 2 matches. He invested in an expensive and strong striker from the Dutch league, but they couldn't adapt to the toughness of the PL. It might be a good experience for Hojlund to feel the EPL atmosphere, but it's a setback for Ten Hag as it affects his career.

Ineffective purchases always turn out to be the most dangerous blunders for a coach, and, of course, it threatens their career. I'm one of those disappointed with Ten Hag. Even though the club's management is quite chaotic, buying players who are too expensive and lack experience is a bad move for the short term.

It's hard to predict .... both teams have inconsistent performances recently. And as of now, Chelsea is favored to win by the bookies.
Perhaps the Chelsea vs. Preston match in the FA Cup could be a strong consideration for making a better decision to win the bet.

Chelsea's inconsistency this season has made it very difficult to now predict their games but I believe they have the mental strength and needed quality of players to not just beat Fulham when they meet in the English Premier League next weekend but to also beat any side in the league when they're playing in their full strength. Fulham this season have been impressive to an extent but playing against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge will without doubt be a difficult match for them but because of their surprising results this season, there's every possiblity of getting a result in that game.

Mauricio Pochentino knows he was signed to restore Chelsea back to winning ways again and must do that as soon as possible if he wants to remain as the club's manager till at least till the expiration of his current contract with the club. He's not actually lived up to expectations of the club fans but he's somehow improved the team from what we saw from them last season. Hopefully, his team wins that fixture against Fulham to further increase their chances of having a better campaign in the league than they did last season

When Erik Ten Hag was appointed, I know alot of Manchester United fans that were happy but now they frown their faces. At this point, I've no clue if Erik Ten Hag is the perfect coach that would strengthen the performance of the club or he's just one of these random coach that will struggle from the first day in office as appointed headcoach and struggle till he's fire by the team board members. Erik Ten Hag have been given enough time to fix the club but it seems he's effort is not counting, there are particles he will take to ensure he's on the winning track.

Team morale and chemistry are undoubtedly negatively impacted by these disputes. An effective manager must manage player relationships and create a pleasant team environment in addition to being tactically sound. That's a legitimate issue if he's having trouble with this. The general leadership and management style is the reason for the team's downfall rather than just tactics. In order for Ten Hag to make a positive change, these problems must be addressed

It is true that it is very difficult to predict every match that Chelsea will face. Chelsea's inconsistency this season has even caused me to lose a lot of bets. Man Utd don't just change or replace any underperforming manager like Chelsea, truly Erik ten Hag had a bad season so far in term of performance however injury to many key players of the team added to the woes of the team which I wouldn't blame Erik ten Hag for that situation, however I think the manager should be given another chance to manage the team till the end of the season thereafter if their is no any noticeable improvement then he should be sack, the January transfer window is now open I think the manager has the opportunity to sign few quality players to improve the team to compete for top 4 spot having fallout from the title race.

He often makes trouble with his players, such as his incident with Ronaldo and Sancho. so that the coach incompatibility with the players will make it quite difficult to see that they can achieve their targets.

Not only that is a big problem but also the recruitment made by Erik Ten Hag is also not able to shine well under his coaching. This season it is possible that Manchester United will finish outside the top 4 which will most likely have a bad impact on Erik coaching career because he could be fired again if that is the reason management writes a letter of dismissal to Erik Ten Hag.

Well should we say he did well in his debut season to get the fans on his side because if we really check, most of the new players flourished that first season but now they’ve slowly gone under the carpet. And now their performance can't be likened to that of previous seasons. Maybe the injury crisis might have been part of the problem but United fans should grow past that excuse and blame the coach when necessary cause there are sometimes his poor decision making cause them to drop points.

 I think and the fans should start knowing that ETH could be one of the problems experienced because he’s not able to instill proper discipline on the players and that’s one quality of a good coach. Yes they’ll not be getting the top 4 spot but what’ll be crazy is of they’ll be heading to the Conference League maybe then the fans will turn to the coach. If Ten Hag wants to lead this team back to their glory days then he needs to start acting like a leader and instill proper discipline on this players.

Especially for Chelsea, this is clearly not surprising because this team has sometimes struggled this season against mediocre teams. Now both Wolves and Chelsea have the same 28 points and I think it is likely that Wolves will overtake them in the next few weeks.

Wolves are still a team that is difficult to predict and what they did at the start of the season, like beating Manchester City, was the most surprising victory. I can't wait to see their next performance and also want to see them destroy the competition for the teams above them, especially since the gap is not that big and Wolves have the opportunity to do that.

After Ten Hag became the coach of Manchester United, Manchester United played in 90 matches. And Manchester United won 53 matches and lost 26 matches. Win percentage is 58.89. Not a bad performance for a mediocre team. But Manchester United is not a mediocre team. They are a renowned team in Premier League. And they are eager to win the Premier League title. Manchester United has a lot of money. United management will not spare money to build a strong squad. Even then Ten Hag could not stabilize the team.

Last season Ten Hag spent a lot of money adding Hojlund to the squad. Manchester United needed an experienced striker. Adding Hojlund to the squad right now was a waste of money. We have seen Hojlund score just one goal in 15 Premier League matches.

If Hojlund is part of Ten Hag's long-term plans then Ten Hag should add another experienced striker to the squad. But he didn't do it. Hojlund was included in the squad for the Manchester United starting XI. Manchester United is not performing well because of some bad decisions and bad tactics by Ten Hag.

For now we just have to see Chelsea as a funny team that look serious but joke around on the field of play, is really sad for a team as Chelsea to be at this level. Is something that happens to every other team and I just hope for this madness to stop.
Fulham won another funny team (Arsenal) doesn't mean they can get a win against Chelsea, no matter how poor the Blues play I don't see Fulham winning them in that fixture, either they end it in a draw (which is my prediction) or Chelsea get all 3pt.

Arsenal faces Liverpool in the F.A cup match tomorrow. Arsenal seems to be flopping in their recent matches so far as their loss to Westham and Fulham really cost the club a lot because their title hopes have been thrown into jeopardy though Arsenal have always done something of this nature in the past seasons where they would be leading the table till a certain stage they will begin to lose and draw matches thereby not being able to win the premier league for so many years now.

Looking at Arsenal current performance, one can easily give the match to Liverpool to win Arsenal but Arsenal needs to win Liverpool at least so that they can be hopeful of achieving the F.A Cup title because as for the premiership I don't think Liverpool will be able to drop form with their level of performance.

So Wolves will be more open and perform optimally against Brighton later and that's where we will know whether they can continue their winning trend or not.

Really, I feel for Ten Hag. This season at Manchester United has been tough for him. Defense to midfield to offense have been a rollercoaster, and even the offensive is struggling. He's always fixing one issue only to create another. Even Rashford has lost his scoring touch, and dont even mention the goalkeeping issue. I think blaming Ten Hag is unfair. He's doing his best, but sometimes thats not enough to restore United's greatness.

I think its more than the coach. A team game, after all. Players, staff, and coaches all contribute. But to expect Ten Hag to wave a magic wand and restore everything overnight? Its unrealistic. Besides criticism, he needs support. Perhaps he might improve things given more time and funding.

I think a lot of improvement needs to be made and it starts now. Manchester United can't continue going to every season with this problem, they have lost the pedigree of a big team and this has affected their mentality.

We should wait for a long time for Manchester United to the affect of the new owner in this team because currently they haven't made any changes yet and obviously the new owner of this team will use the new coach and they will make some investments to have better players but I don't think if we are going to see the effect for this team during the next weeks. I guess Manchester United lost this season they are better off thinking about the next season when they will have a better situation.
