None of the pools identify, so they are all tagged "unknown."
How does one enable the pool to get identified?

mmpool is probably 30% to 40% of Uno's hash right now, if not more.
It varies quite a bit due to rental hash rate on the pool, but currently there are 20 immature blocks out of 100 (when they change to generated). This would put the hash rate at 20% or so for mmpool.
I really like MMpool (thanks for the suggestion @FallingKnife).  If I were able to connect more than four Antminer S5, I would.  As it is, S3 work fine, but as always, electricity cost and heat are a real damper (Summer) Sad!

"Vertcoin profits invested in Uno ... why not?"

This is a model that will take this core community a long long way: develop Unobtanium; develop The Mall; trade other altcoins and bullion; sink the profits back into Uno.

I'd be the last person to know. I assumed the pools were inserting something into the coinbase, since it can contain any arbitrary data.  Do you have any idea how https://blockchain.info/pools  has mmpool pegged at 1% of bitcoin hash?  Do they just grab the published data from your site and divide it out?  Or do they go by who relayed it first?  IP?  I may be under the false assumption that there is a consensus way for pools to self-identify in the blocks they find.
Most bitcoin sites use either an identifier in the coinbase or the address the coin subsidy goes to. For mmpool there is an 'mmpool' in the coinbase of bitcoin but I don't add anything to the aux coins. I'll do that on the next update so it can start being used.

Fairglu replied back about the Chainz explorer extraction report:

"Hi, these are based on tagging mining pools, either by the address they mine to or by coinbase messages.
So the mining pools need to be known and publish some minimal information so they can be tagged.
The information also has to be updated if/when the pools change address. Major pools usually expose that info, or even notify me about it, but usually just for the more "visible" coins."

If you know some pools, let me know their URL and a block they mined and I can tag them!"

I bought Mr. annoying on cryptsy. I think it should be time for Uno to rise a little.
There is some little resistance around 0.012 left after that the path is pretty cleared up at least to 0.015
Nice. You will be rewarded for that soon.

I think so. With this hashrate, rarity and support it's under value and current markets are bullish. 0.01 was a strong floor. Can't go wrong.  Wink
Vertcoin profits invested in Uno ... why not?  Cool
Don't mention Vertcoin. I can't believe I fell for that Beartrap. Could have bought a ton of UNO today if I had held a little longer. Well at least some of my other speculations and bags are pumping, so its not all bad. As always I'm investing profits in UNO, that strategy has served me well over the past year.

Unobtanium has been added to Give-Me-Coins.com merge pool, our 4th confirmed pool!

They are finding blocks...
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/uno/address.dws?uMMpGeLg4t34HHNjHxHQiHvkhWLPsxUBnD.htm

That explains the most recent sustained jump in hash.  Uno is steady at 1.4 to 1.8 phs.

Anyone mind if I submit the Unobtanium website to the search engine - Good Gopher?...

"Ultimately, mainstream search engines like Google will be the obvious choice for anyone who wants to search all the mainstream propaganda websites for disinformation and lies: the CDC, WhiteHouse.gov, fraudulent medical journals, the New York Times articles on delusional liberal economics and so on. But for people who are searching for far more honest and truthful information, GoodGopher.com becomes the obvious choice where you'll find independent sources on topics like GMOs, central banks, crypto currency, heavy metals in vaccines, fraudulent science and so on."

Learn more: http://www.naturalnews.com/049874_GoodGopher_Good_Gopher_search_engine_New_Media.html#ixzz3bTdragLa

Also happy to submit other uno related links, crypto guild etc, just post the URL along with your suggestion and it will be done.

I was just looking back at the month.  Uno was tested in May, and came through it with colors.  Seriously, why isn't Uno trading at .03 yet?

Uno absorbed the dumping of 3% of the supply, and rallied back nearly 100% from the monthly low.

Merged Mining was implemented with Bitcoin, and Uno's hash soared from 20 THS to a high of nearly 2 phs!!  A 100x increase! And we're not done!

Four merged mining pools have already added Uno.

The most difficult Uno block ever was mined at 75 million difficulty! The rockchain is more secure than it has ever been.

A new developer, CaptChadd decided he liked Uno enough to join our odd little community.

Launched a serious effort to invade China

CoinTelegraph featured UNO as one of the top altcoins to watch in 2015.

I was able to make contact with Blazr2. He still loves us.

Cryptopia, a cool new exchange,  made Uno their first "Coin of the week."

When there were problems with the fork, the community rose to the occassion to solve the problem together.

8bitcoder and pnoch stepped up to compile 0.10 wallets.

Kim Jong Un dumped Un for another coin. Fine, we never needed him. This is good news.  (lulz).

Few coins have had a better month than Uno (I don't know of any, actually).  Few coins on the Coinmarketcap list would have been able to make or survive the huge transition that Uno has just made.  Uno is better positioned for the long term than ever before.

All this in just one month. So why the isn't any of this reflected in the price yet?  Maybe the dump spent our allowance for the month early, or maybe it trained us to sit and wait for more dumps. Whatever, I think it's time to consider Uno underpriced.  I see Uno as a million dollar cap coin today, and much higher tomorrow. Imo.

Secure. Solid. Rare. Active. Vetted. Uno.

Woo hoo! Mark and Ian at this second in the Krypto Kitchen, printing paper wallets, and learning the minutiae:

scripts, superscripts, 'long-life' inks, 'single person' and 'multi-person' systems -- and I will be writing sound and simple texts that lead newcomer's through all the processes, from go to whoa . . . and we'll eventually sell them.

Look forward to advice and assistance from a range of Uno folk.

Mark and Ian

Yeah - a little cautious here, but moving bids up higher now.  I think anything 0.0120 and under is a super deal.  I'm waiting for payday trying to get a bargain for now.  Saw some crypto golden oldies pumping a little this last week.  $UNO is golden oldie plus more.

Hey Mark,

Nice, curious what you guys come up with.
Been mucking around with paper wallets myself lately, seems to work faultlessly. But I'm nowhere near your effort yet. Using plain paper, cheap printer etc. mayor lack of spare time unfortunately. Time to give up the day job.
Good luck with the process, if I come up with anything useful, I'll let you know.
Time for another drink.

Cheers

Making paper wallets is addictive indeed, and it is nice to have that BIP32 for extra security Cheesy

Current Bids coming in from potential TRANSLATORS ONLY.  We really still need to find a marketer.

What I have discovered is both exchanges we covet go by classic "Voting" for adding coins.  So, possible strategy shift here:  WE MAY NEED TO WRITE ARTICLES AND PROMOTE THE COIN IN CHINESE ALTCOIN PRESS TO ENCOURAGE CHINESE VOTING because, there just ain't many of us.

That is all.  See updates below.  I will refresh and repost as  more offers come in.  Daniel and this lihuajkl guys are my first and 2nd choices anyway.  Sound off please.

I've had translations done for my business using the translation community at Proz.com.  They will bid on your job, and generally charge by the number of English words.
The quality I've received seems acceptable; obviously I don't speak the languages, but you can get a sense of how professional the translator is by their history, and after the fact by the number of complaints you get about the translation.   Chinese translators generally charge somewhere between .025 to .1 U.S. cents per word.  This would not be as good as the path you are following, but it's good for getting work done fast and fairly cheap. The only advice I would offer is a) look at the translators history, b) get a translator that seems to have a history of technical translation, c) go with individual translators rather than an agency, d) specify in the description "no automatic or machine translation, e) specify if you want them to edit the html file directly (requires an additional skillset) and instruct them to add the appropriate language/country/encoding fields into the html page, and to also translate any hidden meta data fields (image descriptions, keywords, etc).

Most of what I've done have been software language strings that we are able to simply drop into an app to add another language.

All good stuff.  Thank you FK.

I was thinking of getting each of them to submit a test paragraph and have @pnoch take a look and see what he thinks, for the quality.

Again, chime in whomever.  This is consensus.  Then I'll decide following the flow.

Another stray thought on strategy given the:

1.  Dearth of translators who want to take the entrepreneurial risk of the bounty to promote and;

2.  The reality that both Bter and BTC38 require voting to get listed.

We may have to handle, again through translators with backup proofing by @pnoch writing articles and just getting local assistance in getting them posted.  Continue to use the translator we are happy with.

We may have to pay by the word to get our Twitter feed posted on Weibo.  But it's just a "re-framing" of the wage into "per word".

We are way under budget for the primary translation with the first two bids, from favorited candidates in the door.  There is room for this before we hit the "Bounty" fund.  Maybe there won't be a bounty.

Maybe there will just be us writing Don Draper style, paying pennies to get it translated, and asking @pnoch, or perhaps our translator to monitor the feedback we are getting.  Remuneration to be discussed.

I'm trying to adapt to what I am learning.  I know what we are capable of, and the limitations of using "hired guns" for piecework...but I think we have an overall budget to go pretty far on our own if we can't find a marketer.

Daniel might be the best translator.  The second guy, I believe, says he can do SEO.  So perhaps we can get two new team members, if they are made to feel welcome here.

You guys know the drill.  Be nice, no promoting prostitution, or something.
