"But after 25 years if we are still alive . . . "

What a nice thought! Let's set a goal of First International Meetup within . . . 3 years? Singapore? the garden here at the Unobtaniuim Club? Europe? the U.S.?

And what's the bet that some of our children will be Uno community members?

And yesterday I learned a trading thing: on the cryptrader charts I began to understand the red-green buy-sell depth chart. (Don't laugh. We all gotta learn!) Wow! Support is so strong!

M

Make it west-coast of the US; I'll be there.

Las Vegas. Blazr  that is the perfect location on West-coast! But no problem for Singapore or Europe to!

Vegas may get a good bit of attention. Cheesy

We need an UNO Convention Smiley

On a side note, don't let the kid from DMD bother anyone. Keep a positive outlook because the reality is as positive as I have seen many people here be.
FN, However the Ddos happened thank you man and congrats, congrats on making sure business was handled.

I do not think I would be the best as a Chinese Ambassador. I'm sure there are people who already speak and read mandarin on the case.

I appreciate what the people here do. Thank you.

I am going to give someone at work some uno tomorrow.

Transaction fees go to the pools and the pools decide to pay them to the miners. Anything else, including off-chain solutions are stealing and not the way Bitcoin was intended to function.
Make the block size set by the pool. Pool = miners and they get the choice.

Vegas? Arriving at Le Uno Convention in the red Caddie from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas? Letmethinkabouthatokay.

Maybe UNO will come out on top?

@Siameze  shitplayers can not turn good crypto as Uno into a crap. But they can try to profit from their sick games and gymnastics. Unfortunately for them Unobtanium is here to stay and to success in the near and distant  future and nothing going to change that!

"Don Dumpero the arch-enemy of all stability loving coins
and his brother Padre Pumpo"

The year 2040
"When I was young, dumb, and pumping sh*tcons with my bro Padre Pumpo, why did I sell all my UNO for f#$%all 0.01 BTC"

----------
LOL
this a great thread Smiley

Tide is turning.  sh*tcons from 2013 are become legit again in the mainstream (mega, world, quark, prime) ... they had massive hype peaks ... lost $millions.

UNO and yes you too DMDs are next in line of the old crop of 2013 ... BUT really have something different techwise to add value .... plus rarity. The wave will build slow but in 4-5 years from now top tier contenders in the general public mind is wow veri such possible.  Both are great 'brands' and under the hood well engineered.

In the next 6-18 months you will see nearly all the informed crypto investors move into solid tech low inflation coins as the reserve capital.  That will cause volume, which will start up a big fire but the 'mechanics' will start to function even if the dumper/pumper try to hit it.  Yes you'll see peaks and sell offs, but they will get tighter each and every time the market gets pushed up.  The long linear line up will become very clear.  And the market will run more less right on that line.

Mmpool and apparently give-me-coins pools have been under ddos to extort bitcoin. I'm now convinced this has resulted in Un's hashrate drop off.

The drama is playing out right now for mmpool. You can watch it here.  I suggest keeping out of the thread, just watch.

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to find a block source for UNO to synchronize my wallet (Wallets v0.10.bluechist complied by Blazr2) since the last update.  I've successfully updated & synced other coins without issue and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well?

I am not a fan in any way with PAY.  They did manage to raise something like $150M in capital if that boils down to just $5M it is still among the top3 stake coins and should maintain that base line.  But this is crypto so UNO will likely over take XPY around $1.5M.  so i can only hope.

someday it will happen ... now only $1m needed Cheesy

so I was very wrong on shiiteCon XPY bottoming out ... once $150M and likely headed to below $500K.

still I will dance with glee on top the grave of XPY once we turtle on past Wink

Quote me.

"In less than 90 days UNO will be worth more than a $150M con"
and that coin is called xpy

Uno is value Verified.

Thanks for the confirmation, yes it is a 64bit machine.  I'll try a few more things and see if I can get a source but I left it up all weekend to no avail.

I recently introduced a colleague to $UNO.  We downloaded the 64-bit v0.10.bluechist wallet, unziped and opened it. It did not work after being open for an hour.  It wouldn't sync.  I recalled a situation earlier where someone suggested to download the .conf filed and place it in the %appdata% Unobtanium folder.

We closed the wallet, downloaded the .conf file from www.unobtanium.uno, placed it in the %appdata% folder, started the wallet again.  It took about five minutes, found nodes and synced completely.

Sorry for the long-winded response, but did you try placing the .conf file manually?

BitcoinCharlie,
Much appreciated for the probable and most likely solution.

I haven't tried that yet - I'll give it a shot later today and let everyone know of the outcome as I haven't done anything past re-installing & rebooting.  Smiley

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to find a block source for UNO to synchronize my wallet (Wallets v0.10.bluechist complied by Blazr2) since the last update.  I've successfully updated & synced other coins without issue and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well?

Hi Digicoinuser,
Welcome!

Here is a post that shows how to create an Unobtanium.conf file in Windows. I hope it helps.
