After reading your post the first thing that came to my head wad "What are you going on about"?

Why did you reply to a post dated 4th February 2021 (7 days old) about a football game that was nothing special to watch but you made no comment on subsequent posts yet you offered your analysis on that game?

Nothing wrong with that I suppose in most cases but in your case it seems like you made a post for the sake of posting and it is not appreciated.

Kindly refrain from doing so in future in threads that I start. Thank you.

Here are my opinions on how the game will play out  

Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 Chelsea

Your guess is wrong because the result of the game is only a 1-0 advantage of Chelsea. It is real that Tottenham Hotspur has a hard time having their offense because they cannot outplay and touch the ball when it is on the side of Chelsea. I searched for their Team stats for that game and I got this information. Chelsea has a total of sixteen shots while Tottenham only has seven and that is a much fewer chance to score. They have the same points for a shot in the target which is 2 but Team Chelsea is the only one who got a score. Chelsea got a 58% of total possession which makes Tottenham Hotspur 42%. When is it comes to pass, Since Chelsea is in advantage with possession, they have much more passes than Tottenham Hotspur. Tottenham Hotspur also has more numerous fouls than Chelsea but they only got two yellow cards while Chelsea has three.

Some crazy match score down here I didn't watch the game as I was busy with other stuffs I just went through some highlights of the game, I don't know if anyone saw my analysis on this game on the other epl thread earlier, I knew Mourinho was letting this one slide as his only objective now is to qualify Tottenham to the champions league next season, Tottenham is already in the league final, they are still in the Europa League which means a little for them but finishing top 4 and playing champions league football is what he is here to prove. They have a tough game in the next EPL fixture so I expected him to gamble this match which he did

@BlackViruse while I haven’t read your previous analysis, but I would be surprised if Mourinho planned to lose this game because he wants to win trophies at Tottenham.

Furthermore if you see from his perspective he wouldn’t be wrong to let this competition slip, because Tottenham have a congested fixture, but having said that Tottenham did put up a brave fight, however it just wasn’t enough in the end.

@BlackViruse while I haven’t read your previous analysis, but I would be surprised if Mourinho planned to lose this game because he wants to win trophies at Tottenham.

He wants to win them a trophy.YES and that's why he has already secured his place in the league cup final who knows he might win it because Mourinho is not the type that loses a cup final. But his first contract objective is to qualify and keep Spur in the champions league because we all know how difficult it is for Arsenal to blend it after they left the competition 3 years in a row now. There are still more to play for and the fixture against Manchester City is a crucial one and if they should lose it gonna land them in a bad position on the table considering the gap between them and top 4... It was a tough call from Mourinho but it was the best thing to do....

I think Spurs biggest chance to win a trophy is the League Cup(EFL Cup) where they are in the Finals against Man City. Premier League standing looks grim and now that they are out of the FA cup. They can focus on EPL and Europa. Hopefully some good string of results and they have a chance to win 2 trophies this season. EFL and Europa. The latter much harder than the previous one.

Leicester and Manchester City will be in other QF in our part of the draw, and probably who proceed from these clubs to the final will be a favorite there, so Everton has some chances for a trophy this season, it was a while since last trophy visited Goodison

In your wildest dream, you believe Barnsley can knock out Chelsea? It would be better you pray for them not to get trashed and embarrassed tonight because their chances of winning are tiny, give Barnsley 2 goals up front at 70mins they will still lose by 2-3 fulltime. Everton is not going anywhere near Semi final don't keep such hope high the only battle of Everton this season is to secure Europa spot nothing else.

On a serious note, I wouldn't advise you to pick a side in matches like this, they both won 2 games each in their last 5 games, Leicester needs a win to try and occupy the second position if manutd loses while Liverpool needs a win to safely hold up to the 4th position for another week because if anything should go wrong in this match they will find themselves in a terrible situation. They are just a point off Chelsea who occupied 5th and are likely going to win their next game.
Both teams to score is the safer option.

That was a huge gamble from the Tottenham chairman Levy, he singlehandedly brought Bale to Tottenham he was never a Jose Mourinho kind of player. I think the issue here is trust, Bale is suitable in a counter-attack formation because of his pace and ability to cut from the edge of the box but his off-ball movement and making ability is quite poor. Mourinho side plays a massive defence and a one-man attack system. He trusts Sissoko in that position because of his workforce.

That been said I also want to look at it from the political angle it, a similar incident happened with Crespo and Shevchenko under Mourinho at Chelsea, they were brought in singlehandedly by Abramovic and forced Mourinho to use we all know how their Chelsea story ended. From peak to flops because of lack of game time. It's a typical Mourinho thing.

It probably was a mutual decision which in theory, worked for both parties. Spurs get another experienced attacking option and RM gets to take Bale's high wages partially off of their books. Mourinho says that Bale lacks ambition and isnt showing desire to play, in his recent interview. Bale still has quality in him but his pace has been lacking. He can still create chances out of nothing. The issue for Mourinho is that he has too many attacking options already which are Tottenham's players. So, isnt it better for him to just play Spurs players instead of a player on loan who will go back to his parent club in half a season? That's what he's been doing as far as I can tell and also the fact with Bale's lack of desire to play. It only makes sense to bench him.

Reguilon is partially on loan too from R.Madrd if that's your perspective I think the Bale to Tottenham loan deal had the option to buy at the end of the loan spell, Bale initial plan was to get back into the team and have as much game time he could for the sake of his national team. But realistically I can't see Bale returning to Madrid under Zidane. So is not about not being a Tottenham full-time player it's about who can deliver the job no matter the time they spent.

No I don't think so under Zidane I think he was getting much game time because of Hazard and Asenso injury earlier before he moved to Tottenham. The last time he played a game was against Westbrom last month. 6 appearance so far he started 2 and 4 as a sub
