With Messi being at PSG it means he will have to compete against Neymar and Mbappe to be the most important player. There are too many stars in that team so much so that with the score 1-1 Pochettino took Messi off but after he came off PSG won 2-1.

Ronaldo on the other hand, he walked on the pitch and wanted to own it, whether at Old Trafford or at West Ham. The amount of penalties he should have won was 3 but the referee and VAR were poor. He will be sensational at Manchester United this season. They should win at least one trophy between the Premier League FA Cup and Champions League with Ronaldo in the team.

As for Ronaldo and Messi.... Ronaldo decided to waltz around the football pitch (as usual) like he owns it, while Messi got substituted because of another lacklustre performance for PSG then threw a tantrum unable to understand why Pochettino took him off with over 20 minutes of time remaining.
I think Ronaldo will end the season as top scorer in the Premier League.

the two best players in the world today, have very different conditions at their new club now, since his move from juventus, ronaldo has shown quite good performances and is even very consistent in scoring goals, but unlike the case with messi who is still very difficult to achieve his best form at the moment and he hasn't even managed to score a single goal for psg .
Back to the topic, by scoring 1 goal in yesterday's match automatically now ronaldo has collected three goals in 2 matches in the English league and only needs one more goal to equalize the goals scored by Salah this season.

In Manchester United, Pogba just seems to deliver him the ball, and him being Ronaldo he does the rest. Even though it's early days for him in the club after the transfer I think he has a great future.
On the other hand, Messi who recently moved to PSG hasn't scored any goal yet. But it can be tough when you move to a club where most of the players where your rivals. I have no doubt in Messi's ability but I think he is going through a rough patch right now.

Everybody knew Ronaldo was going to be a dominant figure at United.He is scoring goals in almost all the matches,and giving healthy competition to Salah and Lukaku in the golden boot pursuit this season.
And for the golden boot nomination this season,I think Ronaldo is either going to win the award,or Salah is going to win it.Arsenal's Aubameyang has been below expectation since last season,and has scored just a goal this season,so I don't see him being a threat to Salah,Ronaldo and Lukaku.

Arsenal need a new striker, or better just replace manager Arteta and let the new manager bring his own team in.

The Glory days for Aubameyang in Arsenal seem to be behind him. Arsenal desperately needs a good striker. I think they should try to trade players. I think it might be just a great idea if they can trade Aubameyang for Kane. I think that deal would be great as both Kane and Aubameyang want to leave their present club.
And about Ronaldo getting the golden boot, I think though Messi is off form, he will give Ronaldo a good competition. But I want Salah to win personally.

The game of the week is Chelsea - Manchester City.

Because they were able to score many goals against the other competitors. Southampton are not very strong honestly. But I don't think that they will be out-of-morale against Chelsea. I expect to see a big competition in this game. Both teams should be able to score but at the end, Chelsea won't lose this game.

Cristiano Ronaldo continues his high-level football by scoring goals again at Manchester United. Messi has yet to score in 3 games. Ronaldo, on the other hand, made an excellent start by scoring 4 goals in 3 matches.  Manchester United continue to score points thanks to him. Leicester, on the other hand, lost a very important 3 points against Brighton. Brighton played better, they got the win they deserved.

It's still early for comparison between Messi and CR7, we all know the real goat in this league. The thing is, this is the first time Messi is playing for a new club since he started his early career in Barcelona, 17 years is not something to dealt with overnight and again, he his still strategizing his new way in the club and that's why if you observe their last match against Lyon, he was mad when Pochettino substitute him during the end of the match.

CR7 came back home where he belong, it's still early to celebrate just 4 goals, there are more wonders in this league

This is actually going to be tough for Man city. But if players like Jesus, DeBruyane, Mahrez, Grealish, Sterling play well then they might pose a threat for Chelsea. But somehow I think that energy from Man city is missing. It's more of an individual brilliance that sets them apart now rather than the teamwork that was unbelievable back then. So I think Chelsea shouldn't have to face much of a problem.

I think the sub of Messi was just straight-up dumb. Why don't let your best player play full 90 if he can? And I also think Messi needs some time to settle. And Messi was and still is used to playing the style of Barcelona. Still remember the famous Barca midfield delivering Messi those unbelievable balls and Messi creating something really beautiful out of it. But this is a completely different team. So a little miscommunication can happen. And finding a form can take some time too.

Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool have performed much better this season, they will also be the right candidate this season and will be tough competitors for Manchester City.

It is really interesting that Chelsea haven't got so many votes. But I assume that most people voted the teams before the start of the season. Now, things are quite different than the expected. Chelsea are dominating the league so far by their awesome performance. They are just unstoppable when it comes to their offensive and defensive line both. Because Tuchel has a great game plan that fits the team perfectly. It feels like we will see the title race among 4 teams this season: Chelsea, Manchester Utd, Manchester City and Liverpool also. Because Liverpool are performing much bigger comparing to the last season.

Honestly that I've been voted since the new season started, but that's not a problem. However, because this season has only entered its 5th week, the journey is still quite long and things can change quickly.

I think it's strange if chelsea only got 2% of the total vote, even though if we look at the journey of chelsea this season which was able to get perfect results from the 5 matches they have played, chelsea has a greater chance of becoming champions this season, I personally see it looks like Manchester United and Chelsea will be the two teams that will be competing until the end of the season in the fight for the Premier League title this season.
My prediction is chelsea will be champions at the end of this season.

Funny how people are counting Liverpool and Chelsea out of the trophy, Liverpool is making a good result weekend after weekend, I think they are more dangerous and are one of the favorite to win the league if the good results keep coming till the 15th game.

After watching this result I am also shocked because here on this forum we have some good number of Liverpool fans, but It's still with just five votes, may they are not following this thread or have no interest in this vote.

I am personally feeling Liverpool is very strong contender for this year's title because they are doing very good job from start even we have one of most interesting season with the arrival of Ronaldo, and it's a four way race from these four teams any can win this year's title because these all are in good shape Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City.

People still don't seem like they are believing in Chelsea to win the league title.    But if Chelsea make it, it looks like there are going to be many people who are going to be surprised. Chelsea have the potential in themselves considering their form so far. Of course, they wouldn't keep up a great form all the time. But they seem like the best team when it comes to scoring easily and conceding less goals.
