Can't open the site either.
When opening the windows software it goes to log in but after entering my password login button doesn't work.

The site was down for a while... At first, the homepage displayed properly, so I thought that it was just my connection that couldn't open any connections from my miner, but then I noticed that when I tried to login from their web dashboard, nothing happened, either. Then about 10 minutes later, the whole website went down. Thought it was just a backup, but it was down periodically for hours after that; don't know what happened.

All seems to be working correctly now, though. Are you able to get back in?

Sorry guys, we had some issues with the website server, everything is up and running now.

Yes thanks all is good and running now, though just a lol when i first started the desktop version and used the benchmark.
It said that I need to just keep mining untill I profit enough and earn enough to buy new and better system to mine.
But it goes minutes without any shares and just uses my cpu, how ever this is the best mining pool I have ever seen.
Easy for newbies and very user friendly, good job and thanks for your good service.

Just picked up a copy of minergate, seems like a nice piece of software. Lets see how I do compared to mining XMG.

Just wondering, does the smart miner feature differentiate between hashing power on GPU and CPU to decide which coins to mine? (i.e. if one coin hashing to $ value is higher on GPU and another is higher on CPU - would it select two coins to process)

I don't think so; I think it only uses the value based on the previous hour's exchange rate for the highest-rated coin.

Got the following exception, which caused the process to completely terminate, changing my power settings to see if that is the cause.

Can't see the message anywhere else so will report back if the power settings seemed to do the trick

Hi Starmman!

Hi Starmman!

Which graphic card do you have? It looks like the problem is that your graphic card doesn't have enough memory (it should at least have 2gb to be used for Ethereum mining).

Hi I have a Raedon HD7470 1GB and a Nvidia GeForce GT 630 2Gb installed, since its a cuda issue, it must be a problem with the Nvidia card.

If I step into the exe, I get the message: Exception thrown at 0x00007FF87C5B3C6A (nvcuda.dll) in minergate.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x0000000000000000.

Strangely, I was mining BCN not Ethereum. I'll check my drivers and make sure all is okay.

Here are the log files.

I think I understand the problem, as far as I can see the system can only work with one graphics card, and I was running two threads, thinking one per card, when maybe I'm running two on the NVIDIA card...

I just upgraded my Cuda drivers and minergate to v6.1 and that is now using both the AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards. I'll see how they perform...

Nice to see you got AMd supported few things to improve on.

miners.ini file for mining on ETH local and global work please have some options to perm save as it keeps changing it back to 64 and 32 and for optimal mining is local 256 and global 18432. For the intencity am assuming 4 is 4gb or max it can be set to?

And if you are using ether miner latest build has been updated to support no need for dag creation. Feature to add to this folder for miner in it and can drop in and update self if option is created to tick use self update for mining software rather than built in would be good too. Better options for share submission and also an option to increase diff submission too would be nice.

Also forgot to add need some settings for
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

thanks for the software, startet today and i like it.

just a question, is it agains the TOS to use the "webminer" in my website in the background (for example a hidden iframe) to mine via my visitors pcs on my account ?
smth like "support from others", not a illegal botnet.

i believe they removed that  embedded miner due to the legalities of it.  whether you CALL it "support form others"  or an "illegal botnet" same thing, your making a PC run something they don't know about and that has legalities ;(
hence they removed the embedded miner.
tbh i don't think there was ever an official statement on why they removed it but that's my guess why ;\

Why does it say my withdraw address is not recognized as valid? when trying to withdraw dash coin? what should I do? thanks.
Or do I need to withdraw to changelly first? because  don't want to do that, is there any way to withdraw to my own provided dash coin address?

My bad, I apologize.
Never going around dashcoin again Smiley price is at $0.0016 USD.
Thank you for the info, it's like bitcoin and bitcoin coin, why would they chose the name so similar to another?
The MinerGate desktop is so easy to use and convenient that I didn't even notice that I'm mining dashcoin instead of DASH for that I blame
You. Cheesy so far I haven't found anything better than MinerGate, it's so easy to use all you need is to have it on a flash drive stick and just
Anywhere you go with a computer you can just plug it in install it(Don't know if could be used as portable) then login your account and
Mine any coins available.

no worries! Wink x11 DASH was Darkcoin originally, but they rebranded and kinda didnt give a fuck about the little cryptonote and took their ticker ;p
my suggest is ETH or XMR with CPU , and ETH with GPU using their client, and make sure enable 2FA, hackers be crazy this year! haha

best of mining!

I see a webminer there but only for some coins. (Bytecoin Monero FantomCoin QuazarCoin DigitalNote MonetaVerde)
Or do you mean another embedded miner ?
Yes when i dont tell the user, its nearly the same, but i dunno take over others pcs which is the big difference Smiley

eth mining is great.
if u also use some laptops, better use an CLI miner (1 MH/s on GUI vs. 1.4MH/s on CLI - win10)
and per r9 280x dc2 oc (14-17 MH/s on GUI vs. 18-19 MH/s on CLI - win10)
