What does GAW mean/stand for ?
Gods At War! I always thought it stood for "Great, Awesome, and WOW!" Btw, support has been incredible. I have 10 Gridseeds from GAW and did go for the T1 case (it's a work of ART). A few issues with screws, nuts, standoffs, etc. but GAW got me fixed up pretty fast. Only problem is I don't want to take down the miners to get it all installed into the case "rack" thing. They are making lots of coin at the moment and a few $ here and there do add up. ...also waiting on two more matching USB cables (yes, just a little OCD!)... But none of my GS have been used that I can tell. They mine perfectly and with Minera (autotuning) I'm getting an average of 907Mhz and 3.821Mh/s and I couldn't be happier! So maybe GAW stands for "Great At Winning" the altcoin ASIC wars... just saying.

Hey all, I've received my paypal refund from GAW (very happy about that!). Can someone pls tell me when I would be able to reorder my miner again?
*Ive also read that the price should be lower than the orignal price. Is this the case.

Hi All,
I too got my refund.
Also I am very pleased with Gawminer's service and products as they are professional and committed to their customers. Their hosting service, while started with a few hiccups has definitely gotten better over time and is now a fairly stable service. I have yet to be aware of another company that gives me the same sense of satisfaction with their product.

If you're happy with the current offer, then you should be positively surprised by what's coming

That photo is shocking https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=508904.msg6597772#msg6597772Yes, I can see rust on mine, missing screws and odd mismatched replacement screws. These were run in a very corrosive environment. This isn't just about dusty pods volder it's about trust. Do you trust the company to not sell used equipment as new and if a mistake happened will they make it right with even a small gesture of goodwill. Yes, trust if very important. I trust that Josh will address this issue and take care of every customer involved. He has a proven track record of doing so. Mistake or not, he will take care of you. I know he will. He did mention that he was away for a few days, so just give him a little time. This is correct, we will always do the right thing. As we have proven. Unfortunately, this is how Gridseed is sending these to us (never stops with these guys). And we are just learning about this. Normally, stock comes in, gets relabeled and goes back out. Anyways, please email me directly at: josh@gawminers.com if you have not been taken care of. I will personally see to it that you are happy with the outcome. I'll take you up on your offer of help Josh - thanks for wanting to get involved. I sent you an email late last night. Just credit what you think is fair compensation for receiving used miners when expecting new miners and that will resolve the issue for me. The support request is # 10134. I have a store credit on my account for the Generation A pre-order price drop but that has nothing to do with receiving used Gridseeds issue.

So whats coming?
I heard rumors they're launching a game changing project soon. I wonder if they are going to do cloud hashing. I know zeusminer is using them for their zeushash.com. I wonder if GAW will have something similar. Would be pretty sweet if we got an added bonus on our Gen A mine orders with some cloud hashing like the zeus promo!

So whats coming?
I heard rumors they're launching a game changing project soon. Will be interesting.. I cancelled an order this week outstanding with someone else for a bitcoin box in the hope that this would be something special and the money is burning a hole in my pocket, so I hope it's not a long wait. Time is money in this game, but based on service and approach so far, I'll risk that return for working with a good company Regards M

From what I heard you won't have to worry about ROI, damaged equipment or price dumps anymore. Just where to direct your hash power.

If you think about it, it seems a little crazy that you have to change to new hardware every two months. Seems like there should be a way to just upgrade what you already have. Someone needs to make a better way

Thats exactly what I am hoping, along with someway to keep upto date with equipment so all I have to worry about is who is getting my hashes and preferably on both Scrypt and SHA.. but I am probably dreaming I am hoping the refernce to Prime (Optimus) is that the equipment will be auto changing to maintain current status and relative power:) Regards M

Anyone know how quickly it takes for newly earned rewards points to appear in your 'Rewards Balance' after purchasing something (e.g. a War Machine) from the store? Just wondering. You will receive the reward points as soon as your order is marked as completed. So, when your order ships or gets hosted you will see the points.
