Utrecht v. Sittard looks like two aimless teams. But they are not. The home team will try to get a point or points for Europe while the away team will try to get further away from the relegation zone.
Az Alkmaar are away to Vitesse in another important match. If Alkmaar want to close the points gap, they need to get 3 points without dropping points in this kind of matches. The points difference with Feyenoord is 5 and it's not a gap that can't be closed.

Feyenoord also won yesterday and Ajax is currently playing at home against NEC with a current 0-0 score. I don't expect that many problems for Ajax, but in Nijmegen I think the match ended in a 1-1 draw. So anything is possible in this competition. We have to wait for Feyenoord's new loss of points, because the gap with Ajax is only 3 points, which is not much of course. Feyenoord strikes every match in the final phase.

PSV are currently in 4th position in the 2022/23 Dutch Eredivisie, with 46 points from 23 matches played. They have won 14 matches, drawn 4, and lost 5. They have scored 60 goals and conceded 28 goals so far, PSV played against RKC Waalwijk in the Dutch Eredivisie toady, when the match result was a 0-1 PSV away win in favour of PSV but it was very difficult for Psv to win the match they were able to maintain the 1:0 win in the first half and that made them to be victorious.

But their today encounter with Nigmejen looks very difficult after all the attempt made by ajax to net a goal proved abortive in the first half, the host team needs to attack constructively in this match so as to get the needed result.

Ajax is not that good. 2 defeats that is acceptable but 7 draws then you leave 14 points. That's really a lot. And if you add those 2 defeats, you are already talking about 20 loss points. unworthy for a team like Ajax, Feyenoord is at the top but was certainly not the favorite at the start of the competition. PSV and Ajax are both disappointing at the moment, but I do not rule out that Ajax will still become champion. It wasn't good today either, but in the end it's the victory that counts.

Feyenoord are very lucky. They eventually managed to earn full points from the match. Oussama Idrissi scored the only goal in the 88th minute of the match. It was challenging for Feyenoord to get full points in this match. Groningen played completely defensively. The players of Groningen made only 6 shots in the entire 90 minutes. Feyenoord dominated the entire match. Couldn't score despite attacking a lot. A total of 23 shots were made by Feyenoord's players. However, Feyenoord are now 3 points ahead of Ajax after picking up three points in this match. Despite being at the top of the table, winning the title this season will not be easy for Feyenoord.

With the performance of top four teams in last few weeks now I am expecting Ajax as the winner of this season because now they are back into business and have enough quality to take the top spot while Feyenoord is surely at the decline with their performance was really poor against relegation zone team Groningen which was give tough challenge to them for win their last game while visitors were playing with 10 men and Feyenoord were still not good to have advantage of this situation.

In coming weeks, most chances we will have Ajax as best team in Eredivisie because they are competing into league only with Feyenoord and AZ Alkmaar both are still have matches into Europa Cup as well which will surely going to have extra energy from these players which is surely going to have big impact on their performance into league as well.

All the teams in the championship race won their matches 1-0. An interesting statistic but true. On Friday, Az Alkmaar won 1-0 away from home. It was a difficult match for them but they won even if it was difficult.
Feyenoord, on the other hand, played alone and won with a goal in the last minutes. They had the ball throughout the match and were in a position on their own, but they didn't score until the 88th minute. It would have been sad for them if they had lost points in this match.

Just as it is in other leagues. The closeness in points between the top 4 clubs nm the Eredivisie table standing is making it really difficult to predict who will win the title this season. No one wants to be left behind I'm the modern day football. Unlike before where you will have Ajax on the top position in the standing,  leading with more than 10 points, Feyenoord,  Alkmaar, and Psv are really showing interest also and is making the competition much more interesting.

Yes, I just look at the statistic above, and the bet is also leaning toward favorite to Ajax. Heerenven's statistic is not good also even they play as host. Maybe we can see many goals created by Ajax like on September 2022 (5-0), but we can't rule out the fighting spirit of Heerenven players as they play on twente. Maybe if Ajax defender is careless, is not impossible they hold it in draw again.

Yeah, Ajax chances to be winner of this season but any prediction still can go wrong because all teams are doing good job and their performance and quality is also at good level which is helping them for having good connection for the title AZ Alkmaar is also doing good their last night win at Rome against Lazio is also impressive with this look like they are gone have good chance for the next round as well with Feyenoord is also doing good with their next match is against Shakhtar Donetsk which is also good but with the current form of Feyenoord they also can qualify which will be good for the Eredivisie because first time we have top two teams like Ajax and PSV are out of the European competitions and others are still having good results.

After few bad weeks now Ajax is also on good run in Dutch League and their form is giving impression now they are ready for the challenge of title because they have better players and sources, but this season is surely going to be competitive for the top four teams with any prediction is surely not easy.
