Ajax let 3 points slip out of their hands in final minutes of a match, this is something that’s really worrisome for the new man in charge of this Ajax team, since the start of the season Akax has turned to a shadow of itself and we don’t know if it’s the same Ajax that caused some upset amongst top European clubs some seasons ago in the UCL.

 The defense line of Ajax team is shaky and the attackers aren’t clinical, the midfield is nothing to write home about if they’re not able to  build up their defense from there and give the defense line not much to worry, however PSV is one club who’s standing out in Europe this campaign season as wee see them going to fight and maintain top spot week in week out so as to avoid any slip of the title, PSV just needs to remain consistent and they’ll be taking the league home quite early.

This is a game in which Feyenoord is favorite to win the game, with such a low odds value, something around @1.25 if Feyenoord wins the game, while Excelsior has an odds of @11.00 if Feyenoord wins the game. win the game. PSV won 3:0 against Twente away. Twente got red card quite early, and after that it looked like matter of time until PSV will score. I'm struggling to find when Twente lost at home last time because they were undefeated whole previous season and 12 rounds this season. They're still 3rd , but probably out of title race already, 12 points behind PSV. Only Feyenoord still keep somewhat moderate distance - 7 points. And they won their game vs Excelsior 2:4 today.

Hopefully Ajax will return to winning for good this time. The last victory came with a lot of goals but it was against the last team in the standings. Same goes for Volendam. Almere isn't that top, yet they got a draw with them. A quite close opponent was Heerenveen and they knocked it with 4 goals to 1. Ajax scored 13 goals in these 4 matches which is equal to the number of goals scored in the first 8 matches. There is an improvement for sure and they should keep up that way!

Ajax have definitely made progress since the change of coach, winning three and drawing one of their last four games. But they are still 12 points off the European Cup places, four wins more than Twente at the moment. And the top four teams don't lose often either, so Ajax will need a very good and consistent performance to finish in the top four. The cup is the fifth place, if I'm not mistaken?

Ajax Is a top club as we have seen from previous seasons, where they were in the UCL and even reached the semi finals, Where they were knocked out by Tottenham, so it's a fact that they were a very good club, but since their former coach which led them to this 'success' Erik Ten hag left to Manchester united we've seen them struggle to even get to European competitions.

Ajax started this season quite poorly which saw their coach sacked now with the new coach it seems they have regained their form in their league, yes we can tag it so because when they were having poor run of form, no team was considered bad when beating Ajax, but it doesn't look the same in Europa as they still  didn't win their last game against Brighton and this makes it pretty hard for them to qualify to the knock out stages. This would be quite the test for their new coach and team, If they fail to qualify they can look to putting all effort into their league games and qualify for next year's European competitions.

Ajax suffer this season, it's pretty bad to watch these players having nothing to prove this season. Ajax can still make it up for the top 4 only if they're consistent in upcoming games. They can do it, I know they're capable but they just need a match or events to ginger the players and the coach to emphasize on good records this season. I've never for a second, consider Eredivisie league as a competitive one because mere watching their matches, doesn't prove any form interest actions, rather its boring and full with average teams that can't even stand the pressure form European clubs.

On Sunday we have one of key matches in Eredivisie this season - Feyenoord - PSV. If PSV will win it, they will have 10 points lead already. And yeah, we can't talk about winning league after 14 rounds, but 10 points would be very serious already. In tennis it would be called hidden championship point. While Feyenoord win would make everything very interesting again. Usually games between these teams is very high scoring, so, going with over 2.5 goals and BTTS looks like easy money, though odds aren't very attractive. Maybe worth to try going with over 3.5 @2.23? Recently Ajax's has been showing some very tremendous improvement which I must say should be commended in their last five matches, they have been able to win one , this is much better as compared to their previous performance where they can losses five matches straight.

Moving out of relegation should be considered a great achievement for Ajax because at some point it was already looking like they may be relegated considering the facts they they were performing poorly in both the eredivisie and in the Europa where they were at the bottom of their group, if they can be able to make it back to the Europa spot in their domestic league table this quick enough then it's very possible they will finish top four before the end of the season.

In 1st half PSV didn't looked impressive, but inn2nd half they were much better. With 2 goals in 2 minutes they basically knocked out Feyenoord. After 14 rounds PSV have perfect result with 14 wins and just 6 goals conceded. I doubt that's possible to maintain such form all season long, so, to early to award them title. Few draws and things may become interesting again.
Result in Utrecht - AZ didn't changed and ended 1:1. While Ajax after win is already in Conference league playoff spot. And they still can get direct spot. Now Ajax is 12 points behind Twente. Potentially 9 because Ajax is yet to play their rescheduled game.

Since Ajax lost form and started this season with a slow pace, PSV has become the most feared team in the Eredivisie league, they've not lost any league game in about 14 matches and have won their last 5 games that's why I'm not surprised with their performance against Feyenoord cause I knew they'll either win or draw Feyenoord, however they really tried cause Feyenoord is another tough team with a good record this season, and beating the one of the best makes you the overall best, that's what PSV are currently (the overall best in the Eredivisie league).

 Ajax would had been above PSV or maybe in Feyenoord's position fighting to get past PSV but their slow start has hindered them from being in the top four, however all hope is not lost cause being in 8th position is not bad since there's still lots of games to be played all Ajax need currently is consistency especially against mediocre teams in the league.

Also two weeks later, very impressive, PSV are playing a perfect season so far. Second to fourth place is hotly contested but evenly matched, so anything is still possible.

Even though Ajax lost to Marseille in the Europa League and have now been eliminated from the Europa League, they have won again in the Eredivisie and seem to be getting back on track and are slowly closing the gap to 5th place, but it will still be very difficult.
