What the actual hell is happening here, or better to say in Netherlands or more specific in the Eredivisie?.

I was not commenting so much int his thread because it seems like the league was over after the sudden collapse of PSV and the risinng of Ajax, but what happen now again? Ajax falling like i comment before in the state of the last season and becoming again a bad team, and now they are in serious risk of losing a sure title.

Ajax`s recent 0-3 home defeat was actually quite concerning, especially after PSV's dramatic comeback against Feyenoord. However, reverting to a 4-3-3 formation and stabilizing the starting eleven will restore the rhythm I think.

Ajax will need to regroup quickly if they are planning on securing the title. Any further mishap is going to cost them exactly that.

I dont know what to think, you cant fall this bad when you were quiet on top. Now they are gonna have to play 2 games full of nerves

Ajax was surprisingly defeated at home by Groningen 0:3 this is one surprising result because I expected a total dominance from ajax by scoring plenty of goals but the opposite was the case the first half ended in a 0:0 draw with ajax having dominating the first half i expected ajax to improve on their attack by scoring goals but unfortunately they could not even score a single goal and Groningen punish them on the counters attack and manage to score three goals this is an embarrassing result for a team like ajax as ajax had a total of 22 shorts and only 4 on target

Month ago it still looked that's only matter of time when Ajax will get title officially. But now they got only 1 point from 3 games. That game against Nijmegen was just shameful that spectators started leaving stadium before the end.
Meanwhile PSV wins 5 games in a row and now only 1 point behind. Game with Feyenoord was crazy, PSV was down 0:2 after just 10 minutes and it looked that their race for title is over. But winning game by scoring 3rdgoal on 99th minute is just crazy.
If Ajax will not win title, it will be probably biggest choke in Eredivisie history.

Honestly, I still have no faith in Ajax, I doubt they will be able to win the title, they started to recover very well, but in these last few games they have been a disaster, it seems like they have no interest in winning the title, just look at the example of how they are playing at the moment I write but they haven't scored any goals, so I won't be surprised if they draw or even lose. PSV will be champion again, unfortunately

In last two games, suddenly their performance bring back things in balance because current at the end of first half against Nijmegen score is 0–0 and points difference is also just 2 which can bring this title race back for both top teams PSV doing amazing stuff and Ajax losing rhythm. PSV handed Feyenoord defeat at their home which give them good motivation for having another chance of title race even things are still in favour of Ajax, but they can turn the tables which is going to be big drama at the end.

Ajax remaining games can give them 6 points and PSV is also having chance of taking which could be give good advantage to leaders Ajax but if Twente have something surprising against them surely It's going to be heartbroken for them and their fans which are enjoying, but currently today result is also going to be interesting for this.

Well, in the end I was right, Ajax will not be champions, they lose in a very humiliating way today, I have no doubt that they will also lose again in the next game against Groningen who are above NEC in the table, I will also not be surprised if they lose when they play against Twente who are stronger than NEC and Groningen, I think the season is already over for Ajax without the title. PSV is to be congratulated for having improved a lot and for managing to win the title even when the chances were low until a few weeks ago.

What the hell is happening to Ajax?    They lost to NEC by 0-3 home. Literally right after PSV won by a huge comeback against Feyenoord. Wow, there is really something wrong with Ajax players lately.

It'd be a pity to hand over the trophy to PSV from here. We are 2 weeks away from the end. I noticed Farioli changing his formation to 4-2-3-1 from 4-3-3 in some games. They got better results with 4-3-3 in fact. I wonder why he felt the need of this change...

Honestly i'm worried about Ajax performance lately because they haven't been able to win their last 3 games and have given PSV Eindhoven the chance of getting close to them in points because they are just 1 point apart from each other and i wonder if Ajax can win their remaining two matches of the season to win the Eredivisie. What baffled me was the huge margin they are losing their matches with because they first lost 4:0 to Utrecht on 20th April, and today they just lost 3:0 at home to NEC Nijmegen. I just hope they don't end up losing the title to PSV Eindhoven because after they lost to Ajax, they have become so consistent even their comeback against Feyenoord today was very surprising because they were losing 2:0 in halftime but the second half was a different game as they equalized and won in the ending minutes. Ajax will face Groningen and Twente is their last 2 games of the season, hope they wins because it will really be disheartening that they started the season well and lose it to PSG when the season is about to end.

I agree here because today third game they are losing points weaker side Nijmegen punish them with the score of 0–3 at their home which is surely shameful result for them in these circumstances. Next two games are going to be important for both top teams because things are still not easy for predicting about winner specially Ajax is already lost 8 points in last 3 games and things are indicating their last game can bring changes in league table.

Now lead is just one point which is surely not good for any team even they are leading, but performance is unpredictable, and their attack lost rhythm at important point which making things worst now as fans were having enjoyment they are now giving heartbreaker performance.

The referee gave too much extra time for the match, besides Feyenoord also lost one of their players due to a red card given by the referee in the 90th minute, so that initially a draw was in sight for the home team. However, because the situation was not favorable for the home team, they finally had to concede again and lost this match.

Meanwhile, regarding Ajax Amsterdam, for some reason the team suddenly lost its consistency to be able to win, especially after they lost badly to FC Utrecht, the mentality and confidence of the players to be able to win the trophy this season has not returned. That's a completely valid take. Ajax was up with around 7 points and now the gap between them and PSV is just 1 point. They could've ended the title race a few weeks ago if they simply won that game and today's match as well. Well nothing is set in stone yet because it both teams win their remaining 2 matches, Ajax still wins it.  The only way PSV wins it is if Ajax drops any more points from here on out and PSV picks up maximum points from both games.

It would be very interesting to watch how things unfold.

The season is about to come to an end. But Undeniably, PSV have proven to be unstoppable in the race for the Eredivisie title,with a total comeback after conceding 2 goals in the first 9 minutes of the game from Feyenoord, a very strong team who is seating comfortably in the 3rd place in the league table. Defeating against them 3 goals to 2, even though an additional 2 goals has been rolled off by offside.

The fight for the title reopens sensationally with two days to go, with having just one point below Ajax currently.
PSV will be facing Heracles in their next match -- Considering how fierce PVS was, and also that they're on a mission to top the league table, I don't think they would lose this match for anything.

There is indeed a lot of stress and things got totally messy, especially after the successive points losses made by Ajax Amsterdam at this point. I don't think they will give up that easily and the last round will tell us which team to lift the title. Ajax should avoid missing any point in the upcoming matches otherwise everything is lost.
For those who placed a bet on PSV Eindhoven, I don't want to be in your place right now. The next round that will start in less than a day will have easy opponents for both clubs.

Both Ajax and PSV Eindhoven are playing well in their respective matches tonight though they are in the first half of the game and Ajax is leading Groningen by 1:0 while PSV has already scored Heracles 4:0 so Ajax also needs to score more goals to avoid a draw by Groningen because if that happens that means PSV will lead the table and possibly win it on Sunday, Ajax have been so consistent since the season and have been at the top of the table so they should keep up with their determination to win the Eredivisie this season. I also recognize PSV's resilience so far, it is not easy to keep up with such energy for some years now but this time they need to give it up for Ajax who have not won the trophy for 2 seasons after they last won it in 2022. However, Ajax and PSV have been the most dominant teams in the Eredivisie so if Ajax fails to win it, PSV can still win, it's all for the love of football.

It is unbelievable that a team that was leading the table with a comfortable points advantage and that even won the game against PSV, has been reduced to nothing precisely in the last league games, I honestly cannot understand what the hell happened that led us to this hell, why are we in this situation?  The fact is that PSV is the champion, no matter what Ajax does, PSV will not lose in the next game, I am sure of that. I haven't been following Eredivisie lately, but I see we have a shift in leadership and Ajax seems to be suffering from season fatigue right at the end of the season.
I can't say I'm sad to see it, as I always preferred Feyenoord and PSV, but their fans must be really disappointed to see 4 straight games without a win so close to the finish line.

All of the 9 games in the last round will be played on Sun at the same time. Ajax will be hosting 6th Twente at home, while PSV are playing away against Sparta.
Ajax is the x1.46 favourite and the odds for PSV are x1.26. I don't expect PSV to have any problems winning their game, but I wouldn't risk putting any money on Ajax, not at this pay rate at least.
