Hi, @BK8.Official after few days, i can't see e-wallet and bank QR payment method for deposit. If it's maintenance for e-Wallet, it's been a few days. Yesterday there was a menu for QR, but not for today. Will these two payment methods be removed?

I've made a report on that earlier this month and demanded they fix it asap since that's my main channel to deposit. I told them if no e-wallet option, there will be no deposit from me lol.

They said it's because of the problem of the e-wallet payment processor, and looking for a better one. I think the percentage of users who use e-wallet method is quite significant, so I think it will be fixed before the BTC channel. Kinda priority imo...

I hope they can fine the same system like "Binary Option" for deposit with QR Code, I tried and the deposit system is really good. All things transfer is automatically without needed some confirmation from the user.

But, I think is gonna to hard to process that since we're a company from gambling site.

Deposit via E-Wallet is Fixed, with WEPAY as their new payment processor.
The difference between the old system and the new, we now choose the e-wallet type after we pick WEPAY and fill the deposit amount.


I'd recommend using QR Code since we don't have to fill our phone number.


After that, users still have to check status/confirm the payment manually.

In-case you deposit with QR-Code and after click confirm but the amount is not credited, it's better to go back on previous payment channel and repeated confirm over & over again. Do this until your balance amount is credited, it's better do this rather than contact a support channel.

Yes, it is important to do this as soon as possible. 

I remember I spent quite a lot of time trying to understand and experiment with different ways of translations.  As I now understand, I wasted a lot of my precious time on all this nonsense.  Of course, the options for transferring money and cryptocurrencies should be as simple as possible, with small commissions or even without commissions and reliable, i.e., working for a long time in 24/7 mode. 
I wish the BK8 did the same.

This is a good news, after I get informations about e-Wallet is now available, I've tried to make a deposit, there is no problem I found. Just need a few second to see my balance getting update. I'll be thank you to the team to fix this. Now we will waiting for another issue, BTC withdrawal, hopefully team will found best partner to allowing this service.

The system like system I using for Binary Option, It's zero user confirmation. The confirmation is based scanning transaction from the service it self, good to know finally they are getting a service payment provider.

Using qr is only good if you are using your pc/laptop and then you have your phone beside you. If you don't have a pc and lappy and you are only using your phone then I think you will be needing another phone to scan the qr. In case you only have one device then I guess you have no choice but to manually input your details on the text field. After we processed a transaction the best thing that we can do is to wait for our funds to appear in our account.

Sometimes reloading the page helps. We need to be careful re trying the same transaction especially when we have a balance on our account as the transaction can get doubled or even tripled.

No right? next time you should try to test the platform first before responding. In the old system, there already have some warnings (Only can send 1TX with Period Time) and we have a confirmation button on the old system.

I only told, to just confirm again and again with 2-3x time by back to the payment transaction. I'm not telling deposit more -_- and about QR-Code there a thing called saved picture QR-code. Almost every apps with the payment QR-code there a ting called "Upload Image", you upload the image of the QR CODE destination and the apps are gonna to read that without need scan with 2 device.

I think it is depending on the terms of the bank, some banks may consider a huge transaction as questionable transaction especially if the transaction is rarely happen or frequently happen in the account. Of course it is the responsibility of the player to control the transaction from his bank account. The casino has no responsibility if there is a problem in the bank account of a player due to the transactions to/from a gambling site.

Maximum withdrawal limit is based on your VIP level and your region.

And if the money is too big for one go, they will do x-times transaction separately.

But if using a local bank, this can't be one go, need to separate 2 times or more transfer processes depending on your total amount.

It is assumed that the QR code is in the digits here but here the update system needs to be updated so in time it is not known whether it will force it but about this but if we contact the support here then the support here will take you a few days to do it once.  If not available they will probably let you go ahead with it.

Well, I know the reason why I can't see e-wallet on BK8, not just for maintenance, but they are trying to find more better third party service for their user, I already contact support team to know about this. Few days ago, I see e-wallet deposit is available, but currently being offline again. they will fix this when everything gonna be smooth for user and system can confirm the deposit from user instantly. We know, every user doesn't like any delay and BK8 always doing anything very fast. If there any problem with users, such deposit and withdrawal, they always trying to solved less than 1 hours ^{based from my experience}.

Of course, i wouldn't waiting for e-wallet to deposit, since I can do with BTC or USDT, so everything is fine. but still. we are more easy to do a deposit with e-wallet, and this is can be the first option if available., if not, we are already have an alternative.  so, no problem at all.

I don't see any confirmation button for this new service. but even without doing any confirmations, our balance getting update faster than old version.

I did made few deposits with the QR code before the latest update, basically deposit is credited quickly but perhaps there is a bit delay in updating it in our balance.
I did not do any other thing after I sent my deposit except refreshing/reloading the website. Anyway, many popular Leagues will be starting their new season next month, will be there some great sports betting promotions in bk8?

Have you tried contacting their customer support? There's nothing wrong with asking a question here, but generally speaking, onsite customer support is more convenient and they are more likely to understand your problem and to provide you with a solution quickly.
