It is the first time I see a report of like this but I guess it is related to his locatian since there are some countries are restricted and not allowed to play in bk8 and it is one of the possible reasons of closed/suspended account. Good thing here is that BK8 returned his deposit because his deposit might not be returned if he play in bad casino.

By the way, the fact that the deposit was returned tells us once again that BK8 is an excellent honest casino, which I wrote about here in the topic more than once.

Maybe you can check their T&C on this page, https://www.bk8btc.com/tnc#term15 maybe you are violating one of their conditions. if you didn't get any answer from Livechat, try to check their contact us pages, maybe you can see how to contact them from your country. Since for Indonesian, i can contact them from telegram or even using whatsapp. But mostly I have a solutions from bk8 telegram support. We know bk8 is needed a lot of money to become main sponsored like another (sportbet and stake), but if they do with step, as they did in Burnley and crystal palace, I am really sure they will come as one in hope. After initial failures and losing all funds, I made deposits several times and everything was fine until the great streak of the last month after which I ordered a withdrawal of 1000 euros. A day later, all my bets were canceled and the company only allowed my deposits to be withdrawn.

I can't think of any explanation for the situation, I didn't play any niche leagues, I never played the wrong/error odds, I didn't take any bonus. Simply out of nowhere the bookmaker decided to confiscate my winnings, while not even trying to explain anything to me. Livechat refused to give any details hiding behind the terms and conditions.

As I can see from the above posts about sponsorship, the company is growing brilliantly, all the more surprising and sad that they decide to behave so dishonestly like some small scam company.

Well ok, they probably have points in their T&C allowing them to behave this way, but what would you do if you were me? Just shrug your shoulders and acccpet that they took all your winnings because the terms allow them to do whatever they want?  I want to at least try to get my funds back, especially since I have no clue what I did wrong.
