It would have been interesting I think the tie break would have fallen all the way to fair play.  Unsure which team was cared more or less than the other but interested to see if that last minute goal from Saudi actually booted Mexico from the round of 16.

I had rooted for Denmark to have a win over Australia, but fortunately for Australia, they went ahead and beat Denmark. I would say both teams played remarkably well but as you said, luck was purely on the Aussies side.
In the case of Poland vs Argentina, the game was commanded and controlled wholly by Argentina. I loved Di Maria gameplay and crosses. Poland has a sturdy defense and Argentina found it pretty difficult to score in the first half despite having more of the ball.
Argentina finally scored two goals in the second half to finally win the game and got the coveted three points. Good for them to have now qualified for the next round.

The fact that Argentina lost the match against Saudi Arabia makes this a little underestimating for me, especially since they are superior but their game in this match is very good, although I also have to praise Szczesny's performance in this match, especially with the few saves he made. it's also amazing because actually Argentina's chances are also very much for him to be in good form so that only 2 goals were created in this match.

It seems like that the match when saudi was beating argentina was pure luck. It's more than it caused by argentina has proven if it can win in the rest of match.
