I have heard that van Gaal was asked about how they were thinking of stopping Messi. He said to them that they would just find out how in the game. This is a really brave statement by him but not realistic to me honestly.    Because I don't think Netherlands' defense have an easy job to do. It all depends on how the Moroccan national team itself, its head coach and players reacted to the fact that the team reached the quarterfinals.
