Croatia are such a strange team, they do not dominate their opponents totally in the game, but somehow they always managed to eliminate big favorite teams from the Fifa World Cup. Croatia did almost the same in the Fifa World Cup in year 2018 and they are almost to the grand finals with just Argentina standing in their way now. I am looking forward to see if Croatia are able to eliminate two biggest south america football national teams in this year world cup after they sent Brazil home from this tournament.

Referring to the previous world cup they were also in the Final and this is indeed something that is a little difficult to think about when talking about opponents and their statistics.
During the last 2 matches Livakovic has always been a scourge that is very difficult for their opponents to penetrate and this is something that really cannot be called a joke. but this is football where all things can always happen and sometimes even those that are not acceptable to reason.

Even though after Neymar's goal came in the first half of extra time, I think it will be the only goal that is created in this match. But in the second half of extra time Croatia still managed to make a great effort with a good counterattack, and the goals that Brazil and Croatia made in extra time I think are beautiful goals too.
But unfortunately, Brazil was not lucky enough in the penalty shootout, even though Thiago Silva chose a place where there were more Brazilian fans behind the goal.

With these results, of course, every match in the quarter-finals is difficult to predict, because all the teams are making bigger efforts than usual.

One during the regular time and the last in the additional time. All the momentum was in favor of the Netherlands but unfortunately they lost in a close one with the penalty ending 4:3 in favor or Argentina.

Portugal shouldn't underated the Morocco side, I think they're the only ones to not have lost a game yet still in the tournament and also conceded the less goals. Morocco has a very strong defense and if Portugal was to win this game then they have to start with the same squad they used against the Switzerland team. That squad was fast and attack minded. It'll be very frustrating to see the goat get knockout. I think everyone wants to see Ronaldo vs Messi at the finals.

A very sad for Brazil they didn't win even after fighting hard but I thought Brazil might draw the match that's what happened the match was drawn after an hour their players are very good Couldn't play because they are on the message but I don't regret it because I thought of catching them in support of Brazil in this match but didn't bet but I took the message because I don't have any profit.

Luck is not on Brazil's side and you are right that Croatia since the 2018 World Cup has also been able to beat the favorite team to win and at this year's World Cup they have also done the same. For me it was difficult for them to send Argentina home even though they were able to make Brazil lose who dominated the game.
Argentina at this year's World Cup was very ready to try to reach the final and even really wanted to lift the trophy.

 The game between Croatia and Brazil was very tough, no one expected Croatia to give Brazil that kind of game. People underrated Croatia and in return they prove to the world that they're better team than Brazil.  No doubt Brazil missed a lost of chances, same with Croatia. I enjoyed the game, it was interesting to watch.

The Argentine vs Netherland, the match at first was not interesting, it was dull to me compared to Brazil and Croatia game. Argentine played very well, they press Netherland and were able to lead at first half. It took Netherland a hard work to equalised. The Netherland team did well in the last minutes to level the score. Penalty shoot is a lucky game, there is no best team when it comes to penalty kick. It's just luck. Argentine was lucky to scale through and advanced to the semi finals.

Today's match, between Portugal vs morocco will be tough but it won't get to the penalty shoot, Portugal will defeat morocco. Portugal team is different from others, they have the best squad in this world cup and morocco can't match them

Well, let's enjoy one more drama in the Netherlands against Argentina. This match will probably be decided by a penalty too because now it is entering extra time. Argentina failed to stem the Dutch struggle to catch up with 2 goals, but in the end the Netherlands succeeded. Unfortunately, Argentina had to be willing to play longer because the Netherlands scored a goal in the final minutes of the second half.

I don't really expect Argentina to fail like Brazil, but it looks like the Netherlands will do whatever it takes to win now that they have their hopes up at the moment.

however it was a shame when the penalty shootout the Dutch were unlucky and the Argentinians looked much better prepared.

this is truly a match full of drama and very tense for both fans who witnessed.
but behind the greatness of the Netherlands who were able to catch up with 2 goals I was really very sad because I had to lose my bet in this match.

Argentina were really lucky indeed! Like the Dutch side almost took their breathe away just to let them understand they  can't just come and easily have a win over them on a platter of gold and move to the next round of the semi finals. Even though they are now out of the tournament I still applaud  them for they fought a good fight against the Argentines at a moment we all thought that the game will be over in the 90th minutes as they were losing two goals to nothing in favour of Argentina they shocked the world with a come back as Weghorst penetrated the back of the Argentines net twice to the amazement of the crowd, forcing the game to an extra half's.

In all the world cup tournaments I have witnessed in all my life, the 2022 Qatar world cup has been the most fascinating of them all .

I too liked the results not because the team I was supporting were wining but because I am sick of seeing the Worldcup going to Europe and South America repeatedly. Some Asians team did upsets in group stages but they were out in round of 16. Only morocco is left, I want to see morocco going to semis.

People also said the same thing in the Brazil Vs Croatia match, the majority of people preferred Brazil to Croatia, but the facts said differently, Croatia was able to win against Brazil even though it came from the penalty kick phase.

I mean you can't look down on Morocco, didn't you see them when they beat Spain? it was a very great game and very solid defense from Morocco. We will see the result today, I hope Portugal will win but I don't look down on Morocco either.

Livakovic was one of the factors in Croatia success in stopping Brazil steps at the 2022 world cup, his charming appearance under the crossbar forced Brazil to go into extra time 2x15 minutes. Brazil who dominated the match, were unable to bring them to the semifinals due to the tough Croatian defense and Livakovic good performance in guarding the goal. Livakovic made at least six saves during the match.
Livakovic's good form continued into the penalty shootout, he managed to save two kicks from Brazilian players that made Croatia advance to the semifinals.

Portugal are favorites to win this match because the Portugal side has quality players and a well experienced technical team. Getting early goals would be the best option for Portugal because if they fail to do that and the game goes to penalty, then the result would solely depend on luck. But we shouldn't write-off the Moroccan side because they have improved tremendously in this world cup. If they can be able to score first, it would be difficult for Portugal to win the match because the team has a very sound defense and a good goalkeeper. Featuring in the semifinals would be a great landmark for Morocco and the continent of Africa.

There was nothing shameful in losing a match on penalties. The Netherlands team deserve praise and respect for that spectacular performance against one of the best teams in the world. Penalty shootouts are solely based on luck and not expertise or skills. Sometimes the goalkeepers guess which way to go and if the striker is unlucky his strike might be directed to the direction the goalkeeper decides to dive.
