Age won't be a factor in this fight and as you said, their gap it's not that far as their gap is only 2 years and that's not a big deal. Crawford can still make a good fight. Although I could say that Crawford should've got a fight a few months ago to get him warmed up before their fight against Spence, Crawford fought Porter last year and he's been inactive for almost a year now. Anyway, that's just my opinion but I'm excited in this fight as both are undefeated and will fight for their belt to be the undisputed champion in the Welterweight division.

This is just my speculation, I think this is a done deal already, it's just the date that is waiting for the finalized. Because there are news that Canelo has taken the September date with GGG and that is the fiht date for this two.

So it might be move to October. As for the purse split, I reckon that Spence will have like 60-40 split here. But still a good split as both will be making a huge money in their fight.

Of course it is not official, but when you hear boxing fans making a lot of noise about it, maybe this fight is just around the corner. And who knows, the October schedule might happen.

Those two are tight lip right now, another indication that they are really working from behind and doesn't want to sabotage the negotiations as usually managers at least on the side of Spence is not going to the public until the fight is made. No preemptive leakage about it.
