Decent result - saved by captaining Wirtz though and not removing him for Kane/Lukaku.

Still getting used to the format - how many times per day can we switch captains?
Can I select Gvardiol and replace him with Wirtz or is it one captain per day?

Same match day not possible, your deadline is 14:00 to make all the changes you need. After Croatia kickoff you can't do anything until the next match day..... Same captain per match day.

The Jinx King, I guess that's another nickname that would last in this Board...

We already have the Sheriff, Mafia and now there is a Jinx King, I know quite a number of people fall into into this Jinx kingdom category, but what's a kingdom without a King ??!

Rafael Leo and Ronaldo's combination in the 3-5-2 is a dead end; both players were sloppy and had no business on the pitch; it was the worst 45 minutes of game I've seen so far. Cancelo, as a RWB, did not make any successful crosses; the entire system was chaotic until Jota entered.

This was an opportunity for he coach to learn, they were Lucky. Jota is a better option, he increases the. attacking threats for Portugal because he is a very good goal scorer with any part of his body.

Ronaldo was happy with this, the goal Czech scored was unexpected. Turkey will not be an easier opponent, that team has players who are giving their all.

Arda's wonder goal against Georgia justifies the value that Real Madrid places on him.  They can stun Portugal.

Not really happy with my Round 1 score, but still trusting most of the players, Round 2 will be better hopefully.

Hhampuz and Rruchi man belongs to that list if we're being honest, whatever they have on their team and whoever they captain you just gonna skip and look for someone else. They're going to jinx you to death.... 

Limitless and Wildcard delima - sat in front of my desktop for more than 3 hours not knowing which is best considering there might be heavy rotation in M3 for qualified teams. Might end up not using any at this point...

Isn't it way too early for you to even consider using chips? I know I've got no skin in the game but I would hold off using them until at least the knockout stages.

Finally captains return "Ilkay Gundogan" goal+ assist + clean sheet this should have been the matchday 1 result ,and had to wait for matchday 2 which is good...but am worried that matchday 3 the German team would want to play a reserved game to avoid injuries...but been hosts the fans will want to feast on some good goals to celebrate about..let's go team Germany

A slow start to the round, having Mittelstadt will help though. Best pick in whole fantasy considering his cost.

I'm sure if Martinez had known that buwaytress captained Jota, he wouldn't have bothered to bring him on--you captain Lukaku and Jota, and both had their goals disallowed in less than 48 hours. The jinx King...

Just so you guys know, I "decided" that my team roster would stay exactly the same. How did I decide? By thinking I did my transfers last night, one by taking out Szoboszlai and replacing with Kroos... and I guess I forgot to confirm. I suppose neither makes a difference.

I would be honoured to be in the same category as Hhampuz. Today, I will jinx Switzerland as Xhaka's in my midfield.

Also happy those two were quiet yesterday, but it was as expected. Germany has a lot of similar quality players and I expected them all to share in goals. I also expect players like Gundogan and Kroos plus some defenders to get a rest against Switzerland.

Round 1 of MD2 and I already matched my points from whole MD1. Time to catch up with the top.

50 points for MD1 - MD2 next..

In fact, I think the scheme that Martinez used in the first match at the Euros was not very comfortable for 3 strikers with Bernardo Silva, Cristiano and Leao in parallel positions, it requires a bit of adaptation and it would be better to use a 3-4-1-2 scheme where Cristiano and Leao was supported by one player behind them, just like Portugal did when facing Ireland.

Bernardo would also be better positioned as an attacking midfielder who has creativity rather than forcing him as a winger because in my opinion that is not very suitable.
Their second match will be against Türkiye. Looking at the current conditions, Turkey will clearly be in trouble, especially with the performance they showed in the first match, so this could be a problem for Portugal if Martinez doesn't implement a new scheme and make changes to the attack line because of the 3 striker scheme with Bernardo on the wing. I don't see that. well, it would be more possible if only 2 players were the focus at the front as target men.

Isn't it way too early for you to even consider using chips? I know I've got no skin in the game but I would hold off using them until at least the knockout stages.

Unlimited transfer at Round 16, 3 FT before quarterfinals, 4 FT before semifinals, and 5FT before Final- this is enough to survive without chips. chips are best used in group stages to combat rotation from qualified teams and to get rid of knocked out players or MD5.

Finally used my wildcard to get the worst setup- Switzerland and Croatia assets killed me.

You know you can do manual transfers in this Fantasy? You leave someone that plays the last day like Lukaku on the bench and then after day 1 or 2 you can manually sub him for someone who played and got a point or 2. Thanks god i can make change in the middleweek in this fantasy competition, Wirtz as a captain for this second round was a total mess, only catching 1 point.

Im waiting until today to see more players to play and let see how much subs i ahve to do for the final day of this "matchday".

Rodri is one son of a Villian that can't stay away from cards, matchday 1 when his fellow midfielders are getting assists or goals , for him he decides to play the yellow card game.. though I like the number of ball recoveries under his name but he needs  to understand assists or goals carry more weight and unfortunately for him he gets to miss the next game!!!

Btw, am I they only left disappointed by Englands performance 2 games in a row after Hoping they would beat Denmark convincingly today...and I was banking points on these lads but after today never again!!!

On Palmer Southgate has missed it, 0 minutes for the lad when his currently among the best striker's in England at the moment , and his not acknowledging these stats by giving the boys time on the field which doesn't make sense!! I just hope he knows that if he doesn't get the team closer to winning his job is on the line after that stalemate with Denmark!

Btw #SouthgateOut is trending on twitter because of not giving Young Palmer the game time he deserves,which says everything
