There's Lazio team somewhere in the pool with 0 on Captain, 0 on VC and the entire auto sub bench players on 0 point too  never seen anything like it.

Also had 44 points to my suprise these week, was sure it would be much lower, but I also dropped Cunha in the last minute so that saved me a bit also. Looking at our league the most points were 52 I think, so these 44 points are really impressive for both of us

It baffles me to see that Matheus Cunha still can't replicate the same feats we used to see him do while donning the Wolverhampton Wanderers jerseys. He was one of those attackers you'll have in your FPL team and be assured of points week in, week out but now, he mostly blanks. After several weeks of leaving him in my team and hoping for the best which never came, I sold him and replaced with Brentford's Thiago

I've just activated my wildcard and gotten Gabriel Timber and Gvardiol for my defense.

The midfield stays largely the same as pre-freehit but now my front line is Ekitike, DCL and Haaland.

I should start grinding points now, right?

I would have beat myself up if Haaland had scored a goal or more yesterday, glad he didn't. Only because i made Ekitike captain in his stead, who also blanked. Did anyone get lucky on who to captain, since Cunha also flopped, lol. 35 points in this round for me, pretty bad return.

There is going to be a lot of rotations this weekend, since some teams are only playing two days after. That's something to have in mind while setting up the team for gameweek 20.

This is just pure fantasy. Haaland doing absolutely nothing at all in a game in which he, quite surprisingly, could have been a real differentiator at the top.
Pep killed me with that O'Reilly sub - these 4 extra points would have been nice to have.

2 more quick rounds before returning to a bit slower rhythm, hopefully I continue with decent performances in them. The main question is now surely when (and how) to bring Gabriel into the team.

This time my Cunha selection wasn't any help for me and I was able to collect only 29 points in total. This cost me my lead as a result as I have dropped to the 2nd place.

Now our chips have been refreshed as well. Therefore I will think about using one of them early or not. Chips are really important in this game when you use them in the right time in the end.

Maybe I should just leave things be though. Everything looks so shit right now can't quite put a finger on anything solid from the head. Google I guess.

I actually also lost track of time, and I didn’t make any final changes, I’m not sure what would have been my move anyway, so it’s better to have 2 transfers going into the next round and hope for the best in this one, I’d be need a Haaland haul and a better performance from my Liverpool assets to stay afloat, because as it is, I’m just dropping down the pecking order with every GW passing.

Me too, i missed the deadline and didn't make the changes i had in my head nor take the captain armband off Ekitike. Now i have two injured players in my squad and i didn't even arrange my bench well enough for the eventual substitutions, looks set to be a bad gameweek for me already. I expected a goal or two from Bowen today, but Wolves decided to show up today and are leading through 3 unreplied goals, i guess it is time to kick Bowen out of my team.

Minteh was also not even in the squad today. I bought him for good fixtures but couldn't get what I wanted exactly until now.

I went for Van de Ven and Garner this GW. I hope these transfers would bring me good points.

The trick is to keep red arrows small and smash it on green weeks Kidding aside, easy to say, much harder to actually accomplish. I am happy with my chip usage this season and totally unhappy with AFCON transfers. Some things go your way, some don't but good decisions usually prevail over the hole season and offset any GW luck.

You think the drop to bench has anything To do with the next games? I don’t think so either I think for the very first season Arteta now has the squad that can make him actually drop saka to the bench or take him off games early and that’s exactly what he is doing right now. I don’t also think Saka has been that spectacular as usual to say he isn’t droppable and his drop has to be for a rest.

I got the Rice points too, funny how the FPL app actually marked him not 100% fit to start, glad I stick to him. And this is once again an important point to always verify information and not trust the information on the app fully

I ended up getting home too late. Heh.

Made my changes and thought I was smug about it, put in 2 free transfers. Added Gabriel like I wanted to. And then when I saved, I saw Arsenal was facing Liverpool... and I missed this week's deadline. What a shame.

Suppose having Rice there was the only consolation.

This time I sold Rice and guess what? He scored 2 goals.    Some sources showed him like he was still injured. This also had an affect on me to buy Gordon by selling him.

But thankfully at least buying Watkins and making him captain brought me nice amount of points. It was a risk that I needed to take. He could have actually scored more goals in that match. He wasted a huge chance that I remember.

His certainly one player to bitch about this season Igor Thiago else, how do someone become patient with this guy for several GWs and he comes off with relatively nothing, the most he did for me was 5 points if I’m not mistaken in a fixture and the rest were well around 2 points. The moment I had him transferred out, he starts scoring goals and today, his got a hat trick against Everton like, wtf!

I got lucky with Rice though, had considered taking him off with the news on fitness but, left him alone and hoped the bench would do the substituting if need be and he gets a brace, could have missed it.

Rogers was a player about whom I thought of buying. But I had to give up on Saka or Foden for him so I didn't do it. At least for now... 

I kept Ekitiké but suddenly he was out of squad just as Saka was. I'm still happy though big thanks to Thiago and Van de Ven. Thiago ended his goalless series with a lovely hat-trick.

I don't know maybe it was the reason. Saka was a regular but all of a sudden Arteta dropped him. He still made an assist at least after entering late.
