I prefer Chelsea over Dortmund, that's because I agree this Premier League team deserved to win and qualify for the quarter-finals.
Even though Chelsea have been poor in the Premier League so far winning only 8/19 of the matches they have played, Chelsea is a team that is likely to be good at the tempo of the game.

The chance will be equal for both teams, but Chelsea are the favorites over Dortmund in the Champions League. If Haaland was still in Dortmund, then I think Dortmund would be the favourites. Chelsea is not better than dortmund,  chelseas performance is in the worst start right now. I don't know why people keep saying real madrid was not even strong. This is also happening since last year but yeah real Madrid was always winning UCL so many times what makes them called that the real madrid club a weak club. that's a very weird statement for me to see that. It seems like those people didn't know how good real Madrid is. Bookies were also underestimating real Madrid at this moment by giving bad odds for Madrid. I don't know why bookies were preferring Liverpool in the upcoming match rather than real madrid. Madrid has a bad odd during the first leg of last 16 against Liverpool.
