For sure Chelsea have good players but the problem Chelsea is having is how they can manage this players they have to be consistent.  I don't see Chelsea getting better with Graham Potter,  he is incompetent to revive the team to how it is supposed to be.

Chelsea is still in the process of transitioning its team to the new team. I meant so many players being bought by Chelsea. These players have been expected to replace the old players that may leave from the club as soon as possible like mount, broja, ziyech, mendy, and many more. There are still more time for Chelsea to get chemistry between the new players in the club. Let's see what's gonna happen with Chelsea until the end of transfer season. We can't sure about the result of Chelsea in UCL until we will be getting the result between Chelsea against Dortmund.

The major challenge that is causing Chelsea failure in this season is in the area of midfield because, since they removed the old midfielders and replaced with new ones has reduced Chelsea performance to zero level in this season. I guess, Chelsea can still get it right to improve in all their position to give their fans joy because, many people are not happy with their current performance. I believe they will beat Dortmund 2:0 to prepare the mind of people for a bigger victory.

After looking on each clubs performance in their own local league, I think Club Brugge, FC Porto, Chelsea, Tottenham and Leipzig will lose since they'e not even reach top 2 on their own local league especially Chelsea which currently at 10th position. With this current performance, Manchester United and Real Sociedad are more deserved to play in Champions league.

The most tough match would be Frankfurt vs Napoli and PSG vs Bayern Munich, Frankfurt is really surprising can reach top 2 on Bundesliga while Bayern Munich is a king without crown.

yes, Chelsea still has time to make its best squad in the best performance before the meeting with Dortmund. this will probably require quite a lot of hard work from the coach to do it. the names of the matches will be replaced by new names, and of course, it will also take time for players to have chemistry.
hopefully, the money spent by Chelsea can make their game improve. if they still finish in the middle of the Premier League standings, that means they have suffered a big failure.

Chelsea's performance has not been good in the last few matches. Players have lost form. They are failing to give their best performance. So Chelsea won only 1 of the last 5 matches. Frankfurt has the ability to surprise everyone with a win against any big team.

PSG and Bayern Munich are two very strong teams. And both are aiming for the Champions League title. And I would say that both have the ability to win the Champions League title. And so it is not possible to predict the outcome of this match. Both teams have a 50-50 chance of winning.

not really, teams like PSG and Man City struggle in the champions league even with the good players they have, their leagues and the Champions League are two different competitions and we saw some inconsistencies in their performance and one bad match is all it takes for th to be out of it.

The inconsistencies that happened with city and PSG already happened since a few years ago. I know both have sent so much money but yeah those clubs were not so lucky competing in the UCL. PSG and City have been hiring great coaches but these two teams seem very difficult winning UCL trophy especially pep guardiola who has been aiming to get UCL since he was coming to manchester city, city was very consistent in the EPL but it's not in another competition like UCL.
That proves that it doesn't matter how big your team and winning UCL is still a very difficult task to be done.

They have money, they have very quality players, they also have a great coach. But those facts do not guarantee that there will be great success for them in the Champions League. They are still unable to compete with a team that has a sweet history in this Champions League. Even so, they are quite lucky because with the money they have, they can talk more about the Champions League even though they haven't tasted the title yet.

That's it. You get my points. that reminds me of an underrated team that was always getting blamed by various supporters like Chelsea. This club was actually getting underrated but this club was able to win UCL a few times compared with those clubs which has lots of money for the domestic league only. Manchester City and PSG were always good in qualifying for the champion league but not for being able to win the competition. I don't know why people were always picking those clubs as most favorites while they never won UCL at least 1 time.
Money may buy you the spot to be played in the champion league but it's not about giving you a guarantee to become a champion in UCL. History has proven it.

Chelsea must also build from the defense sector, midfield, as well as sharp finishing. and right now, Potter could only take advantage of the available players. there is no other choice, until all the players recover from injury. that way Potter has many choices, according to what he wants to be his main starting line-up.

To be honest with the current situation, I really doubt that Chelsea will be able to move on to the next phase. if against Dortmund, Chelsea still has a chance to win the round of 16 match. but in the next phase, it looks like it will be very difficult for Graham Potter's squad.

However if they can create some short-live effects which can be took advantage by other members in the club, some big impacts can happen.

It is true that Real Madrid this season has not been very convincing in its performance both in the regular league and in other competitions. I think it is a little to easy and to superficial to just compare their rank in their native leagues in order to find out who is the favorite in their champions league match. For example, i personally think that FC Chelsea is definitely the favorite in their match against Borussia Dortmund even though Chelsea is only on rank 10 in the premier league while Borussia Dortmund is on rank 6 in the Bundesliga.
Even though Chelsea is having a pretty rough time at the moment, i still think that they have good chances to win here because Dortmund is also not playing not very well. They have won their last game with 4-3 but they received 3 goals from a below average Bundesliga team.

But you forgot that Chelsea is playing with Dortmund which in turn is in sixth place in the Bundesliga. I think few people will argue that the Premier League, if we take the average level of teams, is stronger than the Bundesliga, so it turns out that Chelsea and Dortmund occupy comparable places. By the way, although Dortmund won in the last round, they conceded 3 goals from one of the outsiders in the home game. In my opinion, it is obvious that for Chelsea such an opponent is within their power.

Lot of players have been brought in to Chelsea but how well has there been a transformation, all those good great players without a good tactician is useless.
Things will turn out well with Chelsea but not sure currently with potter still in charge of that club, is Zidane really linked to Chelsea as media and internet says? Chelsea need to improve those player's Jorginho and Kante need to leave.
