The favorite this season which we are hoping they will be the one to win the Champions league are not even in their best form which is Bayern Munich and PSG.  This two teams are having some challenges in their games.  Let's watch out and see if any of these teams can win it this time.

Yea they're both struggling at the moment which is not a good thing for either team because they'll be facing each other soon. As much as I do not like to use league form to determine Champions league, PSG are not looking like a team that can beat Bayern Munich right now. With Mbappe and Neymer injured, that leaves only Lionel Messi among the 3 upfront. PSG have not really had a pattern of play and they don't really play as a team. Before the world cup my bet was on PSG to win but right now now the odds are changing.

Man City is also a side to be reckoned with in the competition. They always mess up at this stage of the competition but this season might be different. There's no team they're not capable of winning on their day so you can't also write them off.

I think many will start doubting AC Milan in the last 16 round. Because as we know in Serie A AC Milan seems to have decreased. Even AC Milan didn't seem to be playing optimally against Inter Milan. but Tottenham, who will face AC Milan in the last 16 round, are looking better for now. Even Tottenham was able to beat Man City. But still, the Ac Milan vs Tottenham match I think will still be a match that is quite difficult to predict. even I can not determine which team will be the favorite later.

Milan was disgraced in Inter match, I don't understand how such a team can go into such a decline, not in a total performance of a few games. They couldn't use one more corner kick during the match, because of what happened in the league, I see Milan as the weak link. Although Tottenham is not in the position they want in the league, other teams are clearly afraid of this team. They also have a machine like Kane. Milan will need a lot of luck in this game.

Tottenham should be the favourite in this match because I see that the team have confident to face any club without fear. It was yesterday that I started seeing this after the scored Man city at the early hour of the match and held this goal till the end of the match with a victory over Man city.

I see this as an advantage for Tottenham to win AC Milan, because the club is unpredictable and also in a good form. EPL is always more stronger than any league therefore any EPL that can win a strong team like Man city presently will do better in UCL. The match is unpredictable since AC Milan is also a strong club and cannot be underestimated.

Maybe they are bad at defending but at least they could have strengthened their attacking area.

Even though Real Madrid and Liverpool lost this week in their respective local leagues, of course these results still cannot be used as a benchmark for their performance when they play in the Champions League later. With these considerations, of course Real Madrid will still have a chance to beat Liverpool, but if later Liverpool can hold Real Madrid to a draw then that will also be a good result for Liverpool.

I also think that Real Madrid are the favorites in the Champions League over Liverpool. Real Madrid has good chance to win the match and qualify for the quarter-finals even though they are both in bit of bad form recently. Liverpool have been appear substandard all season even if they did well in the Champions League group stages, but at least I can hope nothing changes from Liverpool regarding their form and they should be out of the Champions League in this round of 16.

Apart from Real Madrid being the champions last season, they are the most experienced team in this competition so the mentality can still be expected. Real Madrid's performance has always been good in the Champions League even though they could have lost and failed this season.

As they gradually become more experienced, their performance may stabilize. But Liverpool's match strategy also has problems with Jurgen Klopp not doing his job properly.

They are young players and can sharpen their skills more but with their expensive transfers especially Nunez, pressure on their shoulders is huge. They must over come this as soon as possible and at least they must improve to have acceptable performance for Liverpool. It is helpful for the club and for themselves to get rid of noise and pressure from media which can impact their career in Liverpool.

I don't expect Nunez and Gakpo succeed in this season because it is not common to see new players can have success in their first seasons in Premier League. A next season will be better to assess their performance for Liverpool.

@KipaCrypto I have said it multiple time’s and I’ll say it again that Klopp should go, his decision not to retain Mane was a foolish one and so far it’s clear to see that the team is not responding to his tactics hence the board should act now. Lastly I believe that Liverpool’s board could target Tuchel or Poch as these two are currently available, and I’m sure either one of them can revive Liverpool and help them dominate the champions league and premier league again.

I don't think nunez and takpo are good recruits. Both of these players are overrated players. people will say if both are new players in liverpool and those will need time to develop. If we look at the many matches played by the two, especially nunez. We can conclude that both were panic transfers. Therefore, I think that if the nunez should be replaced immediately. I mean if nunez's performance is really bad. Missed many golden opportunities to help the club from losing or drawing. It's only fitting that the nunez should be replaced. The performance of the gakpo itself is no less bad than nunez. Im thinking about klopp potentially to be sacked by FSG. There are so many rumors about FSG wanna try to sack klopp once klopp didn't give good results in upcoming match especially champion league.

The past long and very ambitious season has negative impacts on many Liverpool players. They were exhausted and not ready for this season with poorer performances and some got injuries too. World Cup 2022 is hosted in December makes it worse for Liverpool when many players came back to the club with tired bodies and mentality.

It is time for Liverpool to think of what they will do at the end of season. Start with a coach position of Klopp first, will they determinantly use him in next seasons or will look for another coach? Personally I support Klopp to stay in Liverpool at least one more season. If he can not improve the club performance in the next season, he should leave.

I totally agree with you that Real Madrid has a great shot of winning the Champions League and moving on. Having the attitude and experience of a champion team from the previous season is a major asset. Bettors and oddsmakers' forecasts for the game should also be considered. You said Liverpool has underwhelmed this season, however it's worth noting that the odds are 2.3 for Liverpool to win the match while they are 3.0 for Real Madrid. This might indicate that bookies consider Liverpool to be an underdog with a fighting chance of winning.

Milan can't suddenly start being a great team in UCL just because they are losing in the league. I mean they are not doing that great right now and they won't do anything good in UCL neither, that is not going to happen, that is going to be a problem for them.

Doesn't mean they can't beat Spurs, there is a good chance that they could beat Spurs and that could happen, but that doesn't change the fact that we will see them do even better afterwards, the best they can do will be beating Spurs, after that, unless they get a very very lucky draw from a much smaller team, they are going to lose, and there is a big possibility that they will lose to Spurs as well.

Im feeling worry about city. There are some problems that have been facing by the club.

- Numerous allegations being made by premier league to the city caused by city was doing shady things since 2008-2018
- Some players will be leaving the club caused of the bad condition that is faced by the club.
- It has been rumored that pep will be leaving from city as well
- Degradation is also waiting for manchester city

Those things will be giving leipzig so many advantages. City was facing very big problems now. I doubt if it can be solved as soon as possible. I think that anyone shall consider it before try to bet on city. This club has so many problems.
