Regardless between Chelsea and Dortmund have poor performance in domestic league but Chelsea have bigger chance in UEFA Champion League after spent much money for several new player recruitment. No doubt with how many new player arrived, Chelsea still difficult to win actually on last match against Liverpool.

The team is unstable and needs some more time to get organised especially with the new signings. Real Madrid, PSG and Manchester city are far ahead of Chelsea, the blues will need a miracle to win the champions league this season.

Maybe we can say, who has the most luck, then that team will be the winner in their match later. Because the main reason is that we don't see anything special shown by them in their respective leagues. I do not agree about this Chelsea needs another ten years to win the Champions League because now soccer is very quickly changing and things are having faster than our imagination no one was thinking Newcastle United and Manchester United will be able to fight for the top ranks in English League but right now these both are at the third and fourth spot because they have better coaching and good amount to invest on quality players so same rule apply in case of Chelsea as they are spending amount even having not positive change, but surely things will be changed, and they will be able to have results like Arsenal in near future.

In this season, most chances they will be out of the competition in quarterfinal because things are not favourable for them and they are trying to adjust their winning unit which is taking time and Graham Potter is positive with the support of management to have good change in near future.
