Liverpool is way out of any top team to contend for the UCL alright. There level of poor performance is just too much across leagues. They got dragged to a penalty shootout against Derby County, lost 2 penalty shootout and were luckily saved by there goal keeper who saved 3 shoots. In the EPL, they managed it to win Spurs thanks to Mo. Salah but there level of performance is nothing to bring them to a UCL semi finals.
Manchester City perhaps, they've done there best to win when they need to and only lose after being top of there group with enough points to qualify them for the next round.
PSG, I can't really say much for them as, they always seem so good until the last minute. Perhaps they would get it right this time.
For Real Madrid, they've always been tactical as to how they come by the league and there games. Take all pressure in the first half and pressure in the second. This remains there strategy still and they've got sme squad that could guarantee a final.

Benzema was actually faking those injuries just to be fit for the world Cup. After the world Cup we might see him back fully. But its actually bad having a team like Madrid rely on only one player, although there should be individual brilliance but Madrid should just priorities a new striker to partner him and provide depth for the team.

Bayern have faced experience on group stage beaten big team from Inter Milan until eliminated Barcelona from  Champion League and not faced difficulty to win from PSG.

No any impressive record get by PSG with home match, actually held draw by Benfica on group stage seems give opportunity for Bayern get 1 points or try to win for first leg.

As Liverpool is scheduled to face Real Madrid in the Champions League, I do not think they will be able to get far in the Champions League as they face a very tough opponent. I understand why there is a huge gap among Manchester City and the other teams. Haaland is the biggest factor for Manchester City to be this much clear favourite. I'm a little surprised with Bayern Munich's being favoured more than PSG. But maybe it is related to the group stage performances. PSG didn't impress much as they couldn't beat Benfica and lost the lead to them. Real Madrid are just waiting behind these teams silently. We shouldn't disregard them easily for the championship. I'm even thinking about placing a bet on them to become the champions again. 

Bayern is one legend of champions league besides Real Madrid because of that they are being favored. They also have more experienced fight with top club for long time and and able to overcome it all, while PSG they are is look new comer with new composition even the squad have more than what they want, but still they are not much compete in high class. And, for sure when Bayern can beat them in 16 round without have problem, they will one of champion candidate other than Madrid and Man City.

The position that they lacked last season has been filled with players who are hungry for goals. Liverpool is one of the best team in the english premier league but it's barely noticeable due to the fact that they're not use to signing big players but always contended with what they really have. Facing real Madrid in the round of 16 is definitely one of the tough game we're waiting to watch and hoping that this time around, liverpool should not fall victim after losing to the Los blancos back to back in the finals.
