Technically all of the rest of the teams have a really low chance of being the champions in the Serie A as Napoli are incredible now. It would be still okay for Inter if they finish the season in top 4 there. However their performance in the Champions League so far has been impressive. While many people weren't giving them much chance against Barcelona and Bayern Munich, they performed much better than Barcelona. They absolutely deserved to be a part of last 16 round.

They have a lucky draw as well. I don't say that Porto is easy to eliminate for them. But they could have had a much more difficult opponent among those teams.

I don't think that's how it actually happened, Inter still has time to improve its performance in its domestic league. with all leagues paused, because of the world cup. all teams that initially performed poorly, had the opportunity to evaluate and improve the weaknesses of their team.
including for Inter, they must take this opportunity to improve their performance, both in the domestic league and the Champions League.  after all, the Serie A league schedule still leaves a lot of matches. after all, the difference in points owned by Inter and the position occupied by second place in the standings is not far adrift. Inter still have a chance to finish in the top four of Serie A. After the league resumed, Inter have Lukaku who has recovered from his injury, which will certainly add sharpness to their front line.

Chelsea's game went down and somehow rumors of his sacking surfaced out of the blue and Chelsea signed a manager who wasn't that great. Chelsea gambled on Potter actually because there are many other great coaches who deserve to be in charge of Chelsea this season, but their eyes are on Potter.

Napoli is also an outsider for the title. If you look at how they have rolled over Ajax and Liverpool, you should definitely take them into account. PSG have all the stars, but every year they fail. Last year they also had a lot of bad luck against Real Madrid. The question is whether Messi can focus again when he starts the second half of the season. If he is eliminated with Argentina at the World Cup in the group, he may be very motivated to take some kind of revenge in the CL or he doesn't feel like it anymore and moves to another club. With the performance surely Napoli is having fair chance to win double in this season because until know their performance and quality is having good edge from their opponents in both leagues, and we can expect good end for them like we have in last season from Real Madrid even bookmakers are as usual still having Manchester City, Bayern Munich and PSG in their hot favourite teams list which is nothing new because in last few years we have this trend from them even these are not winning but their strength and quality is surely amazing.

Chelsea was the best team in the list, so my support will be Chelsea. In all the game only 4-6 countries will be the best. But their is the reason for making the league against 16 different countries. It give the importance to give all the nations  in the game. I think you are right, Barcelona is focused on the Champions League this season without reducing its focus on other competitions such as Laliga. I am very disappointed by Barcelona's failure this season to qualify for the last 16, but I believe they have done something great trying to beat stronger and better teams like Inter and Bayern Munich.
