Regarding the match why Gatlier played Mbappe not since beginning of match i will assume Mbappe still not fully recover so it's risky to playing him since early minutes and actually PSG game were better after Mbappe played even 10 minutes before second half ended i can see PSG has make some attempts through an Mbappe, Neymar and Messi but unfortunately they still can't even equalized the score

Many people think that PSG's 0-1 defeat has allowed Bayern Munich to easily qualify for the quarter-finals. PSG basically still has a chance to qualify for the quarter-finals if they win the second leg at the Allianz Arena with a good score difference. That is possible even though Bayern Munich have won the first leg. PSG's victory is not something impossible, but they have to work harder to win it.

The second round will be played in March, but to judge this match we only have to see how both of them perform in Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga. Each of the two teams have 3 games before the second leg, and a lot of things will change for that game I think.

This could be the worst timing for Chelsea to be playing against Borussia Dortmund in the Uefa Champions League, Borussia Dortmund are currently sitting on a wonderful form in the Bundesliga league and vice versa Chelsea are clearly struggling to even score goals at the moment. With the home fans cheering for Borussia Dortmund, I think Borussia Dortmund should be able to beat Chelsea at the final whistle.

In terms of performance, it looks like Dortmund is much more convincing because in the last six matches in all competitions Dortmund have always won. And in the Bundesliga, Dortmund is ranked 3rd in the standings which is only 3 points adrift of Bayern Munich who are at the top of the standings which in my opinion Dortmund is easy to overtake Bayern Munich. The reason is, their performance is very good this season.
and while Chelsea are currently in very poor form and difficult to score goals and are currently 10th in the table, and with this we can judge who is better for both teams.

This is a very frightening and heart beating period for Chelsea fans. They have a team that is filled with top-class talented players that lacks coordination and strategy. Coach Graham Potter seems to be confused and helpless when it comes to tactics. Based on current performance Borussia Dortmund has the advantage but this is the Champions League and not the EPL. We have seen teams that are struggling in their local league putting up some wonderful performances in the CL. The Chelsea team is still through its transformational stage but this doesn't allow any opponent to underrate them. Winning the Champions League seems to be the only way Chelsea can be part of European football next year, thus the players will put in their best.

I don't see PSG winning in the second leg, Bayern Munich was a better team last night and will still dorminate PSG in the second leg at home. I thought Messi and mbappa was injured, when I saw then on the team lineups,I knew the coach was taking risk. They're injured but fear of Bayern Munich made the coach to risk them play, yet they lose the game to 10 men of Bayern Munich after the red.

Psg have had bad experiences in the last matches.  They got a lot of results that they didn't want and the Bayern Match was very important to fix that.  In the first half they certainly seemed to have been wiped out on the field.  In the second half, they went very well after the goal.  They scored a goal with Mbappe, but the goal was canceled because Mendes was offside before the goal.  I can't criticize Psg too much because Bayern is a strong team.  They played well in the match, but did not win.  They have to win in the rematch.

Mbappe scored two goals, but both were offside. The first goal was clearly offside, but the second was very close. I found a picture, take a look. Earlier (1-2 Years ago) it would been a 1-1 and Paris would not be called losers in the media now. But Mpappe has to play at the beginning, he changes the whole game. Messi and Neymar didn't do that, even Messi shot over the goal shortly before the end. On 08.03. is the next match and I think Bayern will also win, they are simply too strong, even without Lewandoski.

I understand that the offside rule must be complied with and new technologies allow for greater rigor in the analysis of these situations.

But, I don't think anyone in the world, not even football players, will say that 3 centimeters in advance gives an advantage in a move. The offside rule was created when there was no technology to accurately assess this situation. So the offside had to be clear to human eyes, because that's the only way the player really has an advantage over the opponent.

In this case, the PSG player had no advantage because he was 3cm ahead of the Bayern player.

I think the rules should be adjusted based on the new technologies that exist.

my worries about PSG have come true. From this match we can see that Mbappe is really needed by PSG. even in the second half after Mbappe came on we could see PSG getting better. even the attacks launched by PSG can really endanger Bayern's goal. Even Mbappe scored 2 goals. although both goals were disallowed because they were already in an offside position. it is very unfortunate because Mbappe's condition has not fully recovered so that Mbappe only played in the second half.

And I really appreciate the PSG goalkeeper, Donnarumma. he made a lot of saves really well. But anyway this match took place with great excitement.

Mbappe will be ready for a second leg since its start but it will be at Munich, not in Paris. With bad ability of PSG to play with pressure and high demand from their fans to make history for the club, will the succeed to beat Bayern in Munich? I did not believe too much in AC Milan but their Champions League DNA has its voice again. Tottenham did create opportunities but they did not score any goal and will have to come home, prepare for a host against AC Milan with similar task like PSG but they will play a second leg match at home. Tottenham had a better performance than PSG and they surely can beat AC Milan at home.

Son Heung Min did not have a good match and I think he already lost his best career time. This season can be a start of his down side after he reached to his career top.
