Leipzig cannot be underestimated even though they are not the favorite team in the Bundesliga. but what it's shown to contain Haaland and the others is pretty good. I'm sure many will accept defeat in betting on this match.
but the question is, why did City play the full match until the end of the match without substitutions? after they conceded in the 70th minute, at least there was still time to freshen up some composure to get the winning goal in the remaining time. there may be other considerations from the coach.

A draw against Manchester City is not that bad i guess and its a good chance for them in City , but there it will be really hard to get something out there.

All other england teams except Liverpool have a decent chance to turn it around and pass into the next stage. The best chances Man City has ,but the worst  Liverpool by far and to me they are out of this tournament for sure,it would take a miracle for them to pass into the next stage.

Liverpool's chance is almost zero. Madrid was able making a crazy comeback when it played on anfield. The same thing gonna happen once madrid will be playing at home. it's a little hard to understand what Pep is doing, but as far as he can see, it's already very good, even though the final result is not very profitable for them, but a draw is enough capital for Man City, who will play the second leg later at his own home.
Overall I see in this game which ended in a draw the luck factor was not in favor of Manchster City the truth is they have been able to control the game really well and apart from no substitutions made by Pep I don't think it is a problem.

Liverpool's meeting with Madrid in the top 16 phases was quite surprising. because indeed the two big teams are the ones who have the opportunity to meet in the final. but what happened of course made one of the two have to fall.

Manchester City controlled the game, but that did not allow them to win the match even though they had taken the lead in the first half. Entering the second half, Leipzig were bolder in going out to attack after in the first half they implemented a defense that was so deep, almost all of Leipzig's players were in their own defense area. I thought in the second half there might be an extra goal from Manchester City, but it was Leipzig who could score that goal. I failed to win when I bet this match.

Figured out that has been the case with Manchester City,from start to finish they basically control games,maybe score in first halve with hight hopes of scoring more,then missed chances,and one very loop hole in this man City team is when they are on attack as dey always do,they leave a lot of space behind the back,a very efficient team,with confidence could win them well with less shot on goal,just take chances.

Liverpool's performance was not good enough to beat Real Madrid but still, they started the game while they could score two goals agist Real Madrid which was not bad also don't forget that Liverpool with Klopp is not on good days yet but just a few minutes after the scored the second goal Real Madrid could start the comeback they could score five goals thanks to the superstars they got but generally this was not too hard to predict if you consider and compare the situation of both teams.

Leipzig managed to show impressive resistance as hosts, the Leipzig players were able to prove that they were not an easy opponent to beat. Leipzig managed to withstand the pressure of Manchester City by building a solid defense. The mentality of the players that made Real Madrid the king of Europe, even the departure of some of their star players didn't really have an impact on their team squad, even though Real Madrid was filled with young players, and that didn't affect their playing conditions, even Liverpool who had players players who have great experience, must be subdued by Real Madrid's young players, even though Real Madrid still has a strong midfielder, but it still helps for the attacking style of the Madrid players, especially their attackers like Karim Benzema, Vini Jr., this is how difficult it is for European clubs to face Real Madrid..

Leipzig played well throughout their home game, that was what they hoped for the most in the first leg.
Haaland was completely isolated throughout the match because it was difficult for the Manchester City players to find Haaland due to his high defensive line. I wasn't surprised by the result of the match because I watched the match too but unfortunately Manchester City struggled to score more goals even though they had some good chances.

I think the second leg will be better because I found it a bit boring with the way both teams played in the first leg. It’s very displeasing that none of the English teams managed to win their first knock out game. Manchester city had the easiest fixture but they couldn’t get maximum points from that game. I’ve been watching Manchester city games this season and it’s obvious that they’ve not been playing like before. Manchester city this season are too open. They're solid when in possession, as the system is regulated and hard to penetrate. Yet when a disruptor comes along and they end up on the back foot, the system doesn't adjust. Really good teams exploit this. Tottenham and Chelsea can get their way back when they face their opponent in London next week. At least they were down with just a goal, so if they put in more effort, they can defeat them at home respectively.

When I look at the games played yesterday, Inter beat Porto at home. The match was under Inter's control. Inter had more possession and had more chances to shoot. As such, there wasn't much that Porto could do.  Lukaku scored in the last minutes and Inter won 1-0. Otavio will be suspended for the next match because he received a red card.
In the other match of the day, Leipzig hosted City. The first half was very peaceful with City in control, attacking a lot and trying to find goals. Mahrez put his team ahead in the 27th minute. In the second half the hosts took control and broke the pressure. The second half ended in a 1-1 draw with a goal scored by Gvardiol. An acceptable result for City.
