There was no difficulty for Switzerland in this match, previously i thought that the match would end in a draw, but that didn't happen and it even became a match for over bets. Luckily i didn't place any bets on this match. The gap in the odds is quite high, it proves that we will see a dominant game from Spain with ball possession, and i think Croatia only has a chance of drawing here, winning the match is very difficult with the current odds.

After watching how Scotland got thrashed by Germany yesterday, I think Albania might be the next team to concede a lot of goals when they play against Italy. Being the weakest team placed in Group B, all of the other 3 teams will want to earn points from the hands of Albania and they are surely going to be playing offensively against Albania right from the start of the match, I guess Italy will be able to beat Albania easily today.

Sometimes football doesn't go the way we see it or expect it to be, yea for sure Italy are favorite to the win to night match against Albania because they have more experience player than Albania but that doesn't mean they might trashed Albania just the way the Germans machine trashed Scotland yesterday. We shouldn't be surprised if Albania should win Italy tonight that is the nature of football anything can happen my self I always believed in full time .

Morata was able to find the back of the net with a clean finish on the 28th minutes as he was given a good pass and he was so confident enough as he held the ball in between 2 Croatia defenders and took a brilliant shot. Oh Spain has just destroyed Croatia defense again by Fabian Ruiz after was able to do some ball work by creating space in dribbling twice before he took the shot into the back of the post. Two goals in three minutes. The Spanish players are at a good advantage of winning this game now.

Spain didn't look strong at all except the first 10 minutes of the game and just when I thought Croatia just got back in the game Spain totally demolished them with just 2 goals in 2 minutes,I guess that is the end for Croatia,for their great group of players which unfortunately are very old of age compared averagely with the other teams and the fun fact is that Croatia has the oldest players of the Euro which is Modric and Spain the youngest one 16 year old Jamal.It is a total disaster for Croatia as I doubt they can come back after this although they are trying and they just had a very strong chance to make the gap smaller.I am sure the second half is going to be very beautiful as Croatia got nothing to lose now and will go all out.We are in a three teams making it out of 4,not of all groups yet the possibilities are good,yet you don't want to find yourself beaten with a great goal difference,this can even remove the hope for the third place taking for granted that all teams of Group B will beat Albania (I doubt that would be the case).

Do you think they can come back from this situation? Honestly I don't think it would happen. Spain are really good at securing wins in this kind of situations.

I'm enjoying the game just as expected.    There is a high tension and I hope to see it until the end. I was thinking of betting on Spain win & both teams to score and the odds must be quite high as far as I remember. If it happens I will be sad for not betting on it.

Spain team are showing lots of vibrancy with the young, hungry and experienced players that they have mixed in their team. Both Spain and Croatia are big names and honestly I did not expect 2 goals in first half in favour of one side. If I have dreamt of HT 2 goals, I would have predicted that they share the goals. I am not able to view the match, I am in transit but I have managed to see the line up now. I think it is high time Croatia began to feature younger players in their national team. A player like Modric was supposed to come in after the round of group matches where his experience will be needed. A younger and vibrant person is needed for physicality. The Croatia of them world cup finals I know is very different from the Croatia we have now. There's no how the world cup runner up Croatia will conceed 2 goals in HT.

Today's Euro's opener was marked with interesting highlights; Germany scoring six goals and Scotland getting a goal without a shot on target. I think this is the highest number of goals of in the history of this tournament.

And, Scotland's only goal was an OG by Rudiger. This is a gift for Scotland, at least getting 5 - 1 goal, better than 5 - 0 .
But indeed, judging from the abilities of each individual in the club, in every line, their movements, how their coach manages their tactics, the difference between the top team, Germany and Scotland, is clearly visible. Yes, they only had one chance to shoot on target and they also missed it. Then look at how Germany dominated the ball throughout the match. it doesn't seem even, so at the start of the match, it seems to be quite boring to watch. but then. german did it excellently.

It was a very good start to the match and a very good start to the EURO opener for Germany, but on the contrary, very bad for Scotland.

Lolz. You can say Scotland were the sacrificial lambs used by Germany. You can also say Julian Nagelsmann released his German machines on the poor Scottish teammates and it was really painful to watch as nothing the visitors did could yield a positive result, more like they did not train for this game.
 It's safe to say that Germany have set the bar for the other participating teams in this tournament as they will be looking to outnumber those goals gotten last night.

Croatia basically created several good chances to score, but so far in the first half they have not been able to convert into goals. Spain led the first half with a 2 goal lead scored by Morata and Fabian Ruiz, that was as expected. Unai Simon has had to work hard to maintain his team's lead against Croatian pressure and opportunities, so far he has managed to do it perfectly. Oh just now, Yamal delivered a beautiful assist to Carvajal for the third goal. 3-0 now.

My guess is that Spain can secure this victory until the match ends. Spain is still very likely to score additional goals in the second half, but they also have to maintain concentration on defense so as not to concede.

Croatia clearly had no way out after falling behind, especially since Spain added to their number of goals scored by Dani Carvajal. Because of this, we can confirm that the first 3 points in group B belong to Spain. Maybe Croatia could have scored their first or second goal in the second half, but that would be meaningless because Spain would definitely play defensively in the second half.

I don't find at all funny to watch friendly games because teams are not giving everything they got and it's just a waste of time in my opinion. They also want to avoid injuries and friendly games purpose are just to make sure you can put in practice what you learned in training because there is no real prize for actually winning a friendly game.

There is also the other side , where people chose to bet on friendly games and they end up losing on odds 1.05 or 1.10 out of nowhere so it's safer to stay out of betting on friendly games. 

It is natural that you will not get maximum performance in unimportant matches. Win or lose in friendly matches doesn't matter here so teams will definitely want their players to finish the game injury free and they won't get 100 percent performance when they enter the field with these thoughts in mind. I am just waiting for the main stage match to start. Euro competitions are always tough, especially from the group stage matches in all these tournaments. After a few matches in the main stage we can say which team can do well in this tournament or which team's performance can be consistent. Since friendly matches are taking place till now we have to enjoy only these matches and we have to be serious about the main phase matches.

Spain deserved a score of 3-0 in the first half because in terms of dominance they were superior, Croatia had minimal opportunities, this was because Croatia front line was not sharp enough to penetrate the Spanish defense. We know that Yamal was the difference in this match and was able to move freely through the Croatian defense. the assist he created provide proof that at his young age he has appeared very mature with the national team. Carvajal last goal was quite difficult to predict because it was in the final seconds until the referee finally whistled after the goal. Croatia had 1 chance but unfortunately the ball was too late, it was already in front of the goal but they were unlucky.
In the second half it looked like Spain was still trying to add to their goal collection, the Spanish players were still hungry for goals, maybe Lamine Yamal could score a goal in the second half.

I thought Spain vs Croatia would be a tough match with a level of difficulty for both of them to score goals. It turned out that was not true because Spain had no difficulty at all so that 3 goals were scored in the first half even though Croatia had the ball possession advantage up to 54%.
The first half was quite bad for Croatia. A fragile back line and a front line that was unable to convert opportunities into goals.

The second half will begin. What I want to see now is not Spain, but Croatia's ability to equalize the score. If nothing changes, Croatia will probably be like Scotland yesterday.

What a first half result from Spain 3 goals down, the game was quite though for Croatia in this first half their actaking force was not strong enough to break Spain defense line although they are finding it difficult to hold ball, Spain really dominate the first half and they were able to break Croatia defense line, however I think Croatia really need to improve in this second half half to avoid consived another goals.

Italy might be the favorite in this match and they have a chance to win because they have a more promising squad than Albania, but I guess that it will not be easy for Italy just to beat Albania. What I see is that Albania has a fairly consistent performance and they even came out on top in group E while they were still in the qualifying phase. In that group phase, Albania showed that they had a fairly solid defense that was tough to break down (Albania only conceded 4 goals, and it was much better than Italy which had 9 goals conceded).

This is another stage in the competition that is why Albania will find it difficult in this stage. It is obvious that Albania is no match for any of the team in this stage and of course they will be leaving the competition after all the matches have been played. The remaining 3 teams here in this group will do all means to get complete 3 points from Albania and sure it is a game i will be certain to bet on and the goals will be more than 3 to 4 goals i each of the matches.

Spain are definitely going to show how good they are but one thing about the Croatia team is how they handle any game when it comes to the second half, to me the away team (Croatia) sees every game as a final so is not too late to get an equalizer no matter the score line (3-0). I feel the Croatia team will come out stronger than how they were in the first half, they hardly hold the ball and some little opportunity they have was thrown away without hitting the target, but expect more from them in the second half and I don't think we would be having a repeat of what happened in the Germany game yesterday in terms of goals(6 in total).
