Bitcoin will be later in the future the most used payment method and that is because you already can see now that Bitcoin is getting more used and have more value so that is nice.
Stores make Bitcoin also more acceptable because they know that more people are going to use it to pay and more people are also get to know about Bitcoin and that is nice.
Only that will take some time because it must first becoming also more popular, so it is maybe possible after some 20 years or something.
Bitcoin is definitely virtual currency and it is definitely an interesting concept. The problem with Bitcoin is that unlike the dollar, gold or land there is nothing actually backing it up other than the internet people trust. So I don't think it will become a global currency. For me it is just starting. Bitcoin can make a big entrance now in the financial forex markets. If this happens we are really in for a treat. New money means more demand. Bitcoin is getting more popular no doubt about that but cannot visualize to see it as a global currency and if it wants to be a global currency then it needs awareness at all the levels. Bitcoin is getting more popularity but if some more form of promotion leads to big adoption it may soon evolve as a alternate currency than getting changed as a global currency. As bitcoin matures and stabilizes any country that has a financial crisis's people will get to consider it as an alternative . I think the network effects of this type of adoption are what will allow bitcoin to become the world's reserve currency |

Yes bitcoin might be global currency of people in near future because many people use it now. And i can see in future people use this day by day as their transaction fees many transaction successfully done easy with less hassle and i think for this price rise event it will can catch more eyes of stakers and i think it is the good running of bitcoin as we can see it for future is bright. |

it will take time, but steam accepting it might help get the ball rolling.
it will certainly get some more exposure, and the more stores and services that accept it the faster bitcoin becomes globally accepted.

If it happens at all it's going to take decades. The internet and mobile phones took long enough and they do nothing but enhance your life and don't require educating yourself and questioning the world around you, let alone risking your money. In the meantime it's going to get healthier in its own steady way.

you are right. it takes a long time, because currently only a portion of the world's population who know and understand about bitcoin. most of them only see the bad side of the bitcoin for now Most people who know about bitcoin but has not joined in bitcoin are those who know bitcoin of media and knows only of bad things alone. but I think that only some people if they knew about bitcoin. most people will be interested and definitely try to join as my friend |

I guess that you can call Bitcoin a global currency because everyone with internet can make use of it this makes this currency pretty unique. So Bitcoin is indeed a global currency but still has to attract more people to make that name really true.

But you never know what will happen with the halving and that can be bad for the users. |

As it is new most countries are not aware of bitcoin, also once its demand increases it will be spread worldwide but I think all the countries won't accept bitcoin with great interest as it is always a threat to the country's banking systems. So it is difficult for bitcoin to become the global currency. |
