I believe it will take a few years for this to happen, but perhaps it's closer to happening than we imagine. It is true that bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general are becoming increasingly popular around the world, day after day.

the main problem bitcoin is "DIGITAL CURRENCY" so we need internet conection for each transaction, and this is can't make bitcoin as 1st global currency like a us dollar.

I beg to disagree, as far as I know there are people in different country though they are in a small percentage, known bitcoin and using it in their daily to monthly lives.  I think that is enough for me to consider bitcoin as global currency.  The mere fact that exchanges accept bitcoin and exchange it to their respective local fiat shows that it is really a global currency.

i agree with this, this is our chance to introduce bitcoin into many people so they can know what is bitcoin and don't make judge that bitcoin is wrong.

i think if there is community in our city and make a schedule to meet and make a plan about how to introduce, and in every meet we can ask people to join with us and this will be a good way for people to know bitcoin.

It's a great thing that it's becoming more global but it's not far yet. We have to be able to pay with it in alot of places and see more advertisements towards bitcoin.
Only then can we speak of a global currency, now it's a global digital only currency since more webshops accept it then local stores.

Yeah I agree that the potential of bitcoin is huge, and crap like that but you have to admit that it is not growing as fast as you make it sound right in the first post of this thread, you have to accept the fact that bitcoin is new compared to other methods of doing transaction and the world might take another five years to actually accept bitcoin, and will demand some changes in the core existence and functionality of bitcoin transactions

Wait for the right time and now is not the right time yet, the popularity of bitcoin is not that big, and for the country to declare bitcoin as legal currency, they need to pass to their rules and qualifications and I think some country are reviewing the possibility of declaring bitcoin as legal.

That could be true. The bitcoin is not the only coin any more. There are other good coins which will divert the money.
