It wont be accepted as a global currency until some regulations are made. But digital currencies will be the future but not very soon as we expect. Bitcoin will force governments to take digital currency right away.
If that is possible and you also can see now already that there are now more people that is using it and that there are also more stores that is accepting it. But you have to also know that there will be a lot of people that must have to know to use Bitcoin and get to know about it. Yes it's true Bitcoin will take Time to become a global currency especially when so many people are unaware of its advs. My friend doesn't believe in Bitcoin. So it will take time and soon the whole world will accept it. You are right at current time there are only a few people who are aware with bitcoin and with that we cannot say that bitcoin will become a global currency, when all of the people around the world will know about bitcoin and they all will adopt it for their businesses then will a chance appear for it to become a global currency. Bitcoin is aware in some countries and is exactly a universal, internet currency that can work on any computer or mobile phone, but as long as bitcoin price driven by speculative investments, bitcoin will not be able to compete with standard currencies or can never become global. |

Its not suprising if bitcoin become global currency because it almost popular in many country like philippines we can use bitcoin to pay our bills or to buy e games card so many ways to do with bitcoin. I thinl someday bitcoin it will be come global currency. And many people now use bitcoin to get an extra income.
Wow that is a great development in Philippine that you are paying your bills through bitcoins, our government is not against bitcoin but still they are not doing any development work for bitcoin in our country, I think if they started to work for bitcoin they will be more developed as more of their unemployed people will hear about that and will earn money with that. |

i think the current currencies will be a part of the history, and bitcoin will now be the global currency and will be the mainstream, but i think it will be happened after 20 years or 30? With its growing popularity, i really hope that at some point we can link our bitcoin wallets to our paypal accounts; that would definetly make bitcoin a currency to be use anywhere, anytime.

I already think that Bitcoin is a global currency because it does not matter where you live you can still make use of it if you have access to the internet.

yes it is a fact. and we can see that more and more people are entering in the world of bitcoin. but i think if the governments give support to bitcoin and turn it legalize in their countries then there will no doubt about this. it will motivate people so much to invest their money in bitcoin and hope that it will become a global currency very soon. |

Not all government will take away or ban the digital currencies especially the cryptocurrency with special mention to bitcoins. Some government like China have already legalized the use of bitcoin and declare it as a civil right. In some way what you said is true since some countries have already ban bitcoins but this is not true to all. Maybe in the future most of the countries will take bitcoin as an official digital currency online. |

yes there is no doubt about this that bitcoin is going to be a Global Currency. As we can see the more and more people are entering in to the world of bitcoin. they are investing their capital in bitcoin. we can see almost every country representaters in the world of bitcoin. we can see the Chinies, Japanies, Indian, American, Russian, Arabian, Afghanian, Sodanian, Algerian Somlina Pakistania almost every country's people here. although so many countries have not yet consider it as a legal currency but still people are using bitcoin there having the same value every very, i have heard that some countries have started thinking about bitcoin to legalize it and regularize it . so it is right to say that bitcoin is going to become a global currency. hope that a time will come very soon when people from all over the world will use bitcoin instead of fialt currency in their local market and can easily be trading in all over the world with equal rate and value.

When big companies and countries accept bitcoins as their official currency, a one world government is at hand and I do not think we are ready for that yet. This is one of the dream of bitcoin holder coz if this happen, the value of their dear bitcoin will skyrocket because of a sudden increase in demand. But I don't think that bitcoin will be accepted as main currency because of one reason, the amount that is held by some individual which can affect the very economy of each country. I believe that each country will have cryptocurrency but not bitcoin as their main. |

For the sake of bitcoin it will happen, as we all are working here on this forum as a single community without any difference of race, country, culture etc, so in the future with the spread of bitcoin the world will become a single global village. |

advertising is good but it is not going to do anything good for bitcoin as long as there is few merchants who are accepting bitcoin. for example an argument that i always have with my friends when i say bitcoin is money, is that they ask where can is pend it? and i have nothing to say because there is no physical store in my country that accepts bitcoin. |

bitcoin is a global currency. It is being used in most of the countries without the border limitation. What else can it be? But I don't think these happy days will last forever.
Most of the governments are not aware of it and hence they don't bother. But if they see that people are becoming rich using their computers, then they will start intervening. Probably then people will have to pay taxes to the government for earning and holding bitcoin.
