It seems you are not the only one unsuccessfully trying to withdraw Bitcoins, I contacted admin today. Still need to wait for reply  Undecided

We cannot solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.

Same problem here, although I was able to make a withdraw request, but system warn me that withdrawals will be done manually.
Does anyone know how to cancel withdrawal request? Now I'd prefer to sell coins instead of withdrawing =)

I have exactly the same problem.  Cry
I withdrew 48,5 BTC from my account on 1 December and I still have 0 confirmations for the transaction.

Support does not answer my mails, so I have to post here, too.

M4v3R: Please take a look at it.

Hello, I use bitmarket.eu. My username is :menemeto.
I have a few troubles using bitmarket

first

I would like to report on fraud. His or her  nick is gina8609, email: ginafrick170@yahoo.com

21461   06.08.2012, 20:05:24   gina8609   25 BTC   9.5 GBP 237.5 GBP  Confirmed
21508   08.08.2012, 17:10:43   gina8609   25 BTC   9.2 GB   230 GBP   Confirmed
21509   08.08.2012, 17:24:13   gina8609   52 BTC   9.2 GBP 478.4 GBP  Cancelled

He or she payed for this transactions  701 GBP. I asked what I have to do because  244,9 GB still missing. She wants from me to
confirm first two transactions. I do this right a way. After that said the reason non sending me 244,9 GBP is low account ballance
and she want to cancel transaction ID 21509 /I suppose bitmarket admin can confirm this/, and ask me to send 25 BTC.
As soon as transaction ID 21509 was canceled I have a angry letter that I'm joking whit her and I have to send 25 BTC to
bitcoin adress: 19TAxzRfA8SPGn6Vi6oVrSmBRnCi4q8NW2. Ofcourse I do this right away

http://blockchain.info/address/19TAxzRfA8SPGn6Vi6oVrSmBRnCi4q8NW2?offset=50
http://blockexplorer.com/address/19TAxzRfA8SPGn6Vi6oVrSmBRnCi4q8NW2

I suppose bitmarket admin can confirm this too because i pay BTC from my  withdraw address.
The letters I send it have no response.

A few weeks later in some way  she  managed to get back all 701 GBP  from my bank account. More than 2 month  bank did not
answear  my question what are happened .I had raise an objection, and still waiting.  Be aware from this clever shi... .

second

I cant cancel Transactions ID22540 and  ID22644 more than a month. No communication with byuers.

and last

Now I try to make a withdraw request, but the BTC are frozen.

M4v3R   Pleace I need a litle help here.

Best Regards.

Why did you do that? -->

"As soon as transaction ID 21509 was canceled I have a angry letter that I'm joking whit her and I have to send 25 BTC to
bitcoin adress: 19TAxzRfA8SPGn6Vi6oVrSmBRnCi4q8NW2. Ofcourse I do this right away." WTF?! Why?

This part is your own fault and I see no way for Bitmarket to help you here. You do not send money (Bitcoins) that are irreversible to anyone without a guarantee to get your "product". If you had used bitmarket instead, it would have been safer. That's just my 2cents.

However the person was able to get back the money from your bank account is very strange to me as well, normally there is no way to get back your money from a regular bank transfer. The moment you send it you do it voluntarily, and it is gone for good. Not even the police could get it back for you directly from that bank account.

I strongly suggest that you file a police report as soon as you can and show the police your bank statements. You were robbed, not sure how the admin could help you here. I'm sure he has already banned named user from Bitmarket.

Because I have in my bank account 705 GBP that is about 75 BTC and she got 50BTC  so I had to send to her 25 BTC more.

Bitmarket.eu is asking for help: https://bitmarket.eu/donate

Due to the lack of response from them, i wonder if that page is legitimate, or put together by some hackers...

Same problem here, I wait several days for a BTC withdrawal (and I'm not a newbie).
Bitmarket account: hafey. These are 327 BTC, therefore I'm a bit concerned.

M4v3R, could you check this?

I am glad I have withdrawn all my BTCs some weeks ago from bitmarket.eu - I had reported irregular behavior of their system on this forum to warn everybody. And there was no serious response from bitmarket.eu to take my concerns serious.

So I have lost all my trust and confidence in them and see no future for them.

I have moved my EUR-related xchange activities to bitcoin.de. It is also using the same principles with direct SEPA transactions between users in EUR and some other platforms, but if you use it you'll see that there is much more substance behind their system as compared to bitmarket.eu. The 0.5% fee is quite justified in my opinion, you cannot expect reliable service for free from bitmarket.eu on the long term - if they have no business model they'll close down sooner or later. I hope for everyone that you'll be able to get back your funds.

Hello all. I'm terrible sorry for not responding to this earlier. A mix of personal issues with searching for a solution prevented me from it.

Unfortunately, I have very bad news. I cannot currently proccess your withdrawals. The situation is very complicated and it's all my fault, that's why I feel terrible about it. I tried to make this up, to keep the site afloat and somehow recover the funds, but it's not possible anymore. Right now there are 1786 BTC pending withdrawal, which I can't honor...

Earlier this year, I had this "genius" idea which led me to making a fatal mistake. I thought I could provide a hedge fund service for Bitmarket users. There were other sites providing this service so I guesses that it could be successful. I had experience in trading before, all I needed is a platform. And there was one - Bitcoinica. I was so convinced with this idea (and sooo wrong in hindsight) that for a while I kept majority of "offline" Bitmarket funds there. What I didn't expect was that one day it could just dissapear - taking all the money with it. What's worse, the funds were shorted when it happened (converted to USD and sold) - and after Bitcoinica dissapeared BTC price rose by about 250% until now. So while there is still chance to recover the funds (there is an appointed liquidator assigned to this case and I've already sent in claims) it will be not enough to cover all people's funds. For the record - there are 20161 18787.72139217 BTC missing (edit: I subtracted my funds that also were deposited on Bitmarket), and Bitcoinica claims total for around 50K USD (the exact amount is uncertain because the liquidators haven't yet stated at what rate they will liquidate positions).

Sadly, I alone, I'm out of options. I don't have own money to pay for this loss (Bitmarket never made any real profit and I make up for a living by part-time web/mobile programming). The options for making this up for everyone as I see are:

- find an investor (or investors) that is willing to cover at least part of is debt. I would transfer all rights to the website software, servers and database to him and also work as a technician, possibly also implementing features he'd wanted. If you reading this have the funds necessary to make this work, PLEASE contact me on this.
- freeze all current funds and "start over" trading with explicit fees, implementing much-needed features like rating system and others. All profits from the fees would go directly to a fund for repaying the debt. I'm afraid that this option alone is not enough though - many people won't (and have full right to do so) trust the site again...
- something else?

Again, I would like to deeply apologize to everyone involved with this. I'm really sorry Sad. I made a fatal mistake and I have to deal with it now. If you thinking about sueing me about this - you have full right to do so, but I don't think it's a good idea - I don't have any money so winning a case will get nothing for you and possibly ruin my life Sad. It also would prevent me from doing anything to alleviate this situation, and I really want to make this up for everyone and I'm willing to do anything in my power to do this. I had many sleepless nights thinking about how I can make this tight. I just need some help with this.

Last, but not least...
If you have any bitcoin you can donate to help users that have locked funds, please send them here: 1Km5GFMat1DXcbvMTeH9ZvLGKvFCLBA9dM
All received Bitcoins will go directly to process withdrawals. I will update how much is left in this thread.

Time for the scammer tag.
I think that after the recents hacks on the website, the webmaster told himself "fuck it, I'm gonna steal from my users too".
Bitcoin value decreases when you do that. That's no good.

You have no idea how much time I've spent to help my users with these hacks (which were not compromises of Bitmarket security). And I didn't get anything in return. If I wanted to steal the money, I'd just announce that I got hacked and whole wallet was stolen. But I want to be completely honest with my users. That doesn't make the funds magically appear, but I believe it's the right thing to do.
