Based on what I have seen of the Tottenham team, the coach is not just their issue. Their team members are the source of their issues. To improve the performance of the team, there should be a change in the Tottenham team's squad (old players should be sold, just like Chelsea did). 
If you look at the list of Tottenham's previous managers, you'll see that they've hired a lot of coaches who were expected to help the team win the Premier League or at the very least the European League. 
Since Harry Kane has been a member of the team for a longer period, you shouldn't be attempting to improve a point on a team that isn't prepared to add any trophies to his name. If he has the option of joining another club, he should take it rather than continuing to play for Tottenham, which is preventing him from achieving his full potential to win trophies

Kane will always stuck if he will be only staying even longer in totenham. I see that some players have been achieving some great achievments after they were deciding to leave from totenham.

Kane shall try to learn from those players. Kyle walker has proven it how totenham's a toxic club. Kyle walker was leaving from totenham and he got treble winners. That proves that moving out from totenham gonna be the best choice for him.

Spurs should seriously stop ruining Harry Kane career, playing there is damaging in my opinion. A team full of failure history for several decades and nothing seems to change. Even playing in Champions League become a dream for them..

In just this their first season with a new coach, they were able to win one competition and came second in another. Manchester United will get players were they need to and next season with this their present coach, they can win the champions league and even the premier league. PSG was once led by several top coaches, Ancelotti, Laurent Blanc, Unai Emery and Thomas Tuchel, but all of these coaches were unable to lead PSG to win the Champions League. Manchester United are not yet fully able to compete with other teams in the Champions League next season because it certainly still takes quite a long time for Erik ten Hag to be able to build a better squad even though there are records last season that they have started to show improvement in the domestic league.

I also think that Manchester United still have to buy a few more players to make themselves able to compete strongly in the Champions League next season, because without some great players Manchester United will potentially have difficulties in the Champions League next season. Kane had so many opportunities to leave Tottenham in the past but he was very reluctant to leave the club because of the zeal that he has playing in England and Tottenham precisely. If not he would have been more successful in his football career.

Career stagnation and loyalty are not the same thing. While we appreciate Kane's dedication to Tottenham, we have to wonder at what cost.
