It looked more like it was an administrative issues that led to the release of David de gea even with his good record and performance through out last season which was not bad at all, he kept as many clean sheets as he could and had as minimal conceding of goals as possible, his records we indeed one which if put to consideration enough would have still kept him at old Trafford.

But with onana the case has be very different with series of inconsistency coupled with conceding of goals in almost every game, he hardly keeps a clean sheet, rather he is almost always making mistakes that are not helping the team in any wise, he is always wanting to be in the field of play forgetting he is a goal keeper, sometimes I wonder what was the very reason that got Erik ten hag to bring onana to old Trafford, what exactly was the motivating factor.

Oh really? Where Ronaldo fans wishing Manchester United bad luck because he left the club? That’s surprising though. There’s a point a goalkeeper in a club will get to when if he can’t be able to reach the standard or fulfill the rights on him for the team, then he should be blamed. Some blather leads to improvement of some players, if they’re not corrected and told the truth they keep doing what they wish at the expense of the team’s success, which is very bad. Onana should be given some time for improvement before he will be bullied by fans.

Don’t always put the blame of a team on one person, especially the goalkeeper. Many factors should be considered before concluding that he’s actually the one. We all know that the team are having issues with the defense and if that is not fixed yet, the goalkeepers fault will be seen continuously. The chance is small but seeing some big clubs were also getting easiest run in the group stage like barcelona, real madrid or even bayern was making me feel so badly about that. PSG is almost impossible to winning the UCL this season. There are too many big clubs competing in play off soon.

Manchester united is currently at their poor form this season, despite winning Burnley, it's not enough reason to conclude the end of their strategically poor form, rather they keep focusing on the bright side. Erik Ten Hag is present to make things good for the club, good performance will be triggered by the Red Devils, just a matter of time. Blasting André Onana for his blunders in league games, he's likely comparable to David de Gea who made mistakes also. We should realized that no goalkeeper is perfect, they all have flopping and their best forms in Old Trafford.

I don't blame Onana alone. Unless United's defense is strong, it would be foolish to think that the goalkeeper alone will deal with all the opposition's attacks. United's defense is understandably weak.

Manchester United's defense as well as their forward lineup is weak. More importantly, their performance is erratic. There is no experienced striker in the squad. They are counting on Hojlund's performance this season. But Hojlund is not experienced enough. He is also not able to perform well with United. If the attack doesn't improve, United's overall condition will never improve.
