The problem of the tight schedule and the players who are too large portions make the condition of fitness and even injuries always a problem for big clubs but indeed it is a real risk that they must bear because after all if they really want to be a big club then they have to be ready with conditions like this as well as Manchester City. Manchester City still remains one of the favourites to win the champions league this season. With their key players back from injury it will only make their game more intense and will have higher probability of winning more matches. At the moment their next encounter isn’t a very competitive team that will make their qualification to the next round hard for them. Pep Guardiola still have his teams very much ready for this competition and they look very confident to face any team now.

I see their next encounter against Copenhagen to be very easy for them to win until we see the next team they will meet in the quarterfinals to test their strength more as the defending champions.  I hope they don’t get more injuries going further in the competition which is very much inevitable as long as they are still in the competition. Talking about winning tradition in the champions league, PSG and Bayern Munich are yet to have a consecutive winning tradition in the champions league enough to to lay them side by side with Manchester city and Real Madrid who have set historic records with the number of the champions league they have won.

Bayern Munich won the Champions League title several seasons ago, while PSG have never been able to win it even though they have played in the final. A winning mentality is something that PSG need to improve if they want to win the title, but squad depth is also very important.

After all, this is Luis Enrique's first season with PSG in the Champions League. I can think that Enrique has a chance to take PSG to the quarter-finals or maybe the semifinals, but I'm not completely sure that PSG will reach the final this season. I think what you say is quite correct, because now all teams still have the same number of opportunities to achieve better results in the Champions League so it is clearly still quite early to assess the chances specifically for one of the teams in the Champions League. Paris Saint Germain stand out this season to become very competitive for the league title but I think its going to be tougher for them because there's presence of other tough clubs in the league.
