In my place, there are many people who keep on buying lottery tickets regularly.  I do not know if we can call them lottery chasers but in their action, they seem to be among those chasers.  I also think that they are the same as other gambling games that are addictive. If we search the internet, we can see lottery scratchers addicts and it even become a concern of some local government.
