Blaming Onana for the second goal actually in my opinion is too imposing and seems ridiculous because it just wants to give a mistake to him considering Onana often makes blunders but for this match it was too much when Onana was blamed.
There are some reasons that I think are forced if it's still blaming Onana. The second goal came with a quick counter-attack that was difficult to anticipate. Indeed in this case Onana was not in his coverage area and did not seem to want to force himself to move but I think that would not have happened if there was proper guarding for Iwobi because we know that with the fast counter-attack that was done actually Iwobi was without really good guarding which made him very easily able to score in this match while silencing Manchester United with a score of 1-2.

Onana in this match made saves that were actually very good and I think that is quite commendable, it's just that it seems like Ten Hag always tries some players like Mainoo who is used as a defensive midfielder even though he is very good as a second striker.
The loss of Hojlund is also very impactful in terms of Manchester United's attack because his finishing is still compromised.

I also think so, for the second goal the goalkeeper cannot be blamed because it was a goal that should have occurred and if Onana managed to thwart that opportunity then he deserves to be given appreciation, which means that if a goal occurs it doesn't mean he can be blamed.
This is like the goalkeeper's position in a penalty shootout, when a goal is scored it's normal if they succeed in thwarting the penalty kick which means the goalkeeper deserves to be appreciated.

Basically, the overall performance of the Manchetser United team was not optimal in this match and it was very unfortunate that when the Man United team had managed to equalize, they continued to apply pressure so they forgot about their defense and the losing goal came at the end of the match.

And Hojlund is a hot topic of conversation now, when Hojlund is absent Manchester United's front line performance is very poor.
This means that it is clear that Hojlund is currently the most influential player on the front line of the Manchester United team.

We've focused so much on Onana reaction to doing nothing that it's almost as if it's his fault when in hindsight he can't really be blamed for this because after all, seeing an unguarded shot in an inopportune position was entirely the first fault in terms of poor teamwork and counterattack anticipation.

Ten Hag seemed to try too much in this match even with the same formation but we can see that some players were put in the wrong positions which made it a bit worse for them.
He should be aware that Manchester United are currently without Hojlund who has performed very well in recent matches, but Ten Hag insists on trying new formations where players are placed in positions that are not ideal, which makes them less active in attack and defense.

This is a defeat after they won very well in the last few match although this is a little bad when talking about performance but at least this is a good lesson for them to realize that their performance is still far from perfect.

Before the match against Fulham, Man United had 4 consecutive wins, but of these four matches, there was not a single match where Man United played with an impressive performance. Their playing rhythm is always monotonous and their defense line seems to have many weaknesses. Luckily they have Hojlund who is in his best form and it was proven already when Hojlund couldn't play, victory became a tough mission for Man United.

Apart from their defense which is filled with old players and players who don't have pace, Man United's midfield actually has a pretty good composition of players. Now take a good look at this four match and consider who or those players present and those players absent. Tell me if you get to fish out any changes or update.
Manchester United actually has seen like three players out already due to Injuries and they're, Luke Shaw, Rasmus Hojlund and Casemiro during the game yesterday against Fulham United.

It's not like Fulham didn't play badly, but they shouldn't have graced the opportunity they had to penetrate through Manchester United midfielder's that way if Casemiro was present for the full game.

At times I feel like the hyeo also gets to players like Marcus Rashford, Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo as they've all dropped a good form they had. Most disappointing has to be Marcus Rashford, taje a good look at what he earns, these lad should have never been given the price rise or salary rise. What Nonsense!!!

Shocking to see both Fulham players that puts their name on the scoresheet are from Nigeria.

 Fulham won that game by luck because Manchester united really dominated the ball more than Fulham, but Fulham used their opportunity well in the second half to add another goal to beat Manchester united 1:2 to achieved the 3 points from the game.

When you say Liverpool is not at the same level with Manchester City, I think you should be more specific and articulate with your opinion. If you meant to say that Liverpool is not at the same level with the performance of Manchester City in the last three seasons, I'll totally accept but if you're taking about this season, I think you're making an error with your opinion because as far as this current season is concerned, Liverpool are simply the best team in the English Premier League campaign and that's why they're currently at the top of the league standings.

Jurgen Klopp without doubt will be leaving Anfield at the end of the current season and a lot of people are already tipping him to win the league title but I don't think it's gonna be easy for him even when I would want him to win the league title. Manchester City and Arsenal are Liverpool's strongest rivals for the title this season and would definitely fight for the league title till the end of the season so for Liverpool to win the league title, they must play in their full strength and if possible win all their remaining league fixtures of the season.

Their coach switches has an effect on the team, they found it hard to secure a good coach that complements and will impact the team positively. And this has been on and on till this season when the situation got critical and United is literally nowhere to be found in the top 4 spot and they keep going behind in their struggle each passing week. Ten Hag is obviously not good for them currently as the team keeps slacking back and they do not stop looking confused on the pitch. All his implemented tactics and strategies aren't okay off well for him and it's safe to say that as the head of the team, he's got the greater part of the blame to bear. United needs a switch and not just any switch but a more reasonable switch that'll understand their condition and think innovatively without sentiments with the goal of team building and growth and implement new methods to combat their opponents. I don't know what the board is waiting for to realize the big error Ten Hag is to the team. The entire team has been infected with his virus and they need to be quarantined and looked after to return back to their usual self again. Sadly it may take a while but we hope it's soon.

Overall United played quite well last night. They can control the ball and have many opportunities. But as you said they often make mistakes. Their performance was unlike the previous few matches. Well Manchester United have been in a state of shambles and they’ve been in search of a savior. Yes a Savior who would help get the glory days back at this team as their cabinet were now getting old and rusty. They last won a title with Jose Mourinho which was the UEL where he achieved success with over half of the team injured and I feel this is one reason why Jose should be considered an European master class. Well after that the team went into extinction till the arrival of ETH.

 ETH's arrival at Old Trafford was met with mixed reactions across the club fans and football lovers. Some believed he’ll sure succeed while others felt it’ll still be the same old story for the club;  and his time kicked off at the club. He achieved the Carabao Cup in his first season and many applauded him and believed in his project and ideas. The board also trusted him and gave him the amount be requested to recruit players of his  choice to fit into his plan to get the glory days back at the club. Well things now grew from bad to worst and we started seeing the worst of this Manchester United side as we’ve never seen before as he performed so poorly at the start of the season.

 Now 2024 cAlendar year started and he uped his game and the team’s performance too grew stronger and now it was looking all bright till last weekend’s loss to Fulham, which showed us that this team has never improved. With all of these, I think ETH didn’t really do a great deal at this club rather it was just some trial and error methods and saving grace he’s been using to win matches. Letting him go will be one great deAl as Jose is very much on standby to achieve great deeds with these clubs as he’s achieved in time past and can still achieve. So I think the board should consider this and try to watch out.

Isn't the PL title challenge lovely to watch these days?    There is only a 2-point difference between the leader Liverpool and Arsenal in third place. There are still 12 more weeks though but I hope we can continue to see a thrilling race like this until the end. I just doubt Arsenal in this race. You know why.

They can really have a similar ending to last season which wouldn't be a big surprise. But hopefully Liverpool won't drop down from the race early thanks to Salah's recovery. Wouldn't it be nice to see a different champion? Manchester City shouldn't be able to turn it into a farmers league.

Me too, i have reasonable answer to this. I meant arsenal was bottling the title last seasonw when it had more than 90% win rate in EPL and this time is even tougher compared to the last season. Arsenal had city as the only competitor for the club but this time is kinda different as there was one additional team who competed for the title too.
Liverpool is also making the situation even more difficult for arsenal and manchester city. So, the chances were being divided into the three clubs to get EPL trophy this seaosn. Salah will recover soon and he is still in the process to recover from his injury.

For now we will only be able to speculate at a time when the very competitive PL title competition looks very difficult because the 3 clubs have almost the same performance and to be honest I don't doubt Arsenal's performance because Artera's troops have recently had a very big winning score and Liverpool too able to get consistent wins while Manchester city has the strongest talented players in the PL such as Haaland who is able to continue to score winning scores for Manchester city.
The difference in points is very thin, there are still changes in every match and this competition will continue until the end of the season and for me this season's PL looks more interesting than last season.

Liverpool is still perform so damn good even without salah and some important players like TAA and nunez. I was so skeptical last weeks when i have heard that if salah was injured. Nunez was just getting another injury after salah which was making me feel even more skepticism with it.
Things are changing a lot after a good result achieved by liverpool without salah and nunez. It was changing my perspective if liverpool has improved a lot. It was not always dependent on salah and nunez. Time passed and liverpool won its first trophy after it has successfully beaten chelsea in the final of FA cup.
