Chelsea needs more attacking players, which is why they are focusing on signing Garnacho and Xavi Simon. I would like Manchester United to be active in the transfer window, but they are struggling to sell their present players, not to mention of buying new ones.

Yea, it's actually far from over, among all the outgoing players the person that caught my attention was KDH, I never expected him to leave due to his close ties with Enzo mascara , though his transfer to Everton is not a bad one because that's a club that is going to suit him base on his level, because the pressure and expectations at Chelsea and Everton are of different level.
Then as for Chelsea, I think that their focus now is more on out going than incoming, because the incoming target are quite easy target,  unlike the unwanted players that are pain in their ass now due to the fact that they earn so much, so selling them off will be a lot more difficult, especially Raheem sterling, so their focus be on outgoing more, because if they can't sell off those unwanted players, their will be no space for the incoming ones just as you have said already.
But by looking at this Chelsea team, even though no other play comes in, they can compete on all front because they have a very good and young team

Is it necessary to sign this many players? Of course not. It's just really hard to keep the majority of them contented.

Amorim could have had that kind of financial backing if they had won the Europa League final, but since they couldn't do that, they now have to pick only the most essential positions. And Maresca had a very good season and got good funding for transfers again, which is good because he has the opportunity to look at different players and choose who would be best for his team. When he came to Chelsea, there were even jokes about their team becoming so big that all the players couldn't even fit into a team photo.

Liverpool have done well so far this summer because they were very active to buy the players and the new players such as Florian Wirtz and Hugo Ekitike can perform as expected by the coach and during pre season too Liverpool only lost from AC Milan so i am waiting their debut in this game to help Liverpool gets their first trophy this season

That's the problem, Amorim has to sell players first but it will be unfair for anyone to blame him if anything go wrong next season because since he has been able to get some few players, I know that manchester United are just going after players that will take up the  strategic position but lets see how such decision serves them well then, Chelsea is making sure that they sign players that will do the job with the existing players next season and I think that's what teams that want to get it rigythas to do although in the case of Manchester United I think they might be lacking the funds to do so then I ask with the players they have been able to brings hope it wouldn't be just a stress on the manager because that man is important to me, they shouldn't just stress him because he wasn't the cause of whats befallen the team right now.

About Garnacho, all I know is that he is very likely to sign for Chelsea. He doesn't want to leave the PL right now. Napoli was an option before but the talks didn't progress more so here we are.

Yes he is very likely to sign a contract with Chelsea Football Club because we can see that Chelsea is progressing on a personal level at this stage. Everyone can probably already see that many clubs are trying to submit bids for this Manchester United player but this Argentine player does not want to leave the PL in his mind. Besides the reference to this Manchester United player is showing a difference because Men You Boss mentioned that he expects differences with different leadership. However Chelsea have two players in their sights but at this stage it appears that the discussions regarding Simon are progressing much better.

I think Chelsea are currently focused on outgoing player this week, we saw the like of KDH going to Everton for his medical today and also ugochukwu left for burnley for his medical also. Dortmond held talks about chukwuemeka also and it seems to be progressing well, from all indications the deal should be finalized this week. So after that chelsea will now advance talk for both Xavi Simons and Garnacho. Both players only want chelsea, they like the club project and personal terms for xavi is also agreed. The summer transfer is far from over as every team are looking to improve their team in the best way possible.

Garnacho's future remains uncertain at this time, after being dropped from the first team by Ruben Amorim and left out of Manchester United's pre-season tour, he has yet to find a new club. Linked with Chelsea but until nowadays both side not reach agreement deal and Chelsea announce for pushing transfer Xavi Ximos from RB Leipzig. It seems Garnacho doesn't fit into Ruben Amorim's scheme and currently Manchester United has few options in the winger position, making Garnacho lose his main position.

Sadly if Garnacho not get any club for next season and he was loss regular place at Manchester United after Ruben Amorim withdraw him squad team, maybe he can accept offer from outside top fourth premier league team such as moving to Everton, Tottenham Hotspur or playing for Aston Villa.

I do not think and I do not expect Crystal palace to do much about this match. Crystal palace doesn't have the capacity to pull surprises in this final, rather they will be the recieving end.
Liverpool is clearly the favourite as they have a more formidable squad than Palace. Besides they have things to prove this season. They have many expectations from us due to how much they spent in the market. So, they should start with this one to make us believe they are serious for business.

Liverpool performance this pre season is really commendable I mean winning Athletic Bilbao twice a day is really crazy it shows how good Liverpool is but we can not compare Athletic Bilbao to Crystal palace and so the fact that Liverpool won them twice doesn't mean they will win crystal palace for sure no. Please don't get me wrong I'm not actually saying Liverpool can not win crystal palace rather I'm saying we can not judge based on what Liverpool played other team we all know how funny and unpredictable football can be a times but anything is possible in the game of football.
