I just happened to notice the date of my latest report on the list seems to be wrong. I haven't given information for today yet although it shows today's date. I figured I'd bring it up. Doesn't make much of a difference either way, but I am using this thread to track my push-ups so it could likely lead to me making a mistake (if I am not already the one responsible for the mistake). Yes, good eyes, the one concession to not needing to enter a date, is that the table now runs on the UTC timezone for everyone, and is updated at midnight. So all entries in the previous 24 hours are on the June 8th UTC table, and the next one will be the 9th. I meant to change the header in the table like above. The Days In and everything else won't change. I'm open to suggestions.

Wow, 44 pushers not so bad yet not so impressive as it's an average number to 100 in relation to an expected 100k bitcoin price which is the motivation behind the trend. In the very beginning of this thread I think, interested number of persons were much than that, so what happened now? Could it be due to a lack of time and energy to persistently carryout their push-ups as regular and keeping up with their records...
Just an observation.
When I joined this push-up challenge, I couldn't tell how many people were part of it because the record of people who took part in it was not kept. By that time, this push-up table had not been introduced to help us know how many people were in this push-up challenge. Since I joined this push-up challenge, I will say we are impressive because we were less than 44 pushers, and we achieved 100,000 push-ups before bitcoin could hit $100k.

You are welcome to this push-up challenge mate, yea that's the experience every new Pusher always experience feeling pains on the muscles, chest, arms, shoulders is part of the push-up exercise, when I first started this push-up challenge it was very difficult for me to even bath my self I couldn't even properly rise my hands up but as time goes on the push-up exercise started been part of me that I wasn't feeling much of those pains again so with your consistence pushing up you won't feel much of those pain again for your body might have gotten use to it. I know you are still new in this challenge, the format of this push-up date is thus to be like this YYYY-MM-DD which is different from the format you used which is DD-MM-YYYY, your year should come first follow by the month before the date 👉 2024-06-09 and not 09-06-2024.

Under the hood: pattern = r"(?:100\w{0,10}),(\w[\s\w]+\w),(\d+),(\d+),(\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2})" matches = re.findall(pattern, filetext) Here is the pattern for dates included broken down; (?:100\w{0,10}) look for 100 and then any random string from 0 to 10 characters because pushers use lower case k, upper case K, and misspelled challenge so often I changed the search. The original format was actually 100kchallenge,DaysIn,... The ?: means don't worry about this part in parentheses after this, it is not meaningful data after matching. User Name ,(\w[\s\w]+\w) says to look for a comma with no space after that, and then at least one letter to start and end the User Name, but spaces \s can exist inbetween the User Name letters \w DaysIn,TotalPushups ,(\d+),(\d+), no spaces days in, and then total pushups completed as only d for digits YYYY-MM-DD (\d{4}-\d{2}-\d{2}) the aforementioned YYYY-MM-DD as only digits, ex. 4 digits in a row = \d{4} in regex So how to make the date included reports not show up in the no date or improperly formatted dates? Nice observation, nevertheless keeping up with the push ups challenge is not for everybody, it is beyond approaching it because it is what every one is doing or seem to be talking about , it takes one personal conviction and decision to keep up with the push ups challenge as regards to it's benefits, as Bitcoin will be hitting $100k. Keeping up with the push ups challenge is the same as when investing in Bitcoin and keeping up with your investment until possibly achieving your investment goal and objectives and this has to do with your personal conviction and believe where those that doesn't have such personal conviction and believe might end up not achieving their investment goal and objectives, probably they entered the market because it was what every one seems to be doing or talk. It take consistent courage, believe, conviction towards achieving goals and objectives even in life generally. Below is my newest record 100k,Tmoonz,97,11192,2024-06-08Well, there's no way we can prove that or use this pushup challenge as yardstick to know those bitcoiners that are truly determined and convicted towards achieving their bitcoin investment goals through the use of the DCA strategy. Today I was able to do 100 classic Pushups in 2 sets and 100 knee pushups in 4 sets. If I don't do my Pushup in the morning I won't get my self until I do it. Pushups exercise have become part of the breakfast my body needs/require to function perfectly everyday,so even if Bitcoin reaches $100k in the nearest future I will keep on feeding my body with pushups.

June 4 396 steps 33 flights of stairs took 15.15 minutes right after Breakfast. Price is 70.2k June 5 432 steps 36 flights of stairs took 16:14 minutes right after breakfast price is 71.3k June 6 450 steps. 37.5 flights of stairs 17:17 minutes right after lunch price is 71.4k June 7 468 steps 39 flights of stairs 18:18 minutes right after break fast price is dropping 70.3k June 8 480 steps 40 flights of stairs 19:19 minutes right after breakfast price dropped to 69.4k June 9 504 steps 42 flights of stairs 20:20 minutes right after breakfast price is 69.5k
I am intentionally doing the stairs/steps a bit slower. I have found that my knees were feeling stressed when I did 33 flights in 13:13 time but at 15:15 time same steps were okay.
I will add to 16:16 tomorrow likely getting to 34 or 35 flights of stairs. about 420 steps of stairs.
If I can do 20 minutes and 40 flights/480 steps daily I will stay at that number. I will do the lite bike work at nite.
and I may just may try a handful of wait for it. pushups.
did 10 modified pushups. june 5 10 modified pushups. june 6 10 modified pushups. Still need to do some modified pushups. fight before supper. later tonite I will do the lite cycling for 10 minutes with rubber strech band work for 4 of those 10 minutes. I am almost up to the 20:20 goal for the steps. looks like I will get there this weekend on Sunday I hope. June 5th 10 modified pushups. June 6th 10 modified pushups. June 7th 12 modified pushups. June 8th 12 modified pushups I did 19:19 time added one more flight. Tomorrow 20:20 and I may stick with 40 flights. I think the modified pushups can get much higher than 12 If I end up doing 20:20 time and 40 flights every day till at least Dec 31st along with 50 modified pushups. Plus the lite celling I would be very happy. My Daily sugar numbers are getting really good with this exercise. I see my doctor on Monday hoping for good news. so I got to 20:20 minutes 42 flights of stairs. I wont be going higher than that. I will slowly add modifed pushups. I am at 12 at the moment.

I have not been able to submit push up reports for the past few days. I did 160 push ups in three sets on June 6th. On June 7th I did 160 push ups in three sets, on June 8th I did 170 push ups, on June 9th I did 170 push ups. I need to increase by 30 more push ups, so 200 push ups a day will be complete. I am very happy because my total push up is 6k.

I just happened to notice the date of my latest report on the list seems to be wrong. I haven't given information for today yet although it shows today's date. I figured I'd bring it up. Doesn't make much of a difference either way, but I am using this thread to track my push-ups so it could likely lead to me making a mistake (if I am not already the one responsible for the mistake). Yes, good eyes, the one concession to not needing to enter a date, is that the table now runs on the UTC timezone for everyone, and is updated at midnight. So all entries in the previous 24 hours are on the June 8th UTC table, and the next one will be the 9th. I meant to change the header in the table like above. The Days In and everything else won't change. I'm open to suggestions. Of course, I personally prefer that you use whatever date the member puts into their report rather than choosing from the post date, and yeah members need to remember to put two digits for day and the month and four digits for the year... That is just my preference., yet for me, I have my own table that I used to keep track of my own, so I am not going to get confused if my information is not enterred into the tables of this thread from my own point of view. Ok everyone. Such progress. If your report has a valid formatted date, then it will be kept. If a mistake is made or the date is missing, one will be provided for you. That sounds reasonable.

Wow, 44 pushers not so bad yet not so impressive as it's an average number to 100 in relation to an expected 100k bitcoin price which is the motivation behind the trend. In the very beginning of this thread I think, interested number of persons were much than that, so what happened now? Could it be due to a lack of time and energy to persistently carryout their push-ups as regular and keeping up with their records...

Nice observation, nevertheless keeping up with the push ups challenge is not for everybody, it is beyond approaching it because it is what every one is doing or seem to be talking about , it takes one personal conviction and decision to keep up with the push ups challenge as regards to it's benefits, as Bitcoin will be hitting $100k. Keeping up with the push ups challenge is the same as when investing in Bitcoin and keeping up with your investment until possibly achieving your investment goal and objectives and this has to do with your personal conviction and believe where those that doesn't have such personal conviction and believe might end up not achieving their investment goal and objectives, probably they entered the market because it was what every one seems to be doing or talk. It take consistent courage, believe, conviction towards achieving goals and objectives even in life generally. It's been long since I last did push ups for the competition, but however I've been working out lately by lifting some dumbbells and random exercises, but am back to keep up with the competition. Today I did a total of 115 pushups after completing 4 rounds of pushups

For some time now I have been noticing that one of my cousin's health is only getting better and when I try to calculate a certain BMI by measuring her weight with her height, I see that her body weight is much higher than her age and height. Seeing his condition, I decided not to make him aware of his health. Thinking about it, today I took her to my gym as if I were going for a walk and while there I asked her to do a few push ups first. At first he was doing push-ups in a way that looked like he had never done a proper push-up. Later when I taught him and he continued to do push ups he was very tired with only nine push ups in the first position. I encouraged him more and kept saying since you feel fit then why stop with just this small amount of push ups. Seeing this state of his fitness, he decided to do regular gym and push ups no matter how hard it was.

Today I was able to do 100 classic Pushups in 2 sets and 100 knee pushups in 4 sets. If I don't do my Pushup in the morning I won't get my self until I do it. Pushups exercise have become part of the breakfast my body needs/require to function perfectly everyday,so even if Bitcoin reaches $100k in the nearest future I will keep on feeding my body with pushups.

Funny that. I'm more of a pushups for dessert type. I was able to do 20, 20, 12, 15, 13, 10, 10 for a 100k,DirtyKeyboard,120,12133 report. I usually do 1 pushup in around 1.5 seconds. >edit<
so I got to 20:20 minutes 42 flights of stairs. I wont be going higher than that.
I will slowly add modifed pushups. I am at 12 at the moment.

I saw a post on Facebook today and it was about Bitcoin hitting 100k soon and they also talked about things people are doing why waiting for it and a lot of things were mentioned and this challenge was mentioned I was so shocked I never believed this challenge we go outside this forum as a newbie I thought everything we do here ends here, but I'm happy knowing our thought and ideas here are going out and I want us to keep up with this challenge.
