What a week ... didn't expect it that quick but it doesn't matter, correction must be made.
I'm having 7 days of pushups to drop from my last week + this week's pushup, each day  with 90 pushups and done in 3 sets (30,30,30), tried (30 20 40 ) style on last week's tuesday  hoping for a 100k breakthrough and maybe a little bit of resting (was wrong anyways )

I must say that ever since i started this pushups challenge my body was  heavy at the first time but i was able to do pushups. I am taking pushups as my daily exercise that we humans should be doing everyday to enlighten the body system and also prove state of health, i so much love this forum.

This is very relatable. When doing something from the start and when you are not used to its so tiring and difficult at some point. Don't worry you will get used to the heavy weight and your body will become light weighted soon after it has adapted to the changes that have taken place.

It's currently rainy season where I live, so I can't do push ups outside. In fact, previously when the weather was still dry, I personally really liked doing push ups outdoors or in the garden next to the house. Because when I do push ups outside, it just feels better, because maybe the oxygen level is very high.
However, because it rains a lot now, in the end I just do push ups at home. Honestly, when I did push ups in the house, it felt like there was a slight difference, especially in terms of breathing. Maybe because my house is a little airtight, so the oxygen supply doesn't flow well. But even so, I'm sure my body will soon adapt, so for now I will continue to enjoy the push ups that I do. And besides that, friends who take part in the push up challenge in this thread, prefer to do push ups outdoors or inside the house.

And currently the price of bitcoin has fallen back to $93K, this may be a slight correction to reach $100K. It's like the current price of bitcoin is like an arrow that is pulled and can finally go far.

But you have to continue push-up more because right now I don't see any sign of touching Bitcoin 100K. But Bitcoin has come back from $90k to $96k. We have to continue the push-up practice until Bitcoin reaches $100k.
