100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

I did 240 today. new record for me

How are your hands doing? Are they fine or are you having trouble with aches and pains?

I still can't break the 90 wall because I always give up at this number even though I've tried enough but in the end I always stop at this number in the last few days when I do push ups.

I don't know if it's a limit that I've subconsciously set or if I need to push my body to work harder but either way it certainly seems a lot better than before.

Well with sets of 30 I likely could do 300 to 360 a day.

Remember doing a full floor flat pushup is not what I do.

Step 3 easy angle and I could do 10 to 12 sets of 30 a day.
Step 2 medium angle I can do sets of 30 not sure how many sets.
Step 1 hard angle I can do sets of 30 not sure how many sets.

no steps I can't do 10 wrong kind of pain happens when I try them as  the pressure on the toe and on the hernia mesh is too much.

I recall that you had some earlier issues with your reports, so DirtyKeyboard might have had to override the script so that it would not continue to make mistakes in regards to reading your reports.

Even your report above looks problematic because, your number of days currently reported of 108 days is lower than the results in the table which shows 111 days.. I am pretty sure that the number of days has to be higher than the earlier reports for DirtyKeyboard's script to read the most recent report..

Of course, you could increase your number of pushup sets and decrease the quantity of pushups per set... so for example do 5 sets of 20 pushups or some other way of accomplishing more pushups.  Your body recovers between sets, so even if you might be sore, if you have larger gaps in time between sets during the day, then you may well be able to do more pushups per set at later points in the day.

The critters in the first image are Water Dragons and are prolific in South East Queensland along waterways where they can hold their breath underwater for 45 minutes.

Now that I think about it, I bet many of us have “spots” we like to go to burn some calories and take in the sights. Not sure how OPSEC that is, but I’m sure we’d all like to see places that others here enjoy.

Yes, I started with 1 set of 20 push ups and started doubling up to 25 and 30 but in the last few days I tried with 1 set of 30 push ups where I did 3 sets of 30 push ups for the last few days.

But it is possible that I will try another way like you suggested where I will try the pattern with 1 set of 25 push ups and do it with 4 sets, maybe this will be a little bit more lenient because my target now will only be at 100 push ups a day and I think this is suitable after a month of doing this challenge.

I snagged one of these off Temu for $7. I’ve seen them before and figured for $7, why not? I’ll admit it is cheap plastic and probably won’t last a week, but after doing a single set on it I can say it is MUCH more difficult than standard push-ups. I think I’ll switch the handle location every day until it breaks.

I was able to meet up my new number of push-up today, i did 40 push-ups in a straight and during the time that i was doing the push-ups the joints in my shoulder and elbows was strengthen.

Does 40 for a go in the first stage of your push ups not try to weigh you down, the number is perfect but the physical impacts can really hurt you to the extent where you might feel like giving up the challenge. Values are placed on the quality of push ups not just the numbers,  the challenge was labelled for Bitcoin crossing over $100K (which we already did) but the essence of the challenge is to keep fit and stay healthy while we wait for further price marks to be reached.

Back wih my Pushup report once again
I took a break after the 130k  point last week so I didn't do pushups for 3 days but I resumed on day four(Saturday,did just 50 pushups), took  another break for a day (that was Monday) and resumed back to my normal pushups routine yesterday +today (90Pus in 3 sets for yesterday and today).
Currently having a total 3 days of PUs => 50+90+90 =>230 total number of Pus ...

It's quite a nice looking spot you've got there.  Yes, I for one would enjoy seeing vistas from around the world of local walking spots that a tourist wouldn't chance upon.

Day 314 for me.  I guess you could say it is my pi day.  Also hitting 32,000 push-ups.  That number doesn't seem real to me, but there are plenty of people who have done WAY more.  I'll admit I am counting down the days at this point until I can get some rest days in.  I do think I'm starting to feel a bit of muscle fatigue.  Almost to a year though, can't stop now.

So today I decided to try new thing. I did three batches of push-ups while reducing the number to 50, 30 and 20. This allowed me achieved higher number of pushups with less sore while improving my daily push-ups once again.
My muscles are getting adapted and I feel it. Going by this pace I will be able to build more endurance while increasing my output daily.

Since bitcoin set eyes on $250k, $100k has turned into a jealous girlfriend. But she should not worry or try to stop Bitcoin from getting another girlfriend because we will help Bitcoin with the push-up challenge to achieve his new dream. We will not relent; we will be here in this push-up thread and keep on pushing bitcoin to achieve $250k by next year, just like we helped Bitcoin achieve the $100k mark this month.
