Exercise is always recommended to us by doctors due to the health importance of it increasing your push-up number to 150 push up per day is a sign of improvement in this challenge and it's also a good news that this topic of this thread has been updated I believe it will give us more motivation to push higher.

There seems to be a little error in your push-up report after your numbers of days doing push-ups maybe you wanted to type in 5700 if it is what you mean then you will definitely remove the comma sign in between 5 and 700 so it will be 5700 so that your new push up report will updated accordingly thanks.

While we try to sustain bitcoin at or above 100k with our daily push-ups, the direct and immediate effect is on the body. Daily engagement in this pushup makes one fit for every day activities.

Wow!!! This is one of the best news I’ve been waiting for, I’m super excited to start this challenge again not just because I’m a newbie but also it will go a long way to my recovery process just as the doctor has directed me to, few weeks back I was a bit down with Malaria and couldn’t do anything as a matter of fact I didn’t continue the push up challenge due to the illness but after taken to the doctor and received treatments I’m at the recovery stage now, getting more and more stronger  now and I think this  push up challenge will really help me to get back to my full fitness routine.
