I can see the table have been updated for active and none active member ( bench table) and I happens to be among those on bench table. I have not been doing my push up regularly so reporting it was looking some how to me though I still do push up like I said but not all the time. However, I don't know if my name can still be updated on the active member table, I will so much appreciate. I want to also commend all those who has been active here till this great time and making this thread lively. I can see a new change on the thread now, it is not longer $100k but £100k, I am very sure this £100k is going to be achieved too just like the $100k.
Congratulations to all active members here, you guys did well because the thread would've be bored without you guys.

I once tried to do it with a push up board but I was not comfortable with the position so I prefer to do push ups using a regular mat or even without a mat at all because I think it is better in terms of movement.
Resting or starting with a few sets of push ups could be the answer to this because after all, something that is forced sometimes does not end well in some moments.
My 2 day report will be put together and I can still be consistent with 100 push ups a day with 4 sets x 25 push ups.

The push-up board is the best equipment to use when doing push-ups because it gives you a good level of balance that will allow you to do quality push-ups, but I don't know why you are finding it difficult to use the push-up board. Maybe since you are new to doing push-ups, that is the reason why you are not comfortable using a push-up board in doing push-ups, but I promise you when you are used to doing push-ups and gain some strength to your body, you will enjoy using a push-up board in doing push-ups. Don't force yourself to do push-ups anytime you are tired; just take enough rest and relax your body before you can continue to do push-ups so that you can be able to control your body when pressing upward and downward, which will help you limit the chance of getting injured in this challenge when you are doing push-ups. It is undeniable that when we push up using a push up board it is actually a recommended way so that apart from optimal achievement it will also be able to make our muscles work more optimally when doing push ups (at least that's what I read in some of my approaches to push ups) but I also do not deny as I said in the last month that currently trying to change my lifestyle starting from exercise, diet and sleep patterns because previously I was a person who was lazy to move. But I want to try to do something new so that the quality of life and my body returns to the shape I expect because honestly before starting my weight is quite large but as time goes by apart from me wanting to join this challenge I also want to make my quality of life better. I just started push ups again in this month and indeed when I started I immediately did it without a push up board because I prefer on the floor or mat so when I try to use a push up board it becomes unfamiliar and not too comfortable so I prefer to do it on the mat. My two days push ups report after accepting the daily 100 push up until bitcoin is £100k. Like you know from my previous comment while I was accepting the challenge, I made it clear that I was recovering from malaria and that I’m not yet to my full fitness. Firstly, in the morning hours of yesterday I was able to do 25 push ups, and later in the afternoon I drank lots of water and rested for about 6 minutes and I was able to do a total of 30 push up, then In the evening hours after I had my afternoon nap, I woke up feeling refreshed, I was able to add extra 5 to better my personal afternoon best with 35 push ups in the evening, now Making a total of 90 push ups yesterday. I go again today and In the morning hours I was able to do 30 push ups, and in the afternoon I noticed I was a bit tired since I was recovering from malaria I was only able to go for 25 push up after which I decided to take a nap in the afternoon, when I wake up In the evening, I took my bath, had some cold water rested for a while and I feel more refreshed, and I went ahead this evening and did a total of 35 push ups, making a total of 90 push up for today. Like I said I’m still not at my personal best since I was still recovering but for me to hit back to back 90 push up within this two days it shows that I’m making progress, which means by tomorrow and the other days I should be more fit, also with my consistency I believe that I’m going to hit the 100 target daily plus more, and at the same time also, Bitcoin will also hit the £100k target. I love this challenge, it will help me a lot, we go again tomorrow.

It is another face of my consistence in my daily push-ups, today i was able to meet up a new target and i was so surprised to see myself move to a new number of push-ups and i said to myself that is the work of doing push-ups daily that make me have a good results in this push-ups challenge and to continue keeping the Bitcoin price pushing. I decided to get myself a nutribullet and take my morning shakes to the next level. Some protein powder, creatine, flax seed, oats, milk, & honey to start. Anybody else got any recommendations?
I got your back on this buddy! Make your choice and thank me later. Well i will be joining you on this protein diet but i dont have a home made blender, am left with no other opton than to get one. What a effort been putting on this challenge, as long as its worth it.  I am susggesting you take Vitamins too. I do take a daily vitamin but I'd like to stop to be honest. I want to get more of my vitamins from food. Thank you for posting this image, I will most definitely be trying some things out and seeing what tastes good and works for me. I happen to have cashews and almonds in the house, so I'll give those a shot and maybe next time I'm at the store I'll pick up some lentils and quinoa. I think I might be more excited about concocting a breakfast smoothie than actually eating healthy. I hope this continues to go well. I'm really enjoying this whole healthy morning milkshake thing. I should've been doing this at 20! The talk on vitamins dragged my attention here because i have been on it for a week and it has truly helped me put on accurate size. Daily vitamin intake are not just for nutrient extraction but also helps grow appetite, great appetite increases the amount of food consumed which will replicate many nutrients from them. From the image, egg and milk are also rich in protein. Your preparation of the egg will also matter, i prefer scrambled with lot's of black pepper after then you can go beat up some weights and push ups.

I did half my “push-ups” on the weight bench today. Quite a bit more difficult doing your body weight than a push-up so I figure it is a nice change up. With Bitcoin’s sudden nosedive I can’t help but think I cursed the market with the change to £.

I did half my “push-ups” on the weight bench today. Quite a bit more difficult doing your body weight than a push-up so I figure it is a nice change up. With Bitcoin’s sudden nosedive I can’t help but think I cursed the market with the change to £.

Thank you for posting this image, I will most definitely be trying some things out and seeing what tastes good and works for me. I happen to have cashews and almonds in the house, so I'll give those a shot and maybe next time I'm at the store I'll pick up some lentils and quinoa. Im glad you are enjoying the healthy morning milshake routine. I am delighted to have shared the image that contains protein to aid boost your health. Dont stop taking the milshake they are quick to make and easy to digest which suites for someone of your age and caliba. Also you can customise them endlessly to suit your taste and nutrition goals. One good way you can sneak vitamins into your milkshake without having to prepare other meals to get them is to add leafy greens because it is a powerhouse for vitamins and minerals. What I learned from my mom and I love to share with you is that it's not just about what you add, but how you pair things together in your milshake. Though i never liked it while growing up. I hope this continues to go well.
I like the spirit and energy in this challenge. To be honest am enjoying every process to our goal. The fact that we are motivated to experiment and have fun with the push-up challenge will make things sustainable in the long run. It may look small but it is an impactful change that will pay off in so many ways. I should've been doing this at 20!
The important thing is that you’re doing it now!. If you had started at 20 you might not have the level of commitment and wisdom you have now regarding the benefits. Perhaps you will be doing it for doing sake who knows. But this makes it feel much better because you are likely to stick to the process and appreciate it even more.

I can see the table have been updated for active and none active member ( bench table) and I happens to be among those on bench table. I have not been doing my push up regularly so reporting it was looking some how to me though I still do push up like I said but not all the time. However, I don't know if my name can still be updated on the active member table, I will so much appreciate. I want to also commend all those who has been active here till this great time and making this thread lively. I can see a new change on the thread now, it is not longer $100k but £100k, I am very sure this £100k is going to be achieved too just like the $100k.

If you check the push-up table, you will find out that a lot of participants haven't done their push-up report for a very long time, so that made Dirtykeyboard divide the push-up table into two parts, which are mate on the floor and mate on the bench, which will help us know those participants who are active in this push-up challenge and those who are not also active in the push-up challenge. If you want to redeem yourself from mate on the bench to mate on the floor, you have to do your push-ups and make a report here, and once Dirtykeyboard picks your push-up report, he will update your name on mate on the floor in the push-up table, and your name will no longer be on mate on the bench.

Today marks my 2 weeks into this challenge unbroken. I have gained many things from this challenge already. This push-up challenge has helped to develop more self discipline within this period I have been a part of this challenge. Initially when I joined the challenge I was wondering how many people have gone on over 200 days streak and even over 300 days streak like @Og Nasty. Just two weeks into the push-up challenge I have seen how self-disciplined you can be if you really accept the challenge.

It turns out that it's not easy for me to be able to do more than 100 push ups per day.
