The stake makes the difference here. If you place a bet and provide the money for it yourself (i.e. you don't have a free bet), you give your money as a guarantee for the bet. If you win the bet, you get your stake back and also the winnings. Technically, however, you get just as much money back with a free bet as with a bet you have paid yourself - the stake is otherwise also gone if you lose the bet.

Base on my understanding 25$ is the free bet so you can have the rights to make a bet any where you would like and then potential wins is will be yours, seems the same with free spins you have the chance to win without given free spins. So base on calculation here is

Also the support chat doesnt work correctly as you must  choose which sections of the site you are referring to when the bot displays buttons, yet i cant access any of the relevant sections i am trying to access due to the bot saying 'pick a button' and displays no buttons. I've opened several tickets and same story. In the end had to access support via the irrelevant lootbox section. Not ideal.
