On the site it says if you complete verification you get a battlepass, but this hasnt happened for me and presumably a number of other people since support says tickets are high at the moment. Also the support chat doesnt work correctly as you must  choose which sections of the site you are referring to when the bot displays buttons, yet i cant access any of the relevant sections i am trying to access due to the bot saying 'pick a button' and displays no buttons. I've opened several tickets and same story. In the end had to access support via the irrelevant lootbox section. Not ideal.

Have you tried using a different browser? For example, if you normally access with Firefox, you could try logging in with Chrome ... or vice versa.

I just tried it and was able to log in without any problems, so it shouldn't be a general problem. If your account was blocked or no longer available, you would most likely also receive a corresponding error message, so I don't expect that to be the case either!
