Some time ago, there was a discussion here in the forum about emails with login codes not arriving. I never had this problem myself, so I can't verify it... but since there haven't been any more reports about it here, it shouldn't be happening anymore, right?

Can anyone who had this problem in the past confirm this? Does it no longer happen?

But why did the code go to the spam folder?

Please, if you could include the FIFA World Cup in your question to your provider, that would be great. Also, in sports like MLB, NBA, etc., other sites offer this market well in advance. If you set it via your cellphone, you will have difficulty filling in your personal data, especially your date, month & year of birth. I don't know if it will run smoothly on a PC, but what is clear is that I felt it on my cellphone, it took almost 15 minutes just to fill in my personal data. If I filled it in manually, it was not detected at all, marked with red writing, but I don't know, maybe I was the only one having difficulty.
