By the way:  Congratulations! Did you receive this t-shirt on your address or this is just a virtual reward? Since you've claimed it, it will be shipped after the current BattlePass season ends - typically taking 10-12 weeks for delivery. How can you unsubscribe from promotional emails? I tried the support and the stupid bot suggests things that don't exist.
"Click on unsubscribe in the email" -> there is no such thing, nothing to click, the word doesn't even show up "Unsubscribe under settings" -> there is no such thing as well for me "Contact support to do it manually" -> that's what I tried and all I got was the bot
If it wasn't so ridiculous it would be actually funny.
What email provider are you using? I checked in Gmail and I was able to unsubscribe. Also, when you type "human agent" in the support chat, you will actually get a human agent to talk to or they give you the option to submit a ticket and I can tell that every single request I had was taken care of so far. When I told the bot I want to talk to a human he straight up gave me other options and then ended the chat, haha. So strange, I honestly don't see any unsubscribe button/link in the emails I am getting. I'm using a German email provider so yeah maybe that's the problem. There should be an option for that on the site as well though, since the bot told me there is one. Under settings though I only see my username, and email, that's all.

It could be a time related issue. Human agents are available only at certain timings throughout the day due to which the bot will connect you to them only when they are available and suggest some other options when they aren't. Try at a different time again and you might be able to get in touch with a proper agent and solve your issue immediately without any more delay.

I wonder if this is a bug because I wouldn't make fun of your issue, it has always worked for me that way. A couple of times I had a question or an issue and depending on what the issue is, they gave me the option to file a ticket with a specific subject and an explanation and took care of it within 12 hours at most. Usually it got settled in no time. Or I got immediately connected to a real human being  , no kidding. As for unsubscribing from that letter, it is there for me in most emails, actually not in all of them. Is it missing in every single email? Can't say if it's for all emails since I always delete them. So I couldn't check again if old emails also have no unsubscribe button. Just this time I thought it's too many emails recently so I wanted to do it and didn't find anything. Guess I will try my luck again with the live support and hope someone is online to help. Would be easier though if they actually had this option under settings, just like the bot claimed it to be.

My grandma couldn't tell whether she is connected to a bot or not, but I think for many of us here who are more frequently interacting with bots, we probably have a higher chance to identify them. But you can see that there are still specific prompts like "human agent" that are in a best case implemented to give someone requesting help a quick and easy way out of the chatbot deadlock

For easy things like asking for a cancelation or the status of a order it's easy to pass by as human because they can understand and provide the information easily. But when the support needs to do a lot of verification on the background and contact other lines or do decisions that vary depending on many factors then we still need humans. As time passes it will look more like humans but I think it's never going to be 100% bots because even in 10% of the cases we need a real human to take decisions.

Have you logged in to check?? I just saw it. There's one free bet, shouldn't there be two? I thought free bets were only for single bets, but it turns out they can also be used for combo bets. I made a random combo bet and couldn't cancel my free bet. Today was pretty unlucky for me.

I don't use Gmail, and after looking into your issue, I noticed that, in my case, it takes almost a minute for the infamous unsubscribe link to appear. 2-This is a very basic point, but the unsubscribe link only appears in emails from blowhole@whale.io. It's worth mentioning because it doesn't appear in emails from whale@whale.io, which is how you log in, so otherwise. 3-If none of the above works, just send them to the spam folder. It's that simple. (4)There are other steps to follow, but those are just general settings, and I assume you've already tried them. Good luck... and I'm not kidding. I'm just hoping you can at least get the 'unsubscribe' link to show up for once.
