Here is my suggestion, I think what Betpanda need to do is to show the last time when the terms and conditions were last updated. This helps users know if there were recent changes or not. Alternatively, when term changes are made, they could make the users first accept the  updated terms before using the platform.
I see it too on most ToS, its a common practice, as well as the privacy policy page too, and i guess there's an international law over it. And most of the time when ToS is taking effect an email is sent to users that they needed to read and agree with it, or they are free to move out. Well, at least that is what is most of time, like for exchanges.

I guess with this maybe better if the casino would announce that they are changing something as part of being transparent to their gamblers. But also with this since we know that there are casino doesn't notify people better for us to read their terms if there's some changes happen.

In recent time social media is having good intention so having announcements and changes on these channels with emails are also good because this will always update peoples about changes which are happening.
Days has never been enough having changes and announcing weeks ago better because sometime peoples not available to read in few days so having 10 to 15 days or 2 weeks much better and helpful for all but sadly now things are not working as they needed just few days and all done.
Few reputable and big casino sites are doing good job and doing things for all stakeholders because they care about their customers which surely give them good benefit and loyal members instead of peoples those never care about this.

Should you look at it that way, you would be wrong. You wouldn’t expect that though an anonymous casino, they don’t have a way to check on violations when flagged by their system. Of course you would be required to go through certain means of verification for clarity.

I had cleared my concerns about this terms through the live support agent. The support said that the rollover requirement is 1× usually. I made the withdrawal after hearing it. Anyway, I got the slot contest prize and lost it back Smiley.

Tried to check on the clues to the terms that this is required but, didn’t quite get it as I sort of glanced over them. However, I second your suggestion as it’s what is obtainable out there, users having a sense of awareness as to when the terms where updated and became binding, rather than them coming to see a different term from what they’ve always known. In the event of a violation, they would always feel the term was changed just to escape justice. Dating the change ensures users are well aware it wasn’t a targeted change.

I don't know if they made some changes recently, because now the wagering requirement is 5 times the deposit.
Yeah, the Betpanda team made the changes within 24 hours of my post here. Which was surprising and a positive thing. Still, the 5× wagering requirement is high compared to all other casinos. But it is good that they aren't applying the 5× rollover requirement actually. They should have made it clear in the terms. It will be better if the make the wording like this: in case of suspicious activity, we may apply the wagering requirements up to 5 times of deposited funds.

Yes, TOS is not something that will change suddenly, and if it will change, they will notify you well in advance before the new TOS is enforced. For example, what happened to Stake at that time they required their users to do KYC, they didn't just do it as they pleased, but they gave a very long time and even routinely notified their users to do KYC and even gave prizes to users who did KYC within the time they had specified.

Most of the TOS at the casino are the same, but there are some slight differences and that's natural because they also have considerations for the terms they will use. And it's also true that this is one of the goals to make both parties trust each other.

Unfortunately most casinos do not inform players in advance when they want to change the terms, some casinos do not even notify players when there is a change or some changes on the terms. Even if some casinos notify their players about an update on their terms, usually the notification given is not specific because most casinos will only inform something like "we have just changed our terms" without mentioning which part is changed.

This is the reason why we need to read their TOS upon signing up to see if there's instances like this happening. Since to bad for us if we don't get notified about the changes since maybe we got an issue for something that we don't aware of.

I guess with this maybe better if the casino would announce that they are changing something as part of being transparent to their gamblers. But also with this since we know that there are casino doesn't notify people better for us to read their terms if there's some changes happen.
Transparency is indeed needed in this case, because without transparency from the casino, it will also affect their trust. So far, I have never had a problem with any casino, especially if it is specifically about the TOS they changed or something like that.

It could be that they are not being transparent about it, but maybe we are the ones who do not follow their updates. Because to be honest, it is a bit lazy to follow such things, but it is important for us who are active so that there are no problems in the future.

Here is my suggestion, I think what Betpanda need to do is to show the last time when the terms and conditions were last updated. This helps users know if there were recent changes or not. Alternatively, when term changes are made, they could make the users first accept the  updated terms before using the platform.
And your suggestion is very valid.

The right approach I've seen with notable companies I deal with, aside from gambling companies, is to either 1. notify me by email of the changes in the Terms and Conditions, and advise me to visit the site ASAP to acknowledge it. or 2. There is an immediate pop-up on my member page on visiting the platform after the new Ts&Cs are updated. This will make sure I am noticed, and I must also sign it electronically before I can do anything on the platform.

By this, no one can ever be left out, and it's the standard.
