You can file your support ticket and wait for their response but if the casino did have findings about your suspicious activities before doing this serious action on account suspension / even termination, I see your chance of success through an appeal is very low.

I know my chances are very low. But staying quiet only benefits them, so I am not doing that. When you win big, scam casinos and sportsbook will make everything to not payout.
That's what they are doing. I probably lost my money, but if it makes them to lose customers after I prove I didn't do "suspicious betting" (whatever that means, idk, really) I'll gladly do so.

They have reason which is you are a suspicious bettor. You will not flagged by sportsbook provider by doing nothing on your account because everybody else here is using betpanda without an issue like that.

Your case needs a 3rd party arbitrator since all the proof needed to your case needs to be inspected properly.

Quick follow up, I've researched many scam posts about this sportsbook & casino. Some are really recent. They are definitely shady and should be advertised as so.
Not paying a player because they won is ridiculous. Make your own research and don't make the same mistake as me.

To be fair, most of the case is so hard to make a judgement as being an observer only because there’s no clear evidence to prove the casino accusation against user and at the same time for players to defend themselves for not doing that shady behavior being accused by the casino.

No, you are missing the point here. I am not trying to bypass anything. Neither are the users that I linked saying Betpanda was scamming them. Betby has the reasons to limit my stake size, which indeed they've done.
They could've done since my deposit. And I am fine with that.

The point is: no sportsbook SHOULD be able to confiscate a user deposit and winnings even if they are profitable in a long run. Take example card counters in casinos, they are allowed to do it and if the casino finds out they are backed off WITH their winnings.

Betpanda is just choosing random big winnings and accusing players to be fraudulent, which is NOT true. I didn't arb, bet on delayed odds, fix games, or anything in that manner. If I would lose money with them, they wouldn't close my account. They would just keep on taking my crypto until I ran out, despite me being profitable or not.

Kindly make one thing clear here. Have you been limited on other sportsbook of Betby provider except Betpanda? If yes, then you are trying to bypass the limit. This must be a very serious offence, although I never knew they can report his account to other game providers to always restrict him when he tries to open new account with them. the thing is, every casino handles things differently after betby flag an account. most will just limit you, and if they decide to close your account, they will refund your last deposit if you are in the red.
unfortunately for you, betpanda is known for not refunding deposits after suspending an account for any reason.

i don't disagree with you on that, but this is the wild west of crypto casinos we are talking about, not the highly regulated brick and mortar in vegas.
that's why it's VERY VERY important to do your research before making a deposit. and i'm guessing you didn't read betpanda terms, because if you did, you would not have played there.
